The home has a spacious living room including a sectional sofa with two cozy recliners as well as a third separate recliner. This is a dog-friendly property. We welcome 2 DOGS - with additional consideration upon request. All dogs must be in a crate when guests are not at the home (a crate is provided in the primary bedroom closet). All dogs must be on a leash (when not contained to the fully fenced yard) to comply with local laws and as there are other pets/wildlife in the area. To keep the property/neighborhood clean and tidy, please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags. We ask that dogs are kept off furniture.

GARBAGE
Outside trash receptacles are provided to ensure inside trash does not accumulate.
 
HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flame (e.g., candles) is permitted (in/out). Do not dismantle smoke or carbon monoxide detectors as they are for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of detectors.

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

ITEMS LEFT ON PROPERTY
Any items left that a guest wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $25 fee plus shipping.

LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
The owners furnish linens and towels for your stay. Paper products and cleaning supplies are provided. We recommend you bring any additional or special items you may need.

MAINTENANCE
Report any maintenance needs to the Agent who will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI.

NONSMOKING
Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited. Tenant will forfeit any deposit and be subject to a $500 fine due to smoking/vaping being found.

PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, allowed.

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in designated homes and should be included in initial booking, or subsequent updates. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.

POOL, HOT TUB & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved includes a pool and/or hot tub, no lifeguard is on duty, the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur. Diving, horseplay or running is prohibited.  No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer.

Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, hot tub, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association, or iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties/events allowed; small family/friend celebrations possible but must inquire in advance. Tenant’s immediate removal and forfeit of rental fee and security deposit for: Exceeding maximum occupancy; any illegal activity; damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises. Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM

STAIRS
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).

TENANT
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Tennessee or Georgia may result in removal and forfeit of rental fees and security/damage deposits.

The above are all causes for removal and forfeit of fees and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests, thereby exposing you to potential liability.

Fantastic Stay

Positives: Great location. Very clean and attractive property. Fenced yard and pet friendly. Close to attractions, hiking trails, shopping, the highway (I-24) etc. Furniture was super comfortable. Kitchen and appliances very user friendly. If we are in the area again we will stay here. Cons: Driveway is steep. Like, really steep, vehicles that are low to the ground will scrape their undercarriage going up/down the driveway. Random shed in back yard, wasn't sure if we could go in or not, but if you have/bring a small pet they might try to climb under it, so keep an eye on pets. Back yard is also a bit hilly/has an incline, not a huge deal for most but if you or your pets have mobility issues it's not ideal. Overall: Again, we would stay here again. House is absolutely set up to be welcoming, easy to find everything you need, better than a hotel by far.

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at Tennessee Delight 3. We had a wonderful time again this year. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. Everything you could possibly need is available in the house and you're only 10-15 minutes to downtown. We look forward to our visit next year!

This was my first experience with VRBO. This home was exceptional! It was quiet and slightly off the main highway! Just perfect. It was clean and had anything you could of thought of or forgotten to bring! The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs! If your looking to stay in the Chattanooga area this is the place to contact!

We had a family gathering in Chattanooga and my sister and I as well as her 2 dogs stayed for a 3 day weekend. The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well stocked and the location provided easy access to events on Lookout Mountain and Flintstone where other family lives. The fenced backyard was especially nice for the dogs. The only difficulty we had was backing my sister’s truck out of the driveway because it was so steep, it was challenging. I had no problem with my SUV.

The location is less than 20 min from all of the touristy stuff. The back yard is fenced and pup friendly. The internet and tv worked well. The home was clean and had plenty of dishes, towels, ect... During our stay the power was knocked out by a bad storm- the host was real easy to reach by text and contacted the power company to get power repaired. It is as pictured and kept up. The only minor issue was the steep driveway. I would stay here again, and with the ease of contacting the host I would not have an issue booking one of their other properties.

We came to Tennessee to go whitewater rafting, hang gliding and enjoy great restaurants and it didn’t disappoint. We spent 3 nights and brought our little dog along. Everything was perfect, nice home with a fenced yard. Very clean and fully equipped kitchen. 10 minute drive to great restaurants! Would stay again!

Clean House in a Quiet Neighborhood

Everything in the house has been updated. Very clean and comfortable. Fenced yard was fantastic for our dog, especially after being in the car for several hours. Owners have brochures on all of the area attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and away from downtown but it is only 10 minutes to get downtown or to the Lookout Mountain attractions. We would definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga.
