Great Getaway!
5/5 stars
My husband & I came for 13 days and had an amazing time in this house. The home was on 5 acres and had a beautiful view of the mountains! The pine trees, flowers, deer and hummingbirds were astonishing. The stars at night were gorgeous as well. The home had everything we needed for our vacation. We cooked out on the grill and enjoyed the house. We slept great in the beds! The hot tub is a plus as well. I highly recommend this place:). We will be back!

We are long time Pagosa locals, we hosted our micro wedding at this property! The garden and views were amazing! We loved the southwest design, the open floor plan and how easy it was for my new mother in-law to get around. It was so perfect and we are so grateful to have been able to celebrate here! ❤️

Great home
5/5 stars
This is a great place for families! Plenty of space for a large group with space for kids to play. It was very easy to get a hold of management if we had issues. The house is beautiful and clean! It was away from everything enough to enjoy the quiet and feel secluded but close enough to town to get everything we needed without it being cumbersome. We saw a very large herd of elk one morning which was pretty cool. The only real thing to make this place better is a new hot water heater. It’s extremely small, especially for a house this size and can barely get 2 showers in before running out of hot water. We took the fastest showers ever and still couldn’t get more than 2 hot showers. Also, towels were left in the dryer for us which we expected as it was communicated, however, they were ALL in there and we had to take some out to run dryer multiple times to dry them so we could have towels. This would have been ok if cleaners were there when we arrived but we were there 1.5 hours early and had to wait til 4 to get in so there was time for this to be better (either having towels dried and ready or by letting us in early when it was clearly not an issue and allowing us time to dry the towels)

Great property, excellent service
5/5 stars
We had a great stay! Home was beautiful, spacious (bigger than expected), and fun! Game room was a bonus for our family. We also appreciated have a garage that our vehicle, with a roof rack, fit into. Lots of space in laundry room for ski boots and gear. Was a great setup. Had one issue with something not working, which wasn’t really a big deal but the trip team responded and fixed it right away. Hope to return!

Spectacular mountain home!!!
5/5 stars
Can’t say enough about how great this house was for our ski trip. The house layout is so great, and the amenities are top notch. Victor from the management company was great with communication, and the property was clean and had million dollar views. Location is amazing, as it is secluded but easy to get to downtown Pagosa, and an easy drive to hWolf Creek ski basin. Thank you for contributing to great and memorable family vacation!

Wonderful stay
5/5 stars
We came to escape the heat of Oklahoma and Texas and are so enjoying the mornings on the front porch and the evenings on the deck. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids with room left over for 2 more adults and 1 more kid who didn’t get to come with us. The house certainly had all the amenities we required, but nothing can beat the views and the wonderful weather! Everything was perfect!
- Pat

Amazing House!
5/5 stars
We loved our stay at Villa del Sol! Everything was very clean, there was plenty of space for our combined families of 10! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the gadgets we needed to enjoy home cooked meals, but the back deck was our favorite part! it was so much fun to relax back there in the evenings and the outdoor dining table was awesome! Hosts were attentive and checked in with us right away, we would highly recommend this house to anyone! Cant wait to go back!!
- Kristie

Thank you so much for your review, Kristie! You were amazing guests and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us. If you visit Pagosa again, please feel free to check out our iTrip site. Safe travels and happy trails!
