The sparkling emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico is just a few feet away and accessible from the main balcony and ground floor patio. The oversized garage has ample space for 3 cars and any kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing gear you want to bring along. Included for guest use is an assortment of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and shelling nets along with a propane grill and charcoal grill for patio cooking. There is an outdoor private shower for when you have had your fill of sand. As if that would ever happen.

Frequently Asked Questions

HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No barbeque grills of any kind are permitted on balconies or in the unit. NO GRILLING is allowed in any of the covered areas. Grills may only be used in open air areas at least 30 feet or more away from the building.
No open flames (i.e., candle burning) are permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
No pets are allowed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.  Pets on the property subject the tenant to a $500 fine (pre-approved service dogs are exceptions).
GROUP SIZE
The maximum number of occupants allowed per property is listed in the property description.  Maximum capacity applies to any given time, such as during a gathering of people at the property that includes guests that are not staying overnight. If the maximum capacity has been exceeded, occupancy may be terminated without refund.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and soap is provided. There is a one-time cleaning fee charged at the time of booking. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand.
UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. Evidence of smoking in the condo subjects the tenant to a $500 fine.
SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Exceeding the sleeping capacity of maximum occupancy, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties, and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
HOLD HARMLESS
None of iTrip Vacations, Vay Cay Rentals, LLC, or the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet service, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.
MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the Agent and the Agent will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, internet/WIFI, and stereos.
MONITORING
Agent may utilize electronic monitoring equipment at the property to ensure that noise and occupancy limits are observed and that no events or parties are held on the property.
LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
The owners of the premises furnish linens and towels to Tenant. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from Tenant's deposit. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
PARKING
Parking at the premises is limited to the number of cars listed in your check-in email. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the Tenant. iTrip Vacations shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property.

From the gorgeous views of both sunrise & sunset, sound of the waves & crystal sand beach, to the beautifully decorated home & furnishings, Shellendipity was exactly what we needed to destress & unwind. Relaxation came easy: from walks on the beach, enjoying the local sights, to simply reading our books & sipping our coffee & tea while watching the waves. What a great way to start our retirement! We can’t wait to come back!!

The 7 of us had a wonderful, relaxing time on Navarre Beach. The kitchen was well-stocked (but I missed a hand mixer), linens were abundantly provided, the laundry unit was well-received. The accommodations were almost perfect; but we will not return to your condo unless you enforce a NO SMOKING on the ENTIRE premise. Our patio had smokers on both sides of us and the breezes drifted smoke to our patio to the point where we were forced to retreat indoors. I also understand that my $1500 refundable security deposit will be issued soon. Once the smoking issue has been resolved we will readily return to the Shellendipity units. Thank you for the review and the feedback! We are very sorry to hear there was smoke coming over from the neighboring units. This entire townhome complex is smoke free so they were in violation of our house rules. There are no smoking signs on each unit's patios. Each owner in this complex wants to provide a 5 star experience for every guest, so we will definitely be addressing this. Next time we ask that you please let us know and we can address it immediately so you'll be able to enjoy the patio. We spent five amazing days at Shellendipity. The beautifully appointed townhome is right on the beach. We spent hours on the deck watching the Gulf. The views were magnificent, sunset spectacular. The house had everything we needed. No comfort was spared. Will absolutely go back to this Amazing vacation property.

Five cousins and spouses spent a week in this beautiful home. The weather, beach view and home were fabulous. Everything was as listed except we did not have bikes or blow-up boat as pictured. Plenty of beach umbrellas, chairs and toys for use tho. Home stocked with all essentials- sample shampoo/conditioner/body wash, spices, beach towels, plenty of towels/washcloths, first aid kit, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved the extra ice-maker for our beach coolers and the outside shower. Neighborhood and beach were great for walking and the two decks were used for plenty for eating and relaxing. The only drawback to our stay was the 3 days of seaweed that put a damper on water play. Thank you Shellendipity for an awesome stay in Navarre Beach!!! ❤️

Great townhouse away from crowded East End. All the beach amenities available in the spacious garage (we were able to get 3 SUV's parked). Kitchen is well stocked. We had a minor issue w/beachside garage door that was handled w/in 4hrs. Highly recommend this rental unit.

The condo is beautiful and has everything that we needed Plenty of room for all of us. The beach is just steps away, restaurants and shops close by. The only complaint that we had was the weather and no one has control over that. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was our families first time to the beach and to Florida. This place is awesome. It had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Everyone was nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming to this condo every time we come back to Navarre. Love it!!
