Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers. With extensive water-ways and boating options, it's just minutes away by boat or car from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins within minutes of the Cape, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well.

This property is approximately 17 miles from RSW International Airport and 13 miles from Fort Myers Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, garage, front entry way, and lanai.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

No pets allowed.

Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.

Since SW Florida is a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets close to freezing, which leads it to being desirable for humans, geckos, and insects. Despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside the property. Refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.

This is a combination of the actual cleaning/housekeeping fee, modest booking fee, and state & local taxes, and not the cleaning fee exclusively.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89.

Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

This house was beautiful! So many times the pictures look better than the actual property, but in this case the opposite was true. Extremely clean and well kept! We loved the 2 master BR layout and the pool area and hot tub was amazing. We will definitely be back!

From the 2 master bedrooms that lead directly to the pool, large spacious rooms and the nicely heated pool our 3-week vacation was amazing. Bonita Springs, Sanibel Island & Fort Myers beaches are all within driving distance. Some minor issues & one concerning issue occurred during our stay. The cleaning crew was somewhat lax. Kitchen floors seemed like they were not at all mopped. There was no vacuum on site for our use, we purchased a cheap on our own. The coffee pot is not a Keurig, so we also purchased one on our own. Our biggest concern was how slippery the pool area was, even just walking slowly would cause a slip when deck area was wet. But overall, this place is amazing!!

We have stayed here three times and have booked for next year! we like this house ! There are 2 couples who stay there and we like that it has 2 master suites! Also has an extra bedroom if we need it. love that it has 4 bathrooms! Nice neighborhood, pool, hot tub, canal! Also has a grill which we do use! all in all, we recommend it.

Home was lacking enough of towels,dull knifes,grill should be thrown in the garbage small and flame tamers burnt out dirty pool area,pool lights didn't work,pool area needs updating, tiles in pool area grout in area needs to be re-done tiles sticking up stubbed toe,sliding door handle broken,no privacy from neighbors. Inside was very nice. House is over priced, stayed last year in sw cape coral in better area nicer house for same price.i would give it 3 stars. I really did not want to bash this home but owner need to maintain it better.

Hello Lester - your review left us scratching our heads. This home has a 4.7 star average and is one of most popular vacation homes. The owners were just here in May and purchased a new grill, had the lanai completely rescreened, and had the pool itself resurfaced. Upon receiving your review our manager went to the property to inspect the pool tiles. There are a few cosmetic cracks in a couple of the tiles, but they are completely flush and we had a hard time envisioning exactly how you would have stubbed your toe on them. The amount of towels provided are in keeping with industry standards, which is 1.5 sets times the amount of people the home sleeps. That means there are 9 sets of towels provided; we have confirmed that amount with housekeeping. We feel very confident based on other reviews from past guests that this home is well-priced and a fantastic value for our area. We wish you the best in your future travels.

Our stay was excellent- thanks for making us feel like it was our home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet, saw just a few people out but everyone greeted us. Each couple had there own full bath so it made better plus a spare bathroom. We had plenty of space for breakfast/dinner outside by the pool and even had a dress up dinner inside in the formal dining area. You had all the pots, pans, wine glasses and silverware that we needed. We even used the grill- Would stay again definitely! Beautiful home inside and out!

We enjoyed our vacation in your home. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed our morning walks, especially seeing the burrowing owls. We found your home to be well stocked and itrips took immediate care of any of our needs. My only suggestion would be to put some type of handle to get in and out of the hot tub. My family decided to rent this beautiful home amidst the pandemic in an effort to enjoy some R&R while maintaining social distancing. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, amenities and it's closeness to Sanibel, Captive and Ft. Myers beach. The nature preserves, beaches, educational offerings enhanced our all too brief stay. The only issues were that the pool area tiles and screen porch needed some TLC, but it did not detract from the enjoyment. Looking forward to another stay!

Very spacious home with nice pool area and canal access. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to bridges leading into Ft Myers and points of interest in the area. Two large master bedrooms on opposite ends of house with nice tile showers. Poor lighting throughout house. Closet lights temperamental. Disappointed in kitchen amenities. Toaster did not work. Coffee maker very dirty. Frying pan was useless. Needs to be replaced. Some stains in carpet in both bedrooms. All these issues could be easily addressed by a competent cleaning and maintenance crew. Just disappointed to have these issues within a nice home.

I have used vacation rental sites numerous times but I had never heard of itrip vacations before......So I was a little uneasy. However they responded fairly quickly and answered any questions or concerns I had. The house is exactly as it was described and pictured in a fairly quiet neighborhood. It is nicely furnished, has comfortable beds and has adequate linens and kitchen supplies.

My family and I spent a week in Cape Coral in March. This home was in excellent condition very clean and well maintaned. We were very pleased with the comfort of all the furniture including the beds. The kitchen was wide open and the siling doors to the lanai open up and allow the linai to feel like part of the home. The home is located on a canal with a private dock. Although we did not have a boat the canel does give you access to the ocean. The owners provided everything we would expect from a vacation rental from pool toys to linens to free wifi. The neighbor was quiet. The home was close to many attractions such as Fort Myers Beach, Mantee Park and Sanibel Island. I would highly recommend this home if you are planning on a visit to Fort Myers or Cape Coral.
