Reviews

Has location and numerous beds going for it.
3/5 stars
Just spent Superbowl weekend here, our annual guys ski trip with cousins and uncles. Second time renting in this neighborhood and the location is great if you plan on skiing both Beaver and Vail. The good: as mentioned the location is great. Having 3bdrm with 5 beds is hard to find and great when no one is sharing a bed. The hot tub was also a nice perk. The large 75" TV for the game was perfect. The bad: this house needs TLC. Didn't have hot water for the first night and morning. Kitchen cabinets looked DIY painted and some drawers don't work. Bathrooms are dated. Quite a few spiders found throughout. Night before leaving washed a load of clothes only to find dryer didn't work. Likely why it was unplugged. For the cost, a bit disappointed.
- Eric

Eric, thank you very much for taking the time to leave this detailed review of your stay at Coyote Cir 28. We are thrilled that the location of our home was a perfect fit for your crew! We love to hear that you enjoyed the rare layout of our property. We are delighted that you took advantage of our private hot tub & large TV! We are so sorry for the issue with the hot water. We were able to get emergency plumbing services out to the home, same day, to repair the bad zone valve, but understand that this was an inconvenience for your party in the meantime. Guest feedback is extremely important to us, so we thank you for bringing your thoughts on the kitchen cabinets and drawers as well as the bathrooms to our attention. These are definitely items we will keep in mind as we plan future updates in the home. We appreciate you reporting that the dryer was not working at the end of your stay. The problem had not been reported to us, but it is possible that a previous guest unplugged the appliance. When we went to inspect the issue ourselves, we found it to be in working order, and no issues have been reported since, so it seems to have been a one-off. We are still so sorry that it was acting finicky during your stay. We are very sorry to hear that your overall experience was one of disappointment. We strive to provide our guests with a perfect vacation at a great price-point, and always hate to hear we have fallen short. We do hope to have the opportunity to host you in Vail or Beaver Creek again and provide you with the 5-star experience you deserve! -Kathleen iTrip Vail Beaver Creek

Perfect spot for a family if you’re skiing Beaver Creek and have a car
5/5 stars
Four of us - dad and three teenage boys - are skiing Beaver Creek this week. We have overpaid a number of times at the hotels nearby, so this was an awesome find. There are three separate en-suite bedrooms - two do them with two queen beds and a master with a king - along with a cool little upstairs loft that will sleep a couple more kiddos. The place is spacious, clean and convenient. It’s not brand-new - this addition appears maybe 80s or early 90s - but it’s well-kept and comfortable. The garage is tight but fits our Range Rover. Everything works and was immaculately clean when we arrived. Highly recommend!
- Jerome

We are thrilled that Coyote Cir 28 was the value that you were looking for and that it was spacious enough to accommodate your party comfortably. Warm and Cozy!
5/5 stars
This property was lovely to make a home base out of during our Vail ski weekend. The hot tub out front was definitely a favorite and the rooms were all spacious, clean, and warm - perfect after a long day of activities. At one point we sadly did lose heat and hot water but they were super willing to move us to a different property. Thankfully it came back quickly and was fixed.

Great Location for Adventure
3/5 stars
The unit is very convenient to Beaver Creek and Vail. It has plenty of bed space. Overall it’s nicely furnished, but it is showing signs of age. The kitchen appears updated with a new counter and backsplash, but the cabinets need work. Every single drawer slide needs replaced. (Same is true for the bathroom vanities. ) New slides are under $10. There are 15 drawers in the kitchen, ad the baths and your at $300 in parts. Some of the light switches are labeled, which is helpful because some of them are oddly placed. The switch for the kitchen disposal didn’t work, but there was an extension cord on it that allowed us to plug it into another outlet. Unusual, but got the job done. Good luck finding the switch for the exterior lights. So dark you can’t even see the front door lock to enter the code. Tried every single switch without luck. Even looked for a tripped breaker. A bit hazardous to walk on the dark ice-covered sidewalks. Had to use cellphones for lighting. The hot tub is nice to have, but note that it’s missing almost all of its jets. Nice for soaking after a day on the slopes, but not really a spa. Garage is also nice to have, but neither the outside keypad nor inside button worked. And the pull cord has been removed making it impossible to open the garage door. That explains the buildup of trash and recycling in the garage. I spent an hour doing my best to compact both. Hard to say when the last time it was cleared was.

Great Stay in VAIL

Highly recommend this house for you booking your next family or friends trip to Vail. Beautiful view of the mountains and very close to Beaver Creek and Vail resorts. Easy to get in and out of and perfect hot tub for Apres Ski days. Definitely will return!

Perfect!
5/5 stars
We had an amazing Christmas at this beautiful home! The space and setting are even better than the pictures show. Very light and open and very comfortable. Bedding upstairs has been updated since the pics too. Huge den TV is perfect for family movies on the large sectional! Well stocked kitchen. Garage perfect to keep ski rentals. Beautiful neighborhood with great views and perfect areas for walking. The keyless entry was a tiny detail but helpful when cold! We would love to return and absolutely recommend to anyone!!

A Beautiful Stay
5/5 stars
Loved the house, decorated well and very spacious. The price matched the quality. Had plenty of room for everyone to sleep, had 8 people, and they supplied pots and pans for the kitchen so we could cook. It was maybe 5-10 minutes away from town so easy access for a quick getaway. Also, everyone loved the jacuzzi!!

Perfect Ski Group Trip
5/5 stars
This house was amazing. Our group of 7 felt completely comfortable, in fact more people could have fit in this house. The kitchen was stocked and clean for us to cook and keep our groceries there. The ski mountains are super close, especially Beaver Creek which I actually preferred over Vail mountain. The hot tub was very warm and nice after a long day of skiing, especially to even watch the sun go down from the pretty private patio. We enjoyed the three bathrooms and the large big screen TV. Thank you for a great trip!

Fee Fo Review
2/5 stars
The unit is large, clean, and spacious. The location is convenient is beaver creek. We were disappointed with the hot tub, it was in poor shape with missing head rests, control panel peeling issues, not all seats had functioning jets. We lost a day of use due to the hot tub being cleaned and refilled. The kitchen drawers need to be rollers as they were extremely difficult to use. There wasnt a lighter for using the fireplace. The nice big tv did not have HD, disappointed since the NCAA tournament was on. The biggest complaint was the snow removal was severely lacking. It left the sidewalk and driveway extremely dangerous for everyone in our group to get it in out. We had 1 person fall but thankfully they were not injured. The price was right and a couple small improvements would make this awesome.

Weekend Getaway
4/5 stars
We had an excellent stay! The condo was exactly what we were after. It boasted a nice open floor plan great for our group to play games and interact. Plus, the hot tub was amazing after full days of skiing. The only reason I subtracted one star was that the unit was ready for occupancy an hour late due to a cleaning back up. With that said, the management company credited us with a round of appetizers and drinks while we waited, outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend to all friends and family!
- Patrick

Patrick, thank you for your review. We do apologize for the late check in, high season can be difficult at times and unfortunately it did impacted your arrival time that day. We were happy to credit you for the round of apps and drinks to make up for it! We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and the home worked perfectly for your group. Please visit us again!

Great place!! Very clean , modern, and comfortable. Very convenient to shopping and an easy ride to Vail, with Beaver Creek just around the corner. We were a group of 5 skiing for 5 days and it could not have been better. The hot tub after a long day on the slopes was an amazing perk. Everything was great. Next time we are in Vail we would definitely try to stay here again

Amazing Stay in this Vail Home!
5/5 stars
This place really felt like home from the moment we walked in. The photos don’t do it justice! It’s way bigger in person. It is super clean, warm, and comfortable. The kitchen is really big and fully stocked. The linens were spick and span. The master bedroom is enormous! The hot tub is so hot and steamy. The fireplace is a great touch. Everything is tasteful and updated. The host was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!
