Located inside the tranquil TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, and only minutes from beautiful Scenic 30A! This private, gated community, lets you experience the serenity of being secluded from the more populated areas of this beach destination, while still being conveniently located to nearby shopping, dining, and gulf-front attractions. Situated on 52 private acres, this full-service resort is bordered by the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a gorgeous nature preserve. Guests who stay in this little piece of paradise are able to choose from relaxing at the beach, or spend time exploring all the surrounding areas have to offer.

This resort is conveniently located only a short drive away from Destin, FL, where you can experience parasailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, boating charters, dolphin excursions, or treat the kiddos to a pirate cruise. This award-winning resort offers on-site dining at two different restaurants where you can enjoy lunch, dinner, and refreshments overlooking the Gulf at the Blue Dunes Grille (seasonal) or handcrafted beverages and casual cuisine at Club Tiki.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf Front corner unit, offers 2 Master Suites, both equipped with wall-to-wall windows for fabulous views of the gorgeous waters of the Emerald Coast! You can also enjoy the view of the sugar sand beaches from the large private gulf front patio, or a second private patio attached to the master suite! Either balcony would be the ideal spot for your morning coffee, or evening night cap! With windows everywhere you look in the condo, you can enjoy views of the coastline, while dining, relaxing in the family room, or from the comfort of one of the condos 2 king beds. Should you need additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the family room. With upgraded tile and countertops throughout, as well as in unit laundry for your convenience...this beautiful gulf front unit it sure to have a comfortable place for everyone in your family to enjoy their time together!

While staying in this gorgeous unit you have access to not one, but two heated community pools, and the community hot tub!! The pools are both heated seasonally, and you can choose to use Beach Manor's private pool, or the resort's shared gulf font pool! No better way to end a long day at then beach, then cooling off in the gulf front pool!

Starter Amenity Package:

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, the parking garage height is 6.5 feet tall. Tall vehicles or cars with luggage carriers may have difficulty parking, or may have to remove luggage rack prior to parking. There is no parking at Beach Manor for cars over 6.5 feet tall at this time.

We stayed at Beach Manor 414 inside TOPS’L while in Miramar Beach for a week. We enjoyed our stay so much. The views were amazing, conveniently located right next to the pool and bar/grill. A short drive into Destin where the restaurants and entertainment opportunities are endless. They provided a binder that had restaurants, fishing locations, beach accesses, rainy day activities, etc.,

Fabulous stay with 3 kids under 4

Stayed for a whole week and we truly enjoyed our stay. Our kids (4,3 and 8 months) would also agreed. Our two “older” children slept together in the same bed and baby slept with us . Great view of the pool and beach which was great for nap times so which ever parent that stayed with the baby could also enjoy the views. The hot tub was an awesome plus to have even though we didn't enjoy it until the last day (idk why we didn’t use it before). Instead of a bath before bed we did hot tub and right to bed after that. It made it a lot more enjoyable as we could sip on our wine while they played in the hot tub. The only down side was the elevator being far away. We had to do double the walking when we took the stroller. But still it was no trouble at all. Apartment was super cute, new and clean. Nothing felt too fancy to have in an apartment with 3 kids. The closeness to the beach mad it great for quick lunches and moving the kids from the beach to the apartment. On our last night there was a wedding and we didn't hear a peep from the music once the windows were shut. Great windows. Lastly… the view!!! Those pictures ARE NOT photoshopped! The view is unreal! Wish I could upload a picture Overall… would totally book again! PS: we went in May (crowd might be different in the summer months)

Gorgeous unit, fully upgraded and nicely decorated. Outstanding views from every room! Well stocked kitchen for cooking! Great bedrooms, beds (on the firm side but very comfortable) and good bathrooms also updated. Easy check in and great resort. Second time staying at Top’sail resort. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Amazing Views & Awesome property

We recently stayed at this condo and was blown away when we walked in - the photos do not do it justice when the Gulf’s beautiful turquoise blue waters are on point!! Excellent location to enjoy the pool, beach or bar area! Great food and staff - they & the management crew went over and above. This might sound negative at first, but it wasn’t!! Day 1 (Sunday 6/19) - AC froze up and it was 79 degrees in the unit when we woke up on Monday morning… contacted the management and the building maintenance advised a new filter was needed… Day 2 - Day 3 - AC was not fixed, but they brought us 5 fans to help circulate the air. It was hot, but we dealt with it. The supply chain doesn’t help with limited parts, but amazing the owner and management company QUICKLY REPLACED the unit. They didn’t bandaid it - what we thought was the worse vacation turned completely around and we fell back in love. Again this is NOT a negative review - AMAZING CONDO, PROPERTY AND TEAM to make your vacation as best as possible. We have already booked this again for 2023!! I am sure we might even book 2024 too! Thank you for salvaging what could have been a complete disaster!!

Everything went smoothly from front gate to arriving at the condo. Lovely view. enjoyed sitting out on the balcony people watching and hearing the waves. You can barely hear the music from the pool when you where inside. Beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. Needed some light bulbs in one lamb in extra bedroom and the hall way to master room. I would let people know that it is a walk to get to the beach even though out your window you look close. if your not carrying things you can just go down the stairs and it is faster. I would stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I are in our 30’s and this was not only our anniversary vacation, but our first vacation alone and without kids. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Great views, all the amenities we needed and the private community and beach was perfect.

Repairs and critiques

Here's a list of repairs, issues and things we feel should be pointed out on the listing to better represent what we and others are renting with this property: •The minimum height in the parking garage is extremely low. Unable to pull in to garage with anything on luggage rack on vehicle. If this is mentioned in the listing, it should be a FOCUS point since people drive from states away and will likely have luggage in their top racks. •Distance from garage to condo, condo to beach, etc... Even though this unit is advertised as physically being closest to the beach access and pool it is the furthest away from the only elevator to get to the beach and any of the amenities. We have 3 kids under 4 and rented this unit because it it was implied that because it was on an end and was closer to the beach access and pool. The pool that it is closest to in the listing is a pool connected to the neighboring property. And in order to get to the beach path, you have to walk the entire length of the property to get to the elevator, just to walk right back to the side of the building the condo is on, which is where the beach path is. Very deceiving in the listing. •The refrigerator sensor seems to be faulty. It thinks one of the doors is not shut even when all doors are closed. That results in the Ice maker not working and refrigerator beeping non stop. Top drawer/railing of freezer is broken so freezer door doesn’t shut easily. Constantly have to keep checking because if you don’t realize it doesn’t think the door is shut and you leave the condo, when you return your food isn’t cold and you have no ice. ***So when we showed up there was no ice and the interior of the fridge was warm. It is a PAIN to constantly have to keep checking if it is cooling and making ice. •Fish smell in top drawer to the left of stove (smelled like knives or something weren’t washed after using them to prepare fish) •Used contacts on the nightstand in the guest bedroom that one of my children almost put in her mouth. •Top sheet and a duve “cover” only on master bed (no duvet) or comforter. It’s like sleeping with 2 top sheets. We had to purchase a comforter. •No sheets or blankets for fold out couch (which is advertised as a 3rd bed in the listing). We had to go buy a set. Listing should say you have to bring your own pillows, sheets and comforter if you are expecting to utilize that “3rd bed”. •Master toilet doesn’t flush very well (unless you hold down the flush lever). It feels like it’s going to over flow and does not completely flush the water all the way out. •Most of the remotes for the TVs are programmed incorrectly. If my in laws were here by themselves, they would be unable to watch tv. Luckily I am in technology for a living and was able to at least reprogram the living room remotes don’t guest bed remotes to control the tv power and volume. •There appears to be a pretty large leak on the ceiling in the master bath shower. Assuming it is coming from the unit above. •Lastly, there should be an info booklet in the unit to let renters know where the restaurants, pools, fitness center, etc... are on the property. There is no "front desk" so we feel like we are flying a bit blind, even though we are more than capable of walking around and figuring things out on our own. Just a curtesy that will save renters time. **With buying sheets/comforters, programming remotes, repairing refrigerators, walking around finding restaurants, distance to paths to the beach/pools, having to unload our roof luggage rack outside of the property and haul our luggage in by hand before we can even enter the parking garage, etc... ...We've wasted a lot of our valuable vacation and wedding anniversary celebration time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry you experienced any hiccups during your stay as it is always our goal that our guests have a 5 star and stress free stay. The property description and maximum height of the parking garage is sent in the pre check in directions and the HOA provides additional parking options for cars that aren't able to enter. Accessing pools and the beach from this unit are not as difficult as described above, but I'm sorry it felt like more walking that you planned on. This unit has been completely renovated from top to bottom since the time of this review so all of the other comments have been addressed.
