Let me start off by saying the people we dealt with; Dan and Diane were awesome. Could not ask for better representatives. However, someone higher up the food change definitely let us down. A new pool had recently been installed but it was certainly not ready for guests. When we arrived, the as advertised heated pool had about a foot of green water in the bottom with a sump pump setting in the middle. The perimeter of the pool had orange construction netting around it. The landscape around the pool had been removed and not replaced during our entire stay. The screened in lanai was unusable because everything was coated with sand dust which wasn’t cleaned for one week into our stay. The heated pool was the main reason we chose this property, and we did not have an operational heater until 27th day of our 28-day vacation. I firmly believe we should have been notified of these conditions and given the opportunity to cancel with a full refund. We were given a 20% daily discount for our troubles however their calculations were not the same as mine. I’m assuming the taxes and fees were not added into the equation however they certainly were added into my total that I paid. Once the lanai was cleaned up, we thoroughly enjoyed the house and would consider staying there again, but this stay was defiantly a bummer. Gary & Millie Prusa
