The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 35-minute drive (9.6 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 35-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are not allowed.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins in the garage or place the bins outside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
12- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
