This single family home (w/heated saltwater pool & spa) is located in the Naples Park section of North Naples....bike to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. This home’s premier location is central to all of your vacation needs!

This Newly listed adorable beach cottage has been decorated with incredible attention to detail. The moment you enter this cozy coastal cottage, you'll be transformed into vacation paradise.

The great room includes comfortable seating, large screen TV and dining space for 6.

The foyer houses a workspace with desk for your convenience in working remotely.

The fully equipped and modern kitchen boasts new cabinets, new counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room with full size washer & dryer. This is one of two access points to the screened lanai area.

One of the most unique features of this property is the poolside cabana with wet bar, conversational seating area, bar table & outdoor TV!

The property has beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, beach cart, & pool floats.

*There is a $24/night pool/heating fee. Tenants are responsible for turning spa off when not in use. Not following pool/spa instructions are subject to penalties.

Highly recommend this rental!

We had an amazing week at this rental property in Naples. The house was clean, updated and beautifully decorated. It really made us feel comfortable and like we were at home. The laundry on site was a huge plus. We spent a ton of time in the back porch area and in the backyard pool. We also utilized the included beach gear such as chairs, towels, toys and one of the bicycles. There were plenty of linens and towels for everyone. The house manual was easy to understand as far as garbage and recycling instructions, and we even found a fun park for our daughter with their recommendation. The location of the house is close to both the beach and the main road. We had food delivered a few times and it was always quick. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Naples. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is absolutely amazing! Everything you can ask for. Pool is stunning and floats/toys provided for. Perfect for toddlers with the shallow area and lounge chairs. Beach chairs, towels, wagon, cooler, umbrella, and toys provided for. This place is really geared for children. We brought our 3 & 6 year old and really appreciate all the child safety features such as the child locks and alarms on the pool area. This gave my husband and I peace of mind. I loved the bed rails for my 3 year old and toys in the kids room. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved this property!! It had everything we could have wanted and needed. We each had a bedroom and also a bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and impeccable. Tastefully decorated, it had all the comforts of home. The pool area felt like we were in our own little resort. It was close to restaurants, shops and parks. Tammy, the host was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend and love to return.

Beautiful and spacious but most importantly-incredibly clean. The bedrooms we’re all great sizes-a king , queen and a couple twin beds so there was more than enough room for everyone. The bathrooms were very nice with great water pressure. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well and the kitchen had everything we needed on a night that we stayed in and cooked- everything was there for us plates pots and pans. The pool was under construction so unfortunately we didn’t get to use it but when we return will definitely take advantage of that. It was a beautiful property decorated very nicely. And the location is fantastic-walking distance to the mall with all the restaurants and stores and very close to the beach -we can’t wait to go back!

10/10 would recommend staying at this cute beach cottage in Naples! Beautifully decorated from top to bottom with all of the necessities. The backyard is absolutely amazing. Incredibly clean and well kept. Would definitely plan to come back here on my next getaway to Naples.

Our stay was awesome. The house was clean and fresh and offered so much to our family of four...a 2.5 year old and 9 month old. We utilized the pack-n-play for the baby and the high-chair for almost ALL our meals outside on the screened lanai. The pool offers a shallow play shelf for our little ones to sit and splash and such while the hot tub offered some needed relaxation after the kids went to bed. Resort in our back yard! We were 5-10 minutes to the beach, depending on traffic to get into the parking lot and the sand was the finest sand we had ever experienced. The location to various things like grocery store, casual/fast food when needed and fine dining was great and there were lots of shopping nearby as well. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy what Naples has to offer.
