This exquisite coastal retreat along the beach access path at Bella Beach will set you up for an excellent stay on the Oregon Coast. Multiple decks with astonishing views down to the beach and a sky-high crow’s nest reading area put you above it all, but you’ll also enjoy the ground-level perks at Bella Beach, with its Cape Cod-style architecture, mature plantings, children’s playground, fire pit, and tasty treats at Café C’est la Vie.

The lower level of the home, bathed in light from windows up the stairwell, has two private bedroom suites; the king suite has a spa tub. The upstairs great room has an expertly crafted wood-planked ceiling that rises in the center, bringing the space and the people in it together. The fully equipped kitchen boasts an electric range for the chef, with ocean views from a bank of windows in the dining room. Cozy sofas, understated décor, a gas fireplace, board games, a DVD library, and an enormous flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD help make it a perfect blend of comfort and style.

Step outside to the deck and watch the breakers crash on shore between houses. A double bed in the corner of the main level makes a great place to sleep, lounge and read below the spiral staircase to the crow’s nest, a tower windowed on all four sides with a raised window seat and a built-in desk and stool, so you can write your morning pages inspired by views of the surf. Costa Bella is a wonderful retreat to enjoy everything the Oregon Coast has to offer.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

*IMPORTANT* NO oversized vehicles, campers, RV’s, boats, motorcycles etc. permitted in the Bella Beach community. Except if within the confines of an enclosed garage.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

3 sisters spent 4 lovely days at Costa Bella. It is a 3 story home with lots of stairs. The home was well cared for and so very comfortable with ample amenities. Amazing beach views and easy access. We particularly enjoyed dining on the deck. Bella Beach is a delightful little community—homes and landscape so well planned for privacy and beach beauty.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home for a short family getaway to the Oregon Coast. We loved having easy beach access just steps out our front door, plus a ton of beach chairs and sand castle building supplies. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Property management checked on us regularly by text but was not intrusive. One note: there are a lot of stairs to navigate. If you are travelling with someone who has a physical disability, pack your patience or maybe consider a different property.

This place is so good I almost don’t want to write a review. Location is unbeatable if you want proximity to beach (steps away), enjoy hearing waves crash with windows open & upscale cottages, and like a charming neighborhood with a really cool French cafe for breakfasts/lunches walkable from any cottage in this tucked away area. Definition of relaxing & unplugging!!

This is a gorgeous and very comfortable house (and we had 5 adults—my husband and me and our three adult children). You can see the beach and ocean (including sunsets) from the lower and upper decks, and from the ‘crow’s nest,’ a cunning space on the third floor that was everyone’s favorite (daybed and small desk and stool). The house has convenient and free parking and is just steps to the easy beach staircase—sugar sand and beautiful views. Also nice you can sign in to your own TV apps too—we watched our favorite shows with no problem (we are hooked on premier league soccer). Most of all, we enjoyed being able to cook/bbq—the Chester’s IGA less than 5 minutes away had everything we needed. Also it’s allowable to make a fire on the beach in the evening, which we did one night. All in all, a wonderful time for our family.

Our stay at Costa Bella couldn't have been more lovely. We loved the tasteful yet comfy decor, and the well equipped kitchen. The house is clean, the beds were the best of any place I've stayed, and there are plenty of towels. There are pee-a-boo glimpses of the ocean, which is just steps away from the front door. It had everything we would want and will become a favorite place to stay. Definitely a 5 star experience. Also, the customer service through iTrip Vacations was beyond 5 stars, they are very friendly and very helpful.

We knew it was kind of the off season, but we wanted something quiet and near the ocean. We happened to be there during King Tide so we were able to see some really amazing waves. The house was nice and it was very easy to get in and get comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet weekend.

Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach! House was well equipped with creature comforts. Teen daughters loved all the tech, WiFi, Roku, Bluetooth speaker. The ocean view from the loft is great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make just about anything you are hungry for. It was nice to have a garage to park our truck in as well. We have stayed at 8 properties within the Bella Beach community and this one is one of the best!

The place is beautiful. But that's not why I give it 5 stars. It was the small things; the chocolate on the pillow (teens loved that), the bottle of wine, the ease to use the technology (because we all know how frustrating it can be when you are trying to navigate unfamiliar technology), the Roku guest availability was great, the k-cups in the kitchen, the tea bags available, the well stocked kitchen, and the availability to park in the garage. We loved staying here and would do it again. One teen loved the views from the top viewing loft and brought his telescope...we didn't see any whales this trip but we still enjoyed the views.
