The inside of the condo features an open concept floor plan, cobblestone floors, vaulted ceilings, and a four person dining table. Enjoy the fireplace on cooler nights along with a 75in. SmartTV. The kitchen is amply stocked for all cooking needs. The condo has been meticulously designed and furnished to deliver a warm relaxing retreat. Sonos & house speakers are located trough out the unit for guest use. For the technology inclined this unit boasts Alexa Echo that controls the entire Smart Home setup, from the front door lock, smoke detectors and thermostat The unit features a private front and back courtyards. Community pool and spa are steps away. A work desk featuring a monitor for guest use is also provided. Two car garages are available for guest use with one Tesla charger. A full size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.

OUTDOOR SPACES

This condo features a private front courtyard where you'll find a built in BBQ and outdoor seating. The back patio offers privacy, alfresco dining with ample seating for four. Access the community spa and pool through a private entrance.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

This property features dual main suites, where you'll find comfortable King Size bed and Queen Size bed, ensuite baths with walk-in showers and double vanities. Both main suites offer ample closet space, 50in. SmartTVs with Sonos surround sound. Suites are located opposite of each other, offering privacy to two sets of guests.

3 Month Condo Stay

Condo was in a great location, very comfortable, nice appliances, would rent again. felt the cost was about 20% to high. cons would be the step down into living room it is dangerous (we put tape so we could see it) the thermostat is too hard to program. Kitchen knives are not sharp, needs a regular coffee pot. There should be No cameras on the property. Carpet in bedroom needs removed, got dirty very fast. The Tv and sound system would turn on, on its own.... kind of earie. The front deck needs to be cleaned more often or a blower should be provided to clean it off. Deck furniture needs to be replaced kept breaking; back deck umbrella is impossible to get open. with the longevity of our stay windows should be cleaned each cleaning. the cleaning received consisted of one person no longer then 2 hours. Does not add up for the amount of cleaning fee was. We did have to call the manger a few times and all complaints were handled right away; these are all small fixes to our liking. we would stay here again. all in all, we were happy. Ashley and Boris Were a pleasure to work with.

Based on your feedback, we have addressed the following items: We applied blue tape along the steps, sharpened kitchen knives, set up weekly patio cleaning with the HOA landscaper, checked the TV, and it is operating as it should. We wish we had known about the cleaning team and the time they spent during your stay. If we had known, we could have addressed it. Our team is on standby for all our guests to ensure each guest has a great stay. The cameras on the outside of the property are there to ensure safety and are only located in the exterior location. We do now allow cameras in areas where guests expect privacy. We look forward to hosting you soon.
