But, you may decide not to leave the Brighton area since it has a vibrant shopping scene, small contemporary art galleries, and cool cocktail lounges.
Brighton was originally founded as a stage railway depot as well as farming. The town was named for Brighton Beach, New York. Today, Brighton is a vibrant community offering great restaurants, gyms, hiking and biking paths and a short commute to Downtown Denver, as well as, the Denver International Airport (DIA).
The main floor offers a kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked making meal prep easy. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
No smoking in the home. / No pets without prior approval. / No parties or events without prior written approval.
Please note there is a Ring Video Doorbell on the exterior of this home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We follow a strict cancellation policy on all websites.
If you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended, especially when traveling in the winter in CO.
