55066 Tanglewood has all of the elements of a terrific getaway. Home was ready upon arrival and was exactly how it was described.. Enjoyed the pool area which has enough chairs and pool toys to comfortably enjoy our pool time. The gated community is nice for walking and biking within the PGA West gates.. Look forward to returning!

We booked this place for a month and were very happy staying there. The local manager Rozet was very responsive when we called for minor repairs that were needed. The unit itself is spacious and well equipped. The pool and spa were perfect and we barbecued several times during our stay. The location was great and we enjoyed the neighborhood. The only negative would be that the bedding was a little worn and the decor was dated, but that did not prevent us from having a wonderful stay and we would definitely consider renting this place again.

What a great stay and experience! We absolutely loved the place, enjoyed the amenities, and Rozet, Elizabeth, and team were amazing! The house was wonderful, excellently appointed with everything we needed four our group of 6 to enjoy our stay, and the staff was extremely responsive to the one or two minor questions we had (excellent host!). Pictures were accurate but the place is even better in person! We’ll definitely stay here and/or at another iTrip property for sure!

We recently visited this home with our two children, their spouses and our granddaughter. It offers plenty of space for three couples and young children. Kitchen is stocked with every piece of equipment, dishes, glasses, etc. you would ever need. Great back patio with pool and jacuzzi and plenty of shade. Quality furnishings, bed linens, towels. Overall wonderful experience.

The four of us had a great stay at this lovely home. The living room and kitchen were equipped for total relaxation. While the pool wasn't big enough to swim laps or anything, it was wonderful and refreshing to take a dip or linger in. The sound of the waterfalls lulls you into a state of relaxation, and there are plenty of lounge chairs. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge, and the bed was very comfortable! We started our mornings early, watching the sun come up over the golf course while we sipped coffee. You could get used to this! We had planned on finding a place that had all the conveniences so we wouldn't have to leave the property much, and it delivered on that. Only gripes: The A/C in the casita was underpowered, so it got warm in there and made sleeping or afternoon napping a bit uncomfortable. The ceiling fan was too noisy to be of any use, and trying to cool it off made the rest of the house downright chilly. Hopefully, those things will be fixed soon. Otherwise, we'd go back there in a heartbeat. And in fact, we have already forwarded the property info to several friends.

House was really nice, in great condition, very comfortable, and the pool area was great. Had some difficulty checking in, as the management company emailed the wrong address information and no property managers were on call to deal with day-of issues. While we loved the property, there were a few small problems: A noisy fan and weak air conditioning in one guest room, and low water pressure in a bathroom. Otherwise, we would definitely go back.

This property is perfect: spacious, well-appointed, comfortable furnishings, comfortable kitchen with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub are delightful set in large patio with adjacent to a par five on Palmer course. Distance from tees is between first and second shots so we had no issues with golf balls on the patio. We have happily booked for next year.

The home is beautiful and the location great. All was well when we arrived. Only suggestions: Let the guest know the water heater has been turned down - we had not hot water the first night as we didn't know to turn it up. Back bedroom is too warm. Fix fan/AC

We stayed in this condo for five nights at the end of July. The kitchen was very nice and had everything you could possibly need. The condo was beautifully decorated. Loved the full size washer and dryer and laundry room. Golf course was nice and well-kept. Liked that it was a gated community. The pool and hot tub were awesome. This was probably the best condo we have stayed in. However, we couldn't get the grill to work and had some trouble with the "smart" TVs. We had some other minor problems, but the ladies at 5 Star were responsive to the issues. Condo could use a good deep-cleaning as in corners, baseboards etc., but I'm very particular. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Perfect, well stocked house ... Very comfortable and inviting. Easy check in and out . We were there for my daughters' golf tournament at La Quinta Mountain Golf Resort and it was perfect. One of the best vacation houses we have ever rented. The only suggestion would be to clean the patio better. We arrived and the pool was very dirty. The furniture and very dirty too. I let them know they immediately cleaned the pool, but the furniture was left dirty. The patio and pool is was a very important part of renting this house and should be as clean as the inside of the house.

This was my fourth time renting from iTrip and again it did not disappoint. The PGA West Palmer residence was beautiful. We had 6 guests staying at the house and we all commented on how clean and how well appointed the house was. Pool area was great along with the outdoor furniture. Bedrooms are spacious and there was a bathroom for each room. I would not hesitate to book this house again.

My family and I have stayed in a few different homes in La Quinta and have always gone through Five Star Desert Vacation Rentals. This is the first year we stayed at this particular house, and everyone loved it. Lots of space, nice big bedrooms and a great pool area. It has everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of beach towels, and a closet full of board games. We had four adults and two kids and we never felt crowded. Also, dealing with Cindi was great. She's easy to get in touch with if you have any questions, and when I did leave a message for her, she called back within minutes. We can't wait to come back next year. Thanks, guys!

Our week long stay was nothing short of spectacular. The pictures of this house do it no justice it all! The house is extremely well appointed and stocked with all the items you would need on your getaway ( linens, towels, extra pillows, soap, etc.) All the bedrooms were very nice and very comfortable. The patio and pool/spa were gorgeous with great views of the course. PGA West is a great property. Everybody is very nice and helpful. Cindi, Dan and their assistants are phenomenal! Emails are answered extremely fast and they are more than helpful. Thank you for your assistance and making this anniversary gift one of a kind! It was our 37th wedding anniversary and 40th for being together!! This condo was perfect minus a cricket or two chirping inside during nite and flies due to heat on patio. They would love to hop a ride on my shoulder when I'd go inside however everything greatly made up for those annoyances! Suggestion: a welcome basket of munchies and bottle water or bev of guests choice would be a nice added touch especially for special occasions. Also please ask ahead if doing so in future dietary needs eg gluten free. The home was well decorated and VERY CLEAN!! small sdirt smudge in one bathroom sink however no big deal. We wouldn't complain on that tho someone else might. All in all we would love to stay there again!! Thank you for offering such high quality service and environment for such great value! As a businesswoman that is my philosophy! Value and have returning clients/guests! Thank you Dan and Cindi!

This was our first time renting a house out there, and there were no regrets! First off, the ownership company was VERY accommodating to our needs before we even booked it. All of our email questions were answered within 10 min, and they actually answered their cell phones when we called to confirm arrival. The house itself was amazing. It never felt like we were in someone else's house. The linen and decor was nice. Kitchen was well-stocked with previous renter's food and condiments and utensils. The house had an awesome pool and plenty of pool toys to use. Everything was clean on arrival and the bedrooms were very spacious. I will probably rent this house everytime I come out now. Very happy with my choice
