Amazing Condo

We booked Condo 107F at Barefoot Beach Resort and it was great! Love the first floor condo rental with patio and all the modern decor along with the cleanliness of the condo. Great Condo to Rent right across the street from the beach with dock on the intercoastal and a awesome pool area!

Our condo at Barefoot Beach Resort met all of our expectations. Our family was able to enjoy a nice getaway without worry. Although there is technically only one bedroom, the fold-out couches in the living room and back bonus room allowed for my kids to have their own space. The bed was super comfortable. The condo was clean amd decorated tastefully. If we make it back to the area, we would consider staying here again.

My husband and I have stayed at multiple condos at this resort. This one was spot on and delivered all that was promised and then some. For me cleanliness is top of the list and it was a 10 out of 10. The condo was decorated beautifully and was welcoming. Communication was great as well which is super important. I would def rebook here for our annual Fl vaca.

If you're looking for the perfect location, restaurants within walking distance, beach access across the road and spotless a condo look no more! This well appointed condo checks all the boxes. Nicely decorated with ample parking, a beautiful pool, grill access and laundry on-site this condo has everything to make for a relaxing get away. There are lawn chairs, cooler and umbrella to make your day at the beach a fantastic one!

In Good Faith

In good faith, we booked a 14-day reservation at Barefoot Beach Resort 107F, Indian Shores, FL, based on written and pictorial advertisements (4.7out of 5.0). As we entered this accommodations, it was immediately obvious that it was not what was advertised. We took a visual inventory of 107F and contacted the number provided by the owner/company. We had a text exchange with a person by the name of “Rocio” and reported our concerns, but there was no further follow-up by him or any other company representative during our stay. Here is a list of issues we experienced and reported. 1) Living room upholstered chair cushion had a red stain on seat about 1" in diameter. 2) Roaches. 3) Three TV's, each programmed differently. 4) Broken toilet seat that would shift and fall off the toilet. 5) Slow running bathroom sink drain. 6) Dead batteries in wall clock. This was advertised as a 4.7 out of 5-star accommodation. The pictures on the site showed the accommodations when they were decorated more currently. We took several days to consider writing this review but, in the end, can only justify giving it a rating of “1”. We are available for your questions or concerns.

Cute little condo in a convenient location!

The condo was cozy, decorated beautifully, and best of all, it was an easy, short walk to the beach on one side AND the bay on the other. It had plenty of cookware, cups, plates, and silverware, and had alot of little extras I wouldn't have thought of to bring, myself. The pool was perfect for the days the gulf was a bit too choppy for us. My boys (4 and 9) LOVED sleeping on the hide-a-beds. The master bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept on. We loved our trip to Indian Shores and can't wait for another trip to the beach.

We had a great week long stay here. Short walk to the beach with a nice, clean pool. Rental had everything we needed. So many great places to eat within a short drive!! Would absolutely book again!
