Located near Pacific Coast Highway on Jamboree Road, you can walk to Fashion Island or Balboa Island. Corona del Mar State Beach, Pirate’s Cove Beach, Newport Harbor and Lookout Point are a short drive.

This fully furnished, luxury townhome is spacious and has a covered patio overlooking one of Sea Island’s lagoons.

This unique property features two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a welcoming living room, a dining room, and a gourmet kitchen. If staying in touch with office is important, this property has WI-FI and office with a printer.

Perhaps the best feature of this property is the covered patio that overlooks the lagoon. The patio has a gas BBQ to grill and enjoy the ocean breeze in the late afternoon.

The property's open floor plan provides each bedroom and central living spaces with a level of privacy that makes this 2,300 square foot property feel extra roomy. Despite being so close to some many things to do, its location is secluded.

This property is filled with amenities through its 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Upon entry, you’ll feel at home with the large entry way. The living room features a large flat screen TV and a fireplace. There is a small bar and refrigerator adjacent to the living room.

The kitchen features high end Electrolux appliances and is partially stocked should you want to prepare a gourmet meal. The property features two dining areas – a breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen and a formal dining room.

The master bedroom also features a flat screen TV and has its own fireplace. The second bedroom has a king bed and a TV. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms.

This attached condo is the perfect getaway for families as well as a couple’s retreat. Included in the rental is weekly house cleaning services, WI-FI, access to in-home laundry, and garage parking. It’s like staying in a resort without the added resort fees.
