Welcome to The Normandie Manor! This California style Craftsman has been remodeled with a designer kitchen and several outdoor patios perfect for entertaining your group. Over 2,100 square feet of living space with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths boasts an ultra-prime location with views of the Hollywood Sign! The home is located on a busy street in the East Hollywood neighborhood of LA and blocks away to the 101 Freeway. (Please note you will hear street noise if you leave the window/doors open.)

7 miles or 20 min drive to Rodeo Drive. 11 miles to SoFi Stadium. Santa Monica Beach 30 min drive.

Living Room has a new large window AC w 24,500 BTU's good for up to 1400 sq feet.

The whole family can help with dinner in our designer gourmet kitchen. Thermador stainless steel appliances include a subzero fridge gas range and double ovens. Kitchen Island has 3 seated bar seating to get some work done. When you're ready to eat, dine together at the table for six. Plus Nintendo Switch video game in our game room.

Lower Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom suite, which features King size bed, office desk and en-suite marble bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Second Level Bedrooms:

All the remaining bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, SmartTV, and a private patio with views of the Santa Monica Mountains plus window unit AC.

Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, SmartTV w access to private balcony with views of the Hollywood Sign. NO AC - fans provided.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed, a SmartTV and window unit AC.

Bedroom 5: Queen bed, a SmartTV and window unit AC.

Bedroom 6: Full bed, SmartTV and window unit AC.

Two guest bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor each configured with a walk-in shower.

Family Pets Welcome with our Pet Fee $175 that needs to be prepaid prior to arrival.

There are stairs in the back yard and inside to access the 2nd level, if you have small toddlers or mobility issues this home is not ideal for you.

** With our Extra Guest Fee $75 per Guest per Night we can provide a Queen air mattress bed for additional 2 more guests. Total 12 Guests Maximum Occupancy Limit

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA . We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. We require valid photo IDs of all guests

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: 12 ONLY (including infants or children)

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions. Extra Guest Fees Apply after 10 guests.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music during this time. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

NO SMOKING $100 fine Smoking Indoors

Upon Check-Out you agree to pay for any damages or extra Cleaning Fees if home is trashed due to illegal parties, trash not picked up in the bedrooms or outdoor spaces.

PET FEES:

Well behaved dogs are welcome with a $175 per pet fee and paid prior to check-in. Dogs should not be left unattended in the home unless they are muzzled or crated. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

Great Place for a Big Group!

Me and my friends had a lovely stay at this spot! It's very spacious, and was able to accommodate a very large group. It's also close to a lot of tourist attractions in Hollywood! The place was clean, and there was a lot of kitchen space to cook for everyone. The house is a little dated, but nothing to cause any issues.
