Recently updated condominium has an authentic cabin feel with rustic, backcountry decor and furnishings. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this is the perfect rental home for up to 6 guests. In addition to the in-home amenities, the complex clubhouse offers guests a sauna, spa, and shared laundry facilities. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

LAYOUT OF CONDO: Located on the first floor. Inside, the condo is on a single level. The laundry room, as well as year-round hot tub and ping pong and pool tables, are on the basement level, one flight of stairs below the condo.

Great Room includes an updated and stocked kitchen with full suite of appliances, Den with gas fireplace, open concept dining area and full bath in the hall. The condo was recently fully renovated and has free WiFi and cable, DVD player and TV.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Non-smoking/no pets. Please! Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
