Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. This is our 2nd year staying at Hamilton House. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. A few things that need to be looked at, the sheets in the master bedroom were very thin, had holes, & kept coming off the bed. The bearing in the washing machine sound like they are going bad. An extra set of towels for each bathroom would be nice. All in all it was sufficient and a good property.

Easy to book. The condo was very nice, but there were no towels. One of the beds had no sheets. We had to call to bring towels and sheets. The internet connection didn't work. We had to call to get a new log on and password. Other than that, it was a great relaxing vacation. Thanks

The network name and password was in the condo on that Welcome Letter. And bath towels were provided.

This is a wonderful unit; comfortable, clean and updated. We had everything we needed for a week’s stay. A couple of minor issues were taken care of immediately by friendly and efficient management. You can’t beat the beach view and beautiful sunsets.

Unit is clean, very spacious and appears to have had some updates. The view is excellent and we are enjoying our stay as I am writing this! The biggest problem are the beds in the extra bedroom! They are just about unbearable to sleep on because they are hard as a rock!! They desperately need to get new mattresses and pillows! The one in the master bedroom is okay, not great, but much better than the ones in the other bedroom. Other than that, everything is good!

Rental #104 needs a thorough cleaning. The sliding glass doors were sticky and smeared. The floors were so dirty, our socks were black from a short walk around the home. The faucet in the main bath lacked pressure and furnished only a dribble of water. The upholstery on the sofa needs cleaning

We had a great time! Overall the condo was great. Nice view of the beach and sunset. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The beds in second bedroom are a full not a queen. We expected to easily fit 2 kids in a bed and that was not possible to do comfortably. Overall the condo was pretty clean. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Overall we have enjoyed our time and would plan to come back!

We had such a great time! We had great view of ocean and condo was clean and roomy. We had an issue with handle on sliding glass door breaking but repairman came and fixed without delay. We will be back next year :)

Condo was very nice for the exception of the one comforter in the one guest bedroom it looked like it has feces stains on it. Thank god there was another comforter in the closet to switch it out with. There was no pizza cutter in the kitchen it was a bit inconvenient but we made do with what we had.

Very spacious, nicely decorated and well kept. Great view with short walk to the beach. Pool and lounge area cleaned daily. The only issue we have found is with the second bedroom. The discription said two queen beds but we feel as though they are not as big as our queen at home.

The location is very good great beach and good restaurants within walking distance. When you walk in the condo looks great until you start to really look around. The stove dishwasher and microwave all need to be replaced. The stove was so dirty we didn't use it. The dishwasher leaked and didn't clean properly. The microwave is so outdated it doesn't have a turntable. The garbarater did not work. The kitchen cupboards need a good cleaning. There is no granite in kitchen or bathrooms. We found a child's shoe under the master bed makes one wonder about the cleaning staff. The shower door in the master bath needs to be replaced actually it should all be updated. The grounds are well kept as is the pool. The condo has good bones but the owner should view other units and take note of the updates that have been made.
