"Our family stayed here during Spring Break to ski at A- Basin. The description of the property was clear and accurate. The instructions for parking and entrance to the property were easily followed. Check out instructions were also clear. The locker was large and held our ski equipment with plenty of extra room. The property was clean and comfortable. It was a short distance from the Dillon Reservoir Trail, which was nice as well. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again on our next trip to the area!" -Gina C.

And FYI, we're just 11.5 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

I've stayed in many places in the area, usually during ski season. This one was a summer trip. The condo/apartment was very nice, clean and well appointed. Great location! Mat was responsive to any of our questions or concerns. I would definitely book this one again.

Perfect Base for Family Ski Vacation

We stayed here over Christmas holiday to go skiing and it was the perfect base for our vacation. The place was very clean, had plenty of space for our family of four and was well equipped. The garage and storage locker were perfect for getting loaded to hit the ski hill and the location was great, close to restaurants and the hills. In short it was perfect.

Everything about this rental was fantastic. The condo was beautifully appointed, spacious and clean. The location was perfect- walking distance to shops and restaurants and most importantly, beautiful Lake Dillon. Close to grocery, outlet mall, and I-70. We hope to return to the area in the future and would love to stay in this condo again.

Perfect condo for lake Dillon access

We were in town to see 2 shows at the Dillon Amphitheater. The condo was in walking distance of the venue and downtown. There is no A/C in this unit, but the evenings were cool enough to be able to leave the windows open and get a breeze. The complex is new and the parking garage was easy to access. The unit is on the 2nd floor which was nice and there is a great porch that looks onto the mountains. The master bed mattress is definitely on the firm side so keep that in mind if you prefer a softer sleep. All in all, it was a great place to stay in Dillon!

we stayed at sail loft for spring break2022. This place is stunning with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The condo was very nicely decorated and the location over the lake was breathtaking!! lots of restaurants with in walking distance. Will definitely come back to stay here!!

This is a beautiful place to stay! It's brand new with high end furniture, appliances, finishes and good space and closet space. Super easy check in and the location is great. You can walk 5 mins and be at several restaurants and bars.

Best Summer and Winter Condo!!!

This stay was great! I've visited with family and friends during both ski season and in the summer. The apartment is very up to date and has a modern, clean and new feel. I've stayed in many houses and condos throughout Colorado and the heated, underground garage parking and the personal storage unit is a MUST HAVE! They have a ski rack and space to park bikes - no need to drag them upstairs or lock them up outside. It's only 10 steps from the front door. The town of Dillon is perfect for a more relaxed visit - plus it's within 2 minute walking distance to the town's bars and the lake (as well as the bus stop). The beds are all new and very comfortable - even the pull out couch. I've never seen anything like it! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone - it's perfect for all seasons and walks of life. It's the best and the only place I've booked multiple times (and will continue to re-visit).
