Relax poolside in one of the lounge chairs while reading a book or surfing the internet with a blazing fast internet connection. Speaking of which, if you're staying in the house because of conference at the Marriott, there is a dedicated office space where you can shut the door and get some work done while the rest of your family and friends enjoy themselves. When you get hungry, cook out on the gas grill in the shaded area of the lanai, surrounded by potted plants and native shrubs and foliage. When you come back inside, there is plenty of seating to choose from: at the bar overlooking the kitchen, the glass dining room table, which has seating for six or in the living room that boasts a couch, two swivel chairs and two swivel recliners. And if it should happen to rain (which it never does when you’re on vacation in Marco Island ;-), both the living room and master bedroom have the premium HDTV package with every movie channel Comcast offers. There’s also a DVD player in the living room so don’t leave home without bringing your favorite movies from high school and telling the younger generation how easy they have it growing up.

The spacious interior has been tastefully updated with stylish furnishings and artwork that evoke a refined beach getaway feel. The large sliding glass doors off the dining room can be opened (just make sure to turn off the AC) so you bring the outside in and enjoy the warm gulf shore breezes island life offers. The kitchen, with recessed lighting, is stocked with all of the comforts a chef could want: coffee maker AND a Keurig machine, a blender, toaster, oh and did we mention the all new appliances? The bar area off the kitchen is a great place to congregate, make and sip cocktails and watch the aspiring Top Chefs in the family whip up the latest gourmet food trend. It’s also a great place to put out food, snacks and beverages or look out at the picturesque view of the pool and lanai.

In the garage, you will find just about everything you need for the beach, including umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, floats and coolers. That beach equipment will get ample use because it’s only a 0.3 mile walk to the public beach access point, which takes you to Paradise Coast and its warm sands, turquoise waters and endless array of water sports.

Since you are just a half a mile from the JW Marriott, you can enjoy its world famous spa as well as its 10 bars and restaurants, without having to pay four figures/night for one hotel room. Also close by is a miniature golf course, the Marco Walk Plaza which boasts some of the Island’s best restaurants as well as boutiques and ice cream across from which is a 7-11 if you need to fill up on gas or get some snacks.

  • PARKING RULES
    Parking is limited to one car/bedroom. For example, a three bedroom house can have a maximum of three cars parked onsite. (Note: a den does NOT constitute a bedroom.) Please note, not all properties can accomodate one car per bedroom so please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about the particular property you are booking.
  • Cars may not block the sidewalk at anytime.
  • Cars may park in the "swale" (i.e., the grass space between the sidewalk and the street), EXCEPT between the hours of 12am-6amThe tires of the vehicle cannot be touching the road or sidewalk. 
  • Cars can be parked on the hardscape (i.e. the paved area between the sidewalk and street) at all times; however, the tires of the vehicle cannot be touching the road or sidewalk. 
  • Motor homes, campers, boats, jet skis, certain trucks, trailers or RVs are NOT allowed on the property unless specifically approved by Owner. 
  • Guests are responsible for any tickets issued during their stay.
  • Vehicles cannot block the sidewalks at any time must not be blocked or a citation will be issued. Guest is responsible for paying any ticket that is issued during their stay.
  • No motor homes, campers, boats, jet skis, certain trucks, trailers or RVs are allowed on the property.
General noise prohibitions:
A decibel measurement standard is in effect 24 hours a day, seven days a week on Marco Island for single family homes.
  • Between 9:00pm – 7:00am, the sound may not be plainly audible from fifty (50) feet from the property line or within a fully enclosed structure of a residence.
  • Between 7:00am – 9:00pm, the sound when measured at the receiving property may not exceed 68 dBA .
  •  In multifamily dwellings or duplexes, the sound may not exceed 50 dBA between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 45 dBA between 9:00pm – 7:00am, as measured from the neighbor’s dwelling unit.
Enforcement and Penalties: 
1. Any person responsible for a violation of the noise ordinance will be given a warning and must comply within five (5) minutes. No warnings will be given after 11:00pm.
2. If a police officer or community service officer has to return and there is a violation at the home/dwelling unit within 48 hours, a citation or Notice of Violation will be issued.
3. The person responsible for a violation may be issued a Notice of Violation for each individual violation.
4. Any person violating the ordinance, including the property owner and/or the tenant may be subject to a civil penalty of:
  • $250.00 for the first violation
  • $500.00 for the second violation
  • $1,000.00 for the third violation
  • $2,000.00 for the fourth violation
  • $4,000.00 for the fifth the violation
  • $5,000.00 for the sixth violation 
Guest agrees that if they fail to comply with the ordinance and/or are cited by the City of Marco Island for a noise-related violations, the guest is financially liable for any assessed fines and/or will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all rental fees.

We are committed to your comfort and to maintaining good relationships with our community. The home you rented may be equipped with a noise monitoring device to proactively prevent noise complaints from neighbors. The device does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This device allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay and is 100% privacy compliant. 
 
Note: There may be electronic surveillance of the exterior of the home (Ring Doorbell, cameras); however, there is NO electronic video surveillance monitoring of the pool/lanai area or in the interior of the house. Should a previous guest have left a device behind, please notify us immediately and we will take the necessary action to remove it from the premesis. 
ENTRY BY OWNER
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner/Manager will provide renter with 24 hours notice of intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens.
  2. Start the laundry: wash and dry a load of towels the night before departure. Morning of departure, wash and dry a load of sheets and start another load of sheets in the washer. Do not leave more than 2 loads of laundry for the cleaner. We appreciate your help in getting the house ready for the next guests just like they did for you!
  3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
  4. Setting air conditioning below 72° or heat above 78°, changing fan from Auto, or leaving doors, windows, or blinds open while AC or heat is running is prohibited.
  5. The guest is responsible for disposing of trash and recycling during their stay. In single family homes, trash is to be taken to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday nights and recycling is taken out Wednesday nights only. In condos, tenants must dispose of trash as outlined in the guest book. 
  6. Close all blinds/curtains in all rooms.
  7. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  8. All keys are to be returned upon move-out by Tenant. There will be a $50.00 charge per key if not returned within 1 week of check-out date and $100 for a missing garage remote.
  9. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
HOLD HARMLESS
Neither iTrip nor the Owner, assumes any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, heating and air conditioning, internet and/or cable outages, appliances, televisions, and stereos.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner and Manager from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner and Manager free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Manager reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
MINIMUM AGE
Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories. Should any unauthorized persons occupy or use the Premises, Tenant shall vacate the premises immediately without any refund. No key will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.
 
HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No barbeque grills of any kind are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flames ie. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm.

FAMILY RENTAL ONLY
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies.

FALSIFIED RESERVATION
any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment. This includes exceeding the maximum occupancy for the house.

HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. All beds are made with fresh linens, fresh towels are provided for each guest; any lost or damaged linens will be charged to the tenant. Tenant will receive a full roll of toilet paper and a small bar of soap in each bathroom; the kitchen will have 1 full roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 backup trash liner and a clean sponge. Items you will need to bring: extra paper products, sunscreen, toiletries, food, beverages, and any other essentials you will need to make your vacation enjoyable.
Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the washing of more that 2 loads of laundry or removal of excessive trash or sand. 
 
UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, pool heat, cable, internet or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. 

PET POLICY
If the home is not pet friendly and evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises, the renter will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or fees. NOTE: A "pet" constitutes strictly dogs. Cats, birds, reptiles, etc. are NOT permitted. Additional fees may be assessed for cleaning and/or damage. 

If the home is pet friendly, you are required to disclose the size, type/breed, age and number of dogs (if owner allows multiple dogs). The iTrip Property Manager has the ultimate say on whether the dog is allowed and a non-refundable pet fee must be paid prior to checkin. The fee will be based on the aforementioned criteria and is typically $25/night/dog. Failure to provide this information prior to checkin or if the guest does not truthfully disclose type and number of dogs, renter will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or fees. Additional fees may be assessed for cleaning and/or damage.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge of no less than $300 for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. 

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity stated in the property listing (in effect 24 hours/day), a publicly advertised property, violating Marco Island's 24 hour noise ordinance (20-05), using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to the quiet enjoyment of their premises.

ELECTRONIC SURVELLIANCE
Our properties are equipped with exterior security camera(s), noise decibel monitors and/or smart devices in compliance with the applicable laws in the State of Florida. There are no security cameras or recording devices that monitor, record or transmit video, images, or audio in any part of the property's interior such as the hallway, bedroom, bathroom, living room, etc.

ELECTRICITY USE
​Crypto Mining is prohibited. Any costs incurred for excessive electricity use during a guest's stay will be the guest's responsibility to pay. This includes the charging of electric vehicles and any other electricity-intensive devices. 

POOL POLICIESPool Heat: Pools may not heat as desired & may take up to 48 hrs. to reach maximum temperature. There are no refunds for dissatisfaction with pool heat. Pool Safety. Running & diving are prohibited. Children, of any age, are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. Any safety netting & pool alarms must be used at all times and doors must be kept closed & locked. Any safety concerns, including if any equipment, pool alarms, safety netting or locks, are not working properly must be reported immediately to VRM.

Between November 20 and April 30, the pool heater will be set to 85 degrees as part of the nightly rental rate. Please note that the ambient temperature, weather and type of pool heater may preclude the pool from ever reaching that temperature. Also, the pool heater only runs when the pool pump is on (typically 8-10 hours/day) and will vary based on the pool and the time of year.  If a guest wants the pool heater to run longer and/or higher, there will be an minimum fee of $165/week. 

During the off-season (May 1 to November 19), pool heat is not included in the nightly rate. If the guest wants the pool heated, the guest will submit a request via email stating they agree to have their credit card charged $165/week to have the pool heater turned on to 85 degrees for 8-10 hours/day. 
Travel Insurance. Travel  insurance is recommended if you have any concerns about our refund policy: Super Strict 30 days. It is available if purchased at the time of reservation from Airbnb.                             
                                                                                                                                
Cancellations and Changes. There are no refunds for unused days, unmet expectations, problems with the house, unless they render the house useless, bad weather, natural disasters, or personal or other reasons. Rescheduling will be permitted, but not refunds, when required by law, due to a mandatory evacuation of the rental property or legally defined impracticality, impossibility, or frustration of purpose, provided the reservation is rescheduled before the original scheduled arrival date, payment is made for any rate increase, and the new arrival date is within 1 yr. VRM reserves the right to cancel reservations and refuse service to anyone, to the extent permitted by law.

I stayed here with my friend and her daughter for five days. The location was great-a nice short walk to the beach. The wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs were greatly appreciated. The house was clean and comfortable as was the pool and outside area. It rained while we were there and the covered patio area was a great way to still enjoy the outside. Check in/out was seamless. Communication was great. All our texts or emails were answered promptly. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property!

Love the location. All was as listed. All restaurants were very close. This for us was a laid back getaway and that was exactly what we needed. Beautiful pool and beautiful neighborhood. I would like to suggest that as seniors that you provide safety handles in the showers. Otherwise , we loved the house.

We spent 6 wonderful weeks at 916 Loyalty Ave again just a few weeks ago and loved it. The location of the house is incredible. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach and is lined by sidewalks that make it easy to walk our 17 pound dog, walk to the beach, and walk to restaurants. The house is very comfortable and has plenty of space for 4. We had 6 in the house for a few days and it was very close quarters. The property managers are very nice and very accommodating. We had issues at various times with the TV, dryer and dishwasher. These issues were easily and quickly dealt with at no inconvenience to us. In fact, the TV issue resulted in getting a new 65 inch TV just in time for the Super Bowl!! The best compliment I can give is that we are already booked again next year!

BEWARE! I would not recommend this house to anyone with children. The neighbor woman was extremely rude and yelled at our 3 little girls through her window to “SHUTUP” while playing in the pool at 6 pm. She threatened to call the police if they didn’t be quiet. The manager text me that we would be responsible to pay the citation if the police came. This put a real damper on our outside pool activities during our vacation. There is a 24 hour noise ordinance on Marco island, but 3 little girls having fun was definitely not beyond what was allowed. Noticed too late in the reviews that others had had the same problems with this neighbor..Best part of the house was that it was easy walking distance to the beautiful beach. Would not stay here again!

I am sorry to hear about your experience with the neighbor. For clarification, Marco Island does have a 24 hour noise ordinance that is enforced. If sound can be heard 50' from the property line, it constitutes a noise violation between 10pm - 7am. Between 7am - 9pm, it has to exceed 68 decibels to constitute a fine. 90% of guests never have an issue at this house; however, the neighbor will say something if the screaming/playing goes on for a while. While you likely would not have gotten any fine if the police were called, I understand the damper her rudeness put on your pool time. Noise is the #1 issue for those who do not want vacation rentals in their community. With rentals, there is new energy coming in every stay so while you just got to the house and want to let loose, the neighbor(s), who may have to go to work the next day, tire of it. Put yourself in the shoes of that neighbor and ask yourself: If you lived next door to a full-time vacation rental, how would you want guests to behave? Residents like her want vacation rentals on Marco to be outlawed and there is an effort afoot to ban them. In order to prevent that from happening, we have to strike a balance between guests having fun and the neighbors' right to the peaceful enjoyment of their homes.

We stayed at 916 Loyalty this year after missing last year due to Covid. What a great return. The location is perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, farmers market and shopping. Great pool that is nice and warm on the few cold days. A Weber grill that works to perfection. And Mark, Sara and ITrip made all the logistics very easy. The fact that the property is also pet friendly was a big plus for us too.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The enormous pool was amazing and such a quick walk to the beach. Even though we packed some sand toys, the garage had everything you needed to beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. We had no issues at all with the house- able to cook out a couple nights and build some great memories in Marco Island! We would stay here again!

A Perfect Getaway

This was a great, easy house equipped with everything you'd need and more! The pool was the perfect temperature, the house was comfortable, and the beach was a quick 5 minute walk away. Bonus for having a ton of kids toys available, so don't stress if you forget to pack a few! Another bonus, the kitchen has every gadget and appliance you'd need, so cooking is also stress-free. I'd highly recommend 916 Loyalty Ave to anyone in need of a family-friendly, relaxed vacation.

The house really is a great place to spend time with friends and family given its proximity to the beach (0.3 miles), a nice covered lanai area with pool and newer appliances (including a new grill). The open floorplan is great for gathering together for a meal or you can go to your room for some R&R when you want some quiet time to cover a few chapters of the book you brought with you. The house is in very good condition, the pool is super big, everything is very good in general, but you can't make noise, you can't put on music, for example the police just come just because we were talking in the back of the house, we no even had music , we were JUST TALKING. If you want to rent the house, keep in mind that you cannot put on music or make noises, the police will come at 2 in the afternoon , at 11 in the morning , at 8 pm they don't care.

We loved our stay at Marco Island. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the house :) Everything was as pictured. The beach was a short walk away (easily done with three young kids) and had beautiful seashells everywhere. The entire subdivision was very nice and had sidewalks if you wished to go for a walk. We were able to text with the property management company anytime we had a question and they were very quick to respond to any inquiry. They were also kind enough to text us reminders when something needed to be done on a specific day and just check in with us to make sure everything was ok. I loved how easy the communication was. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Marco Island.

Wonderful vacation home

What a wonderful vacation home! Mark and Sarah are the perfect hosts, quick to response to questions and take care of matters . The house is very comfortable, extremely well equipped and very clean. Our family greatly enjoyed the pool, the outdoor grill and the convenience of the location , so close to the beach and the main road. I definitely recommend this home and look forward to coming back some day. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful escape!

Great visit!

We were lucky enough to spend 5 weeks in Marco in January and February. We really loved the property and it’s location. We were able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable and property manager was very attentive. We also had 2 dogs travel with us which was great. We would have stayed at this house again for 2021 but it was already booked!

Great trip in Marco Island

We had a great time in Marco Island and at the house. The home was neat, clean, and had all the essentials we needed. It was a very easy 5/10 min walk to the beach and all beach essentials were included. Cart, chairs, toys, and even some water shoes. Not much negative to say except the unfortunate Sound Ordinance in Marco island. If you are making too much noise especially at night time, the neighbors may call the police, as they did with us. So, no late night swimming or playing music outside. But we figured it out and everything was fine! The owners were very easy with which to communicate, so that was easy!

It was so nice to find a beautiful home in Marco Island that was comfortable for my family and my four legged fur baby. The host was attentive during our stay. He sent us a caring message to make sure we were enjoying the home and the amenities. The neighborhood was so tranquil and neighbors are so nice and polite. I will definitely be back in the future.

We rented this house for a weekend. Great place to stay at! We had great communication with the host and he was quick to respond. The house is beautiful and very spacious. It was very clean and well equipped. It has a nice pool too. Having the beach across the street is a plus. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this house and look forward to returning to it in the future.

Walk to beach - spacious house

i booked this house with friends to visit Marco Island. When we arrived we were greeted by Mark (the host) who was very informative. he gave us some tips on the 'where to go to spots' we got settled in to the house - very spacious, bright and clean. the pool was glorious, refreshing and just perfect temperature. the house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. it is very conveniently located a short walk to the beach entrance, like 5 mins walk and close to the Marriott for evening Drinks and Sunsets. we really enjoyed our week here and looking forward to returning again soon.
