Enjoy and relax in this tastefully-appointed downstairs 2 bedroom/2 bath beach condo that has been recently rebuilt and redesigned with high-end finishing touches throughout. Enjoy our vacation home, where modern design and conveniences blend seemlessly with an ocean front setting. We are located on the boardwalk of the Long Beach Peninsula with beach access one of most relaxing beaches in Southern California, you are walking distance to the famous Belmont Shore neighborhood with it's shopping, dining, and nightlife. This is a great property for a small family or a couples retreat. Our property is also perfect for extended executive accommodations or snowbird stays during the winter!

Located on one of the best stretches of beach in Southern California and a short walk to the best stretch of beach neighborhoods (Belmont Shores), all details have been thoughtfully planned and executed. Probably the most visible – or invisible – features are the front glass doors providing an amazing ocean view and a mix of seating and entertainment as the front patio blends into the living, dining and kitchen areas. Custom materials and tastefully-appointed furnishings have been carefully chosen for a monochromatic setting that is relaxing, yet energizing at the same time: the perfect combination for any successful vacation stay!

The living room and outdoor patio are separated from glass doors that can be opened to create a wide-open space that the entire family can use to enjoy the cool ocean breezes. The living room has a large flatscreen TV so you can keep up with the game or the news. Just a few steps from the main living area, the kitchen serves as a central meeting point - which is fully stocked with cooking/dining gear and top of the line appliances. You can choose to cook your meal in the gourmet kitchen or order delivery from one of the areas great restraunts! The main countertop serves as both prep and dining space and there is also a table for dining. You'll be sure to enjoy the kitchen if you decide to eat in and make a great meal during your vacation.

As you continue through the house, the master bedroom has a King bed and ample closet space for clothes

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. A closet with ample space for clothes.

There are two hallway bathroom one has a shower/tub combo and the other has a walk-in shower.

Please be aware that this is entirely a non-smoking property, including the front patio.

PARKING: The parking is shared with the neighbors and all guests are guaranteed a parking space. You will have access to two assigned spaces in the rear of the house.

Check-in time: 3:30 p.m. on the arrival date

Check-out time: 10 a.m. on the departure date

Certain weeks of the summer season have nightly minimums. July 4th week is a 7-night minimum. If you have specific dates in mind, please reach out to us and we will try to make them work!

Locals know the 1.5-mile-long stretch with the harbor on one side and a broad, sandy California beach on the other as “the Peninsula.” You'll find that many local enjoy our beach for it's laid-back atmosphere and the sand volleyball courts (we have one in front of the house). A short walk to the bayside of the peninsula, you will be able to rent a paddle board or take a Gondola ride around Naples Island.

We have implemented CDC Approved cleaning. Using additional sanitizing and anti-bacterial products, especially on "high-touch" items. Staying in a vacation rental can be safer than hotels and you control your environment.

The Long Beach Peninsula is a beach community and sometimes the tides can be high and the local governement might enact safety measures to prevent beach erosion, including the building of sand berms. We do remind our guest that we are fortunate to have access to two beaches, with the second being a few blocks down on both the coastal side and on Alamitos Bay.

Please be advised this is a strict NO PETS AND NON-SMOKING/VAPING property. We are also considerate of our neighbors and we have a strict NO PARTY policy in place. Please note that our properties may have electronic devices installed such as electronic locks, front door cameras, or noise monitors. There are no video devices inside the property.

PARKING
There are two parking spaces in the rear of the house for your use.  To get to the back of the house, please use the driveway on the left side of 56th Place and just before the last house on the left.

DOOR ACCESS
2-3 days prior to your check-in you will recieve an email with the front door access code.

CHECK IN / OUT TIME
Check-in time is 3:30pm local time.  Check-out time is 10:00am.

CHECK-OUT REMINDER
Plan your time the night before checkout and the morning of checkout so that you can finish on time. Late checkout results in additional charges to us, and may result in additional charges to you.  

To avoid an extra $50 cleaning fee, please make sure all trash has been removed, linens have been removed and placed in a pile, and the dishwasher is loaded and turned on.

INTERNET ACCESS
Internet access is provided.  Please use the iTrip App or the Guide Book in the home for WIFI network name and password.
 
CLIMATE CONTROL
This property has a heater only.  There are fans throughout the house in the event of a above average heat.  Remember, this is a water front property and the best way to cool the house is with the ocean breezes.
 
NO SMOKING
Smoking (both traditional, 420, and electronic) are not allowed inside or on the property at anytime.  Violation of this house rule can be cause immediate removal without any refund.

PETS
We are a no pet property.  However, assistance dogs, depending on size, are allowed only with prior approval.

TRASH PICK-UP DAY:  Monday is trash removal day, place bins on curb of 56th Place after 7pm on Sunday evening and bring them in after the trash has been collected.

  • Beach towels are provided.  Please do not remove the bath towels provided.
  • Beach chairs are located in the storage area.
  • A supply of paper products has been provided to last 3-4 days.  Extra rolls are kept in the cabinets.  Additional needs beyond this are your responsibility.

Our group of 4 had a great stay at this property. House was nicely furnished and the proximity to the beach/ocean was perfect! While there are nicer beaches in the area, there’s nothing better than opening the sliders and being able to see and hear the waves crashing in…that more than makes up for it!

We stayed at 5609 East Seaside Walk in Long Beach, CA. The weather was great while we were there, and the views were amazing! The 2-bedroom/2-bath condo is very well furnished and has a beautiful modern design. You can certainly tell that this was not just a quick, slap-together remodel. Very well done. The location is great too! We were able to easily get around to a lot of great little restaurants in the area. Downtown nightlife is really close as well and pretty lively. Whether for a romantic getaway or a family trip, this place is great for either! This spot is definitely on my list for the near future!

My family and I had a great time at 5609 East Seaside Walk! The property is located right on the boardwalk and two steps away from the beach. We loved watching the locals walk their dogs throughout the day! The home had everything we needed for the weekend: plates and silverware, pots and pans, beach towels, and more. We really loved the beautiful interior design and the remote-controlled blinds were awesome. The beds were also the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at a rental! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time at this darling home on the beach. Everything was perfect and lovely. Very clean with beautiful full length windows with which to watch the coming storms. We also had many sunny days. We enjoyed the solitude of the area of beach but there were still many things to do. And to actually have adequate parking in Long Beach!! Would love to come back again.

Perfect retreat from our hectic lives! We were able to recharge and relax in this beautiful and cozy beach house. Complete with all amenities, comfortable beds, very clean and modern! The beach is not crowded and my 2 girls enjoyed playing volleyball. It was so convenient because I was able to just watch them from my balcony. Picturesque view of the sunset and water. Definitely would go back in this wonderful beach house in a heartbeat!

To celebrate an epic 50th birthday, location is everything . Our stay at this beautiful and Modern Oceanfront Retreat Condo was ideal and did not disappoint. Having all the amenities and comforts of a retreat, I was able to relax, to rest and to re-energize. The location of the retreat just steps from the beach allowed us to walk the beach at sunset and do morning yoga on the beach. Having the luxury of this modern condo and the beach outside the front door is the perfect combination of a guaranteed successful escape or weekend getaway.
