Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

I would like to start out by saying that we were really looking forward to our week at 4835 Cantor Rd. Not only because we had stayed here before in 2019 and had an amazing time in this beautiful home but this was also our fifth visit in general to North Beach Resort and Villas (previously Plantation) over the past 15 years. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a more favorable review of our stay during the week of July 20-27, 2024. Check in was “after 4:00”, however, we received a text around 3:40 that the unit was ready. Dirty- Upon entry, we could smell the staleness in the air. As we walked through, we were shocked to see the floors were dirty (dust, debris, bug), the carpets were not vacuumed (bug, strings, wrapper, powder, lint) and have stains, the kitchen counters were not wiped down nor was the kitchen table, the shelves in the fridge were dirty as well and there was a leftover water bottle and coke can behind the bottom drawer. The water/ice dispenser on the fridge was leaking. There was hair and debris on the bathroom sinks/counters and showers and the shower in the master bathroom had considerable black and pink mold and leftover soap/shampoo. The shower in the back bedroom was backing up and the master bathroom shower was as well (though not as bad as the other shower which was completely clogged). We wish instead of texting us that the unit was ready early, the cleaning crew would have spent the time just cleaning the home. Bugs/Rodents- Over the course of the week, we killed 6 huge roaches. The back bedroom had earwigs that got into my daughter and her boyfriend's things - before leaving they had to shake their belongings - there are a lot of them in that room. Sunday night a large rat was on the back patio by the table & chairs and made random appearances there throughout the week. Now, we understand you will have bugs & rodents at the beach, HOWEVER, this is an HOA so we aren't sure why they do not spray, trap, or treat the properties to rid them of insects and pests. iTrip - this company had very good customer service and were very responsive and friendly to work with. Whenever we reported a problem, they were very helpful and ready to fix it. Saturday upon check in, we texted them pictures of the state of the interior and they offered to send a cleaning crew out to remedy the situation. However, at that point, we just chose to wipe everything down ourselves. When we told them about the showers backing up, they sent someone the next day and he was very nice and fixed them both. Conclusion- We were sad to see how neglected this beautiful home has become. We know for a beach rental, there will be wear and tear but the carpets should either be shampooed or removed (let alone vacuumed). The walls have lots of marks on them, furniture has seen better days but - overall - the state of the house is just dirty and unsanitary. For how much they charge to rent this house, it should not be in this condition. We were completely satisfied with the house and the location! A short walk to the resort to enjoy the pools and amenities! A pool at the house was a great feature! Upon arrival, we texted the management about the outdoor grill. It wasn’t cleaned and it was unsanitary. However, we received an immediate response and the grill was cleaned in a very timely manor. I would highly recommend this property to any family who plans to visit Myrtle Beach!

We have been staying in North Myrtle for 15 years in the condos and this was our first experience with renting a house in North Beach. The house was fantastic. Super clean, spacious and conveniently located to everything. The master bedroom and bathroom are really, really nice. Beach is a quick walk as is the fitness center. I can assure you that I read all reviews before I stay anywhere and anything less than 5 stars does this place no justice. We'll be back for sure.

Location, Location, Location! The location of this property is wonderful - just a 5 min walk to the pools/beach. Spacious house with room for everyone to spread out and relax. We had college/high school kids with us. Great location within North Myrtle Beach activities too - Hamburger Joes, Barefoot Landing, etc. My only negative would be that the couches in the living room could be replaced as they are very worn. We would definitely recommend ITrip vacation rentals - they were very attentive to our needs. We asked for an extra blanket after the first night, and they were delivered promptly. They emailed us multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. If we return to North Myrtle Beach, we know this is where we would stay again! Couldn’t recommend this more.

Lovely home that had a great location that is close to the amenities (pool and beach). Home was clean and had all necessary toiletries, except extra garbage bags, but we figured it out. It was great to have three bathrooms and the home was big enough for 6 people to have plenty of space to spread out.

This is our third time booking with Itrip. Check in and check out is a breeze and their office is right up the road from the resort. If you have any issues, they are quick to respond. We arrived at Myrtle Beach early on our check in day to roam around and were pleasantly surprised to get a text that we could check in early. The house was as advertised and is very nice and spacious and in a very quiet neighborhood within the resort. It's less than a five minute walk to the beach and the pool area which is nice. This house has its own pool which we didn't get much use out of because the water was freezing. The pool gets very little sun and since it doesn't get very hot in October, the water stayed pretty cold. I'm sure it stays warmer in summer months. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on booking next year's vacation with Itrip again.

After a two year delay due to COVID, our family was able to take a long deserved vacation in North Myrtle Beach. It was the first time in three years we had all been together. Cantor 4835 was perfect for our family and the kids and grandkids loved the convenience of having a private pool at the house. A pool maintenance company came and cleaned and serviced the pool twice during the week we were at the house, an unexpected and appreciated surprise. The house was as advertised and was comfortable and sufficiently stocked with household goods and kitchen utensils. Couch and loveseat could use a cleaning, otherwise no issues. The first day we arrived, we noticed the propane tank on the gas grill was empty. We called iTrip maintenance and the new full tank was delivered within an hour. The North Beach Resort pools and beachfront were a short walk from the house and were fabulous and enjoyed by all. We hired a photographer and did family pictures one night on the beach. We availed ourselves of the iTrip discounted outings to Pirates Voyage Dinner Show and the Broadway Grand Prix and we were not disappointed. I would highly recommend Cantor 4835. A great time for all of us.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and access to the beach was close and easy. Tons of restaurants nearby and we loved the convenience of the pool. Couch definitely needs to be replaced and was uncomfortable, but we stayed outdoors the majority of the time anyway! Will definitely book again!

Everything was exceptional. It was clean and the decor was great. We had a family of 10 that hasn't seen one another since covid hit. It was very comfortable and spacious. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. And look forward to visiting again soon.

This property was very beautiful and well deserving of 5 stars, unfortunately the filth and untimely response took away two stars. The decor in the home is beautiful. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The towels were nice and clean. The washer and dryer were perfect. The pool was filthy with yard debris. I text the night we arrived. I received a response that someone was coming to take a look. Two unidentified men and a dog showed up in a pickup truck 3:00pm the next day. By that time my children were so eager that they cleaned the leaves and mulch themselves. The sofas in the living room were very nasty and stained. The grill outdoors was disgusting and very hard to ignite because it had not been cleaned. Yes, I know there was a grill brush to clean it but after so many guest had brushed old food and grease it was disgusting. The grill needs a REAL cleaning. There was a beautiful rug in the master bath but it was covered in someone’s hair. It had not been vacuumed before we arrived.

The house we rented was beautiful, however, it was obviously not maintained appropriately. Mold on shower curtains, stains on comforters, drains and showers not working properly, multiple light bulbs out and minimally stocked kitchen with half broken toaster. To top off the trip bags of linens and supplies were placed at the front door the day before we left for the next tenant. It was very unprofessional. The issues were dealt with but when booking a vacation I would not expect to have to deal with such a wide array of problems. A better cleaning company would have picked up on a lot of the issues and they could have been addressed before we checked in. I can confidently say I would never book another trip through I Trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first-ever vacation to Myrtle Beach in July, 2017. The home's decor, cleanliness and close proximity to restaurants, shopping and activities/events made it a stand-out. We enjoyed the private pool and amenities of North Beach Plantation. We had a minor issue which was quickly addressed. The window in the master shower you can not see out of but can see in it and from as far as across the street on the side walk not just the backyard and if your near that window you will be seen clearly, example after realizing this we tested it by having a teen stand dressed by the window and from across the street could see the Lettering on the shirt. So unless you want to be expose stay away from that window. The rental company first reply in writing was "we have had lots of renters in this house and no one has ever brought this up as a concern." Also don't pick this home and pay extra for the private pool the bottom was black, we asked three times for it to be cleaned the first two times told pool man would be over the third time told he comes on Wednesday's no one ever came to clean it and was too filthy to use. The rental company reply in writing after we left was "the pool issue had been fixed" Have pictures to prove theses major issues and some of more minor ones at this home, wish the homeowner would contact us they should be aware of all that happen.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. As addressed while you were still staying with us, the window in the master shower is heavily frosted, and we've never had anyone else have this concern. Regarding the pool, there was a storm in the area the night before, so it's to be expected that there would be debris in the bottom of it. As you know, we sent pool services over 4 times that week to try to rectify the situation to your liking. We strongly feel we went above and beyond for you during your stay. We want to note that we've had multiple renters stay in this home over the years and everyone has loved this home! **Note we updated the formatting of our initial response that was posted in May 2016, and the system changed the original response date to the date we submitted the update. We wanted to be clear that we addressed the renter's concerns immediately.**
