Park Shore Resorts prime location west of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and famous downtown Naples. There's even a local supermarket, pharmacy, and post office just across the street. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa(currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting

There is an on site restaurant (Hogfish Harry’s).

I HAS INCREDIBLE VIEWS FROM ITS SCREENED LANAI, WHICH ALSO BOASTS INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE SEATING GROUP INCLUDING LOVESEAT AND 2 GLIDER STYLE CHAIRS WITH CUSHIONS! IT'S ALSO CONVENIENTLY LOCATED (PROPERTY MAP INCLUDED IN THE PICS) IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE LOBBY AND SWIMMING POOL. THIS IS A FIRST FLOOR UNIT WITH NO STEPS AND NO NEED FOR ELEVATOR! Starting on August 1, 2024 there is $115.00 Resort Security FOB Fee per reservation payable by Guests @ Check-in that provides access to pool, fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts.

We enjoyed our stay in a cute 2 bedroom condo, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. Amenities were perfect, including the pool and restaurant at the resort. The location was great, and the neighborhood is beautiful for a morning walk. You are within walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, restaurants and a mile to the beach.

This was our first trip to Naples and we loved staying in #153! The location was just perfect. There was ample storage in all rooms and very comfy master bed! The lanai was so relaxing and such an added bonus. We loved not having to worry about beach gear because everything was there for us to use. We fell in love with Naples and can’t wait to come and stay here again!

This was out 5th time staying at Park Shore. Condo #153 was well appointed and has a great view of from the lanai. Tammy was very attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. The resort is in a fantastic location within walking distance to groceries, restaurants and shopping. I HIGHLY recommend it. I'm already looking forward to our annual trip next year. My family and I completely enjoyed our five days in #153. The space was immaculately clean. The bathrooms and kitchen are not new, but they are very well maintained. Everything felt nice and comfortable. The night we got in we ordered from the on site restaurant, Hogfish Harry’s. I had a drink at the bar while waiting for our order. It’s a very cute restaurant, with a friendly staff. It was so nice to be able to enjoy a good dinner in our own space after a long day of travel. There a fenced “lagoon” with ducks and turtles in the center of the property. There are foot bridges over it to take you to a beautiful pool, hot tub and the restaurant. Not crazy crowded considering it was Thanksgiving week. We’ll definitely be back.

My daughter & I enjoyed our stay at your resort. It was very homey. It's beautiful there. We liked the gardens & the wildlife there. It's convenient to shopping & everyone was super helpful in the office. The restaurant on the grounds is an added amenity. The homemade Key lime pie was delicious. Thanks for a pleasant week

This place was terrific! The condo was well-appointed with comfortable furniture in the living-dining room, the bedrooms were quiet and had comfortable beds, and there was more than enough closet space and dresser drawers for storage while we were there. The two bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and other supplies, and the kitchen had many things available to us that we usually have to purchase. The patio was comfortable and had a nice view of the resort pond and wildlife. And the weather was great the whole week we were there! The owners of the condo were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had regarding the unit or the resort during our stay. All in all it made for a most enjoyable week in the Naples area. We will definitely keep this one in mind for future trips that we make to southwest Florida!

Everything in this rental was great. I was lucky enough to meet Tammy and she couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. This is an old resort which has been updated. This unit is privately owned and managed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location in Naples is perfect with the grounds and amenities in the resort very welcoming and enjoyable. We are only sorry we were only there for three days!

We were here for medical reasons and not for pleasure but our surroundings made it a very pleasurable place to be. Tammy, the owner, is a wonderful, caring individual who spoke with my mother and comforted her in her time of need dealing with her granddaughter's illness. She was just an angel. The apartment was ideal and the atmosphere was absolutely ideal. Thanks again!
