Kahana Sunset Resort E10 is a two bedroom / two bath upgraded two story condominium with breathtaking Kahana coastline and ocean views. Located on the white sandy beach of Keoni Nui Bay, the Resort is the perfect place to spend the day relaxing in the sun and surf. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and easy access to the beach and ocean from your condominium. Optional Air Conditioning is available for $25 daily fee.

Starter Supply
Your unit will come with a starter supply of personal toiletries and paper goods, individually wrapped and sealed until you open them. The initial supply includes a starter set of toilet paper and facial tissue in each bathroom, and paper towels and garbage bags in the kitchen, as well as starter-sizes of:

Kitchen - liquid dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen cleaning wipes, hand soap

Bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, massage body bar, body lotion, makeup wipe, body wash, hand soap

iTrip Maui also provides a starter set of salt/pepper packets, and a welcome coffee pack (no filter required!) with sugar/creamer packets included.

Smaller sizes are provided to prevent waste - not everyone cooks & washes dishes on vacation. But we want you to have enough to get started without having to run to the grocery store before checking in! Starter supplies are not replenished.


 
We need the tenant to be 25 or older. The guests of the tenant may be younger.
There is no smoking of any kind in the unit or on the lanai.

Kahana Sunset is a beautiful property. Our condo was spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, the property is immaculate with stunning views. Our unit gad 2 lanais where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails. Lovely pool area and picnic/grill area. Our family if 4 stayed 6 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. Convenient restaurants and grocery nearby. Loved it and would return, Highly recommend!

June 2023 / Unit was clean , up to date , everything worked, double balconies for sunning and coffee. Beds comfortable. Limited cook ware and bowls . Need the ac , sun hot in afternoon(25$ a day extra seemed excessive) pool was warm , beach did have sand but was small with shallow ocean out front with snorkeling possible. Good location to drive to local beaches and west coast towns. Only update would suggest is the downstairs sofa has passed its prime and distance to WiFi makes kids room tv hard to operate by streaming . Would rent again !

We had an excellent time at Kahana Sunset E10. The Alexa unit was personalized for us when we arrived. The Condo was clean with plenty of space for the 5 of us. The beach was never crowded, and had great snorkeling right there. We saw sea turtles every day. We had no issues with our condo while we were there. Plenty of cooking utensils and cookware for us to use. Would highly recommend this resort and unit for future stays.

We had a delightful stay at Kahana Sunset! This condo complex was just our speed, with a lovely pool, communal grilling areas, plenty of chaises overlooking the easily accessible beach, a shared filtered water machine by the pool, family-friendly quiet hours, and a great 2 bedroom layout. Parking was easy, restaurants and groceries were easily accessible within minutes, and we were close to some of the best beaches on the island (including those best for winter snorkeling). We also accessed some of the perks, including free chair rentals and a free adult zipline pass - worked out perfectly! We hope to return soon!

Nicely laid out townhome. Loved the two bedrooms and bathrooms and the resort was nice and quiet. Really appreciated the toilet paper, soaps, dishwasher and laundry detergent and some basic amenities they had. Unit needs some repairs-blinking lights, toilet paper holder and towel bar falling off , fridge was dripping water

We really enjoyed our stay at Kahana Sunset. What a great spot, nice view, and a nice home. We felt really comfortable. We ran into a small problem on arrival and needed help at 11 pm and the issue was resolved in minutes.

The beach and pool at Kahana Sunset are beautiful and well maintained. E10 is well located and has nice views. That said, the condo is tired and we had trouble with some of the appliances. The kitchen sink wouldn’t drain the first day. Happily, maintenance was on it quickly. We weren’t in Maui to hang out in the condo, so the conditions didn’t really matter.

Beautiful grounds... the condo, not so much

The grounds at Kahana Sunset were incredible; bright foliage, beautiful pool, cool little bay with sea life, and tropical fruit from the trees! We would absolutely book at Kahana Sunset again, but not in unit E10. We had originally booked an updated condo that was oceanfront (Building F), due to sea wall issues, we were moved back a row to E10. While we received a refund for the difference, we would have preferred to pay more and stayed in an updated unit; we understood the issues with the sea wall, but were not clear on what a downgrade the actual unit would be. From the moment we entered E10 it felt damp, dated, and dark. I hope the carpet and sofas were damp due to extra Covid cleaning, but it never really dried. Additionally, the cabinets were sticky, dishwasher was broken, and the bathrooms and guest bedroom felt very dark and dated. Lastly, and I hate being too critical, but the sleeping pillows were horrible, E10 is the proud new owners of Serta pillows we had to purchase on the island and leave behind. The unit could use a major overhaul.
