Arrive to be welcomed by the bright and stylish interior, filled with gorgeous furnishings and comfy sofas for evenings of lounging about and enjoying movie night, wine, and sparkling conversations with your friends. We love the delicate balance between muted tones and splash of color throughout – there is just something about this place that is bound to put an instant smile on your face. HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 10 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact head counts of your guests at all times.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

Great property! Very clean, modern, and fully stocked with everything you need. The property owners were very helpful, and the view of the city is amazing! Communication with the property manager Lilly from i-Trip was easy and fast—she is very helpful. We didn’t have any major problems. The house is within walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl. Perched high in the hills, it offers breathtaking views of the cityscape and surrounding nature. Every morning, we were greeted by stunning sunrises, and evenings were spent enjoying the mesmerizing city lights. Only thing that wasn’t great was parking. No clear cut rules for parking and Garage was hard to get in and out of.

We were very happy with our stay at Sycamore Villa 1. The house was sufficiently large and comfortable for our extended family of 10. It was very clean and met our needs. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the great view. The location of the property in the Hollywood Hills was very convenient to many of the things we chose to do in Los Angeles. The only disadvantage of the property is the size of the garage which was too tight for an average SUV. The description of the property clearly and honestly states that the garage is very small and that the driver might have to exit the car through the hatchback, and that was our experience. I only mention it in the review so that prospective tenants understand that the information on the website is true.

2044 sycamore Our Family of 7 were in LA for the Rose Bowl Parade and Game. Great location. Close to many places that were on our list to sightsee. Pictures and descriptions were accurate except for a few things. 1) Bath tub water never got hot. We let it run a very long time and waited well over 10 mins. 2) no ice maker. We are from the south (Florida) we all use ice. Couldn't buy ice at Ralph's or Whole Foods. Sold out every day. Just would have been very helpful. 3)spectacular views. 4)parking permit was huge for us bc with a party of 7 we traveled with a suburban and no way it could fit in the garage. 6) tissues would have been nice. 7) kitchen towels would have been nice too. 8)great stay. The location is just as described and the interior and views are amazing! The location is nicely tucked away from all the busy traffic, in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything that you didn't have to travel far. Would stay here again when visiting LA!

We loved our stay in Hollywood! The house has been completely redone and is beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked, the house is so roomy, and the views could not be beat! Parking on the street with our SUV was super easy. Thanks for everything!

The house is spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two decks, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom, and the views are priceless.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has lots of room and plenty of supplies such as towels. The views of LA from the two back porches are amazing. Very good location for many attractions. Surprisingly quiet for a city house.
