We have ZERO tolerance for smoking, parties, and events. As we are located on a quiet residential neighborhood, please be mindful of noise and be respectful to our neighbors!

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the home and change of bed linens

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

Minimum 25 years of age to book. Valid photo ID will be required from all Adult Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 4

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.

No access to the mailbox. Please make other arrangements for mail being sent.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LOS ANGELES NOISE ORDINANCE MANDATORY QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

PETS: Small Dogs under 25lbs OK w Pet Fee $150 and Pet Security Deposit

HOUSE RULES:

This is a permitted short-term rental with the City of Los Angeles and we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. All your guests must READ and AGREE to our House Rules prior to your arrival.

NO SMOKING  (Outdoors Only) $500 fine if any traces of smoke, ashes, etc found inside the home.

QUIET HOURS: City of LA Mandatory Noise Ordinance 10 pm – 7 am **
No Loud Voices or Outdoor Music are allowed during these times. Our NoiseAware technology will alert us after 10pm if you're in Violation and our local team will arrive to address the complaint.

City of LA has been cracking down on party houses in the Hollywood Hills. Any loud noises reported by neighbors or if police are called you will be charged a fine.
