Monthly rental rates based on 28 day month.

*Briarwood Homeowners association requires tenants to complete Application for lease approval forms. (Details available upon booking).

If reservation is made less than 8 days prior to arrival, an additional $100 application fee will be required.

Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $200.00 charge required by the Homeowners association.

House, pool, neighborhood all perfect. We didn’t want to leave. Any issues we had, (garage door opener) fixed without issue! Even offered to let us stay and extra day due to storms all for free for the inconvenience. Will stay again!

The listing information was on point including all the photos and the property was in one of the most beautiful gated communities I’ve ever stayed in. The house was stocked with just about everything we needed and then some. Location was idea for visiting beaches, shopping, dining and sightseeing. Would love to have stayed another week. Only complaint, or should I say suggestion, is that there was only a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. All bedrooms in Florida should have fans, especially if you’re trying to conserve on electricity by keeping the thermostat at a higher setting.

Furnishings are in disrepair. Signage throughout with limitations of usage. After a long day of travelling, we didn’t want to have to be faced with completing management’s duties before starting our holiday!

Wow, we are beyond shocked and quite honestly appalled that you would have the audacity to provide a 1 star review for this incredibly gorgeous & well appointed property. Let's just cut through the red tape for our readers and let us clarify exactly what happened; particularly since you preferred to be vague in your critique. Your accusation of "furnishings are in disrepair". This is clearly in reference to the fact that the owner of the property who left a day prior to your arrival encountered a malfunction in one of the metal support bars under one piece of the outdoor sectional. Since it was impossible to address the repair onsite, we told you to please use it gently.....we would wait to remove it until after you departed. This was the most practical solution. I have no idea what you're referring to regarding your accusation of "signage throughout with limitations of usage". The owner provides rental guests full access to the home & associated amenities. The only signage is the incredibly detailed instructions we provide for operating the pool and spa. Most guests are greatly appreciative of the level of detail shared to ensure the best possible vacation experience. Your statement regarding "not wanting to be faced with completing management's duties before starting your vacation" is clearly in retaliation for me asking you to pull the empty trash bins inside the garage upon your arrival. The trash is unfortunately not picked up until very late in the day.....on the day you arrived. Although my handyman had hoped to beat you to the house in order to address, you arrived first. We assumed you would prefer to avoid an intrusion after your arrival. Therefore, I asked if you could address. The guest manual is quite clear regarding waste disposal procedures in this gated community. We ask all of our guests to adhere to those procedures while they are residing in the property....often requiring guest assistance to avoid fines to the owner. We manage numerous properties in this community (for approx.10 yrs) & none of our guests have taken attitude with being asked to follow the community waste disposal procedures. A recap & explanation of your complaints make it quite clear that this property is obviously not worthy of a 1 star review. You were unable to articulate even one detail....but certainly didn't hesitate to provide a low rating. Fortunately, future guests will be able to read between the lines and recognize the 50+ 5 star reviews are clearly a much better representation of this property. We visited the Starfish property during the spring break season with our daughter, son in law and three year old granddaughter. What a beautiful, well-appointed home! We spent almost every day swimming and floating in the pool, listening to the birds and enjoying the quiet of this home which is on a cul de sac and backs up to lush tropical vegetation. The "spa" was just the right size for our granddaughter to practice her "swimming", and the pool large enough for me to do short laps. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for relaxing meals. Thank you, Tammy and Neil for the personal attention - step stool and little chair for our granddaughter. We're already looking forward to next year.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at our Briarwood rental in Naples. Three sisters and their husbands enjoyed the pool and spaciousness of this rental. Kitchen was well stocked with "real" pots and pans as well as cooking accessories. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Starfish house. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, plus our son, daughter-in-law and two grand kids (ages 2 & 4). The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent most of our time outside on the lanai and in the pool and spa. We were even able to watch the Super Bowl outside. Plenty of floats for everyone to use. We took full advantage of the park and pickleball courts. The beach chairs and umbrellas were also put to good use on our many trips to the beach. I would highly recommend this property. We had one very minor issue, which was addressed and resolved very quickly.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Starfish home in Naples Briarwood community! Great location! Everything was perfect! The house was complete with everything you need including pool toys! Tammy & Neil were very prompt at responding to us and managing our stay. Very highly recommended if you are looking for a perfect getaway!

The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Very clean and well maintained in a quiet, gated community. The outdoor space was a great spot for our family to relax and enjoy the pool, spa and lounge. Three bedrooms and baths were perfect for us and our family. Everything we needed is included (coffee makers, blender, bbq grill, kitchen utensils). Pool toys, beach chairs and towels are also supplied. A great stay, highly recommended! We will return!

This is a wonderful house in a quiet, gated community where there is plenty of space to walk through the neighborhood, when not swimming in the pool or sitting in the hot tub! This house is convenient to beaches and downtown. We basically lived outside while enjoying the outdoor kitchen, TV and large table. The Property Manager, Tammy, is very fast to respond to issues and had repairmen on the scene the same day if there was a problem. We have now rented this home for three years and look forward to our next return!

We enjoyed our three week stay at 922 Tivoli in Briarwood. The home is well furnished and is fully equipped with everything needed. The beautiful backspace is great. As pictured. It has a very comfortable outside area with grill and tv. We found the Briarwood location to be a very convenient drive to downtown Naples restaurants and beaches as well as shopping . The house comes with detailed instructions and tips on Naples to make the stay very enjoyable. We will return to this excellent property.

Our stay at Tivoli Court was wonderful. The pool and lanai area are def the big features of this property, but we also really loved the layout of the house. We felt like we all had our own quarters, with each bedroom having a separate hallway entrance and bathroom. The home was very clean and has very comfortable beds and couches. The kitchen is well stocked. This is my second time renting through Tammy and Neil. I will continue to book through and them and would highly recommend to others as well. Communication throughout the week makes it evident how much they care about their properties and guests. Thank you for another great stay!

We loved our stay at Starfish House. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the property managers made the renting process easy. We visited many beaches in the area and our kids really enjoyed exploring them, each one was unique. They also enjoyed the pool and the toys that were provided. Great family home. The starfish house exceeded our expectations. Clean, updated, great pool and location, close to beaches and downtown. We enjoyed hanging out in the lanai and watching TV outside. The pool is oversized and we liked that it was saltwater. The owners thought of everything a guest would want. We will be back soon.

We had a fabulous time in Naples, the weather and beaches were beautiful. I would definitely rent this home again. We had another couple stay with us and the floor plan was perfect for privacy and the home is so spacious inside and out. We spent most of our time on the lanai either watching tv or swimming. The hosts thought of everything in the house to make the stay very comfortable. The property managers were very helpful with information and they left a binder of things to do and restaurants to go to.

We have been going to Naples for the past three years and have had different accommodations each time. We were searching for the perfect vacation home and now we found it. This home is large, beautiful, exceptionally clean and meets all our needs. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed and spacious. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and the and decor is tasteful. The nice sized laundry room was great with washing machine and dryer that worked efficiently and appeared to be new. Cable and the internet performed well on all five T.V's. Our computer was constantly in use with no interruptions. The lanai is a fabulous space. It is a huge outdoor covered area with a large salt water pool and a hot tub we used every evening. This area included lounge chairs, a sectional couch, bar area, refrigerator, T.V and barbecue. We ate outside at a lovely table that seated at least eight people. We also enjoyed the book prepared by the owners. It included useful information, such as restaurants, places to see, and beaches to visit. We are planning our next vacation and want to be their guests soon. Thank you to the owners for making our vacation one to remember.

This house was really amazing. The beds were so comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very spacious, and it had everything there that we needed for our stay. The house is about a 15 min drive to the beach, and is in a safe gated community. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely rent this house again!

We loved this house so much that we are booking for more time next year! We spent hours per day in the pool and spa and the neighborhood is great for walking. The outdoor kitchen with tv was very convenient. Have rented other houses in Briarwood but this one we liked the best!

Although the beginning of our vacation started on a bad note because we were delayed in arriving by tropical storm Eta the home was spectacular with all the amenities anyone could ask for !!! The commute to old Naples and beach locations was 10 minutes and we were extremely pleased with the service of property management ( Tammy ). Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

My wife and I had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We were so pleased that the home was spotless and looked just like the photos. The pool and lanai were our favorite areas of the house. The property managers made the reservation, arrival and departure process very easy. We felt confident that they would be available for us if we needed them but we didn't have any issues during our stay. We enjoyed Naples for the beautiful beaches and restaurants that delivered. We highly recommend this home and we will be back soon.

This home was just lovely. It featured a private pool and spa, prime location, amazing private outdoor living and wonderful furnishings. The home was well laid out and plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. The kitchen was very well appointed with beautiful dishes, glassware, cooking and serving items. There were beach chairs, tents, mats and toys for the pool. It was a 10 minute drive to the beach and downtown Naples. We look forward to our vacation at this home next year.

This was our first visit to Naples, it was so beautiful. The house was amazing and everything you need to have the best vacation. We enjoyed the pool and the spa every day. There is an outside tv that we could watch from the pool, so fun. We were only 10 minutes from the beach and we loved watching the sunsets. Downtown Naples was only a 10 minute drive. Briarwood is a gated community and we will be back next year for sure
