This gorgeous, brand-new home with a pool and amazing ocean views has it all. Equipped with an elevator, 2 large ocean-facing decks with ample outdoor seating, and 9 beds with accommodations for 14 guests, this home is perfect for your beach getaway.

Main Living Area:
On the third floor, you’ll be greeted by a large family room, kitchen, and dining area, all with spectacular ocean views through a set of doors and a bank of windows. The chef’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The large dining table has seating for 12, with seating for another 4 at the kitchen bar. A 75” Smart TV in the family room and 50-inch Smart flat-screen TVs in 4 of the bedrooms ensure there’s plenty of entertainment for everyone. Plus, enjoy the 5.1 channel home theater, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi (500mbps), and YouTube TV.

The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, including an air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot. Grab a drink and relax in the comfortable chairs while you admire the amazing ocean views. There’s an abundance of outdoor seating areas, so you can enjoy the fresh air and coastal beauty.

Parking Info:
The Oak Island Town Council has approved paid parking on the island, effective from April 1 through September 30. The hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost is $5 per hour, $20 per day, and $80 per week. Limited (1,000) annual passes are available for purchase for $175. Violations will be issued if the new rules are not followed. 10. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag)
13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
15. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. Failure to follow this rule will result in tenant(s) removal from the property and forfeiture of rent money.
