This beautiful new dog-friendly, elevated island beach home with a brand new private pool is ideally located on the quiet West end of the island near the Intracoastal Waterway. The atmosphere here is always "Island time," allowing you to avoid the hustle and bustle of main roads and traffic. This is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends to enjoy! The home features an open floor plan with multiple areas to relax, including the main room and kitchen, as well as a screened-in back porch and adjoining open deck where you can sip your morning coffee while listening to the birds. On beautiful summer days, grab your swimsuit and enjoy a day by the pool, floating away your worries. There is also an outdoor covered seating area with a large flat-screen TV nestled under the house that comfortably seats up to 6 people to watch their favorite TV shows and enjoy their go-to beverage. With these two living areas, there's plenty of space for everyone. The 3 bedrooms are conveniently located directly off the main room and kitchen. Beach access is a quick 5-minute drive away, and you can easily get there using the new complimentary 6-person golf cart provided as part of the rental. This home is dog-friendly, so your furry family members can join you on your fun and sun-filled vacation.

Please Read:
On January 10th, 2023, the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day, and $80 per week.
Limit of 2 dogs – The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 40 lbs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. No cats.
Linens & bath towels are included for free in the reservation
Must be 21 years or older to operate the golf cart. Prior to receiving the keys, 2 people must provide their license and signature after reading the rules & laws for OKI. We will also do a video walkthrough of the golf cart to ensure you understand how to properly operate the vehicle. This is required to get the keys.
Security Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with (3) EXTERNAL ONLY Security Cameras. They may be used in the event of an accident or emergency. Camera Locations: Front porch facing the stairs, parking garage facing the street, and the back of the home facing the yard.
No diving or running around the pool. Anyone under 16 must have constant adult supervision when in or around the pool area. Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool water.

If the reservation is marked as no pets, and evidence of pets is discovered from your stay, you will be charged the non-refundable $200 pet fee plus a $500 pet remediation fee. Dogs are NOT allowed to go in the pool. Failure to follow this rule will result in costs to fix the pool pump.

6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew for Oak Island which is 11pm.
8. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay. Including damage from pets.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag, extras under sink) Sart the dishwasher cycle before leaving if dirty dishes are left.
13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
15. When returning from the beach, please be sure to rinse off sandy feet in the outdoor shower located under the home.
16. Anyone under the age of 21 years old is NOT permitted to operate the golf cart. Failure to follow this rule will result in a breach of house rules and loss of rental.
17. No running around and no diving in the pool. Diving can result is serious injury or death. We are not responsible for any injury or death resulting from use of the pool and the surroundings.
18.Children must have adult supervision at all times when in or around the pool.
19. ***If there are any personal items left behind and you would like us to ship back, there will be a service fee of $50 plus the shipping cost***
