The galley kitchen is fully stocked for enjoying meals at home or al fresco on the tranquil back patio overlooking the pool (Pool may be heated during winter months for an additional charge of $35/day plus tax. Please request to add on at least 3 days prior to reservation.) The expansive master bedroom has an en-suite bath and walk in closet. Two other guest rooms (one Queen and one Full) welcome family and friends. Enjoy your own private resort style pool and hot tub (Pool does NOT have heat) with large screen TV on the pool deck also, really makes this an outdoor lifestyle! When you need a break from all the lounging at this lovely home, Riverwalk, Robinson Preserve, DeSoto National Park and Palma Sola Botanical Gardens are just a short drive away, along with 10 minutes to GT Bray Park and Rec Center providing access to Pickleball, Tennis, Fitness Center, Skate Park, Playground, etc. Fun for the whole family!

There is a Publix grocery store on Manatee Avenue that is 6 minutes away (1.2 miles) The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just 1.9 miles away (4 minutes) and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Manatee River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

1—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted.  This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.  
2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with a paid pet fee of 200.00 plus tax
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycles in the bins near home or place the bins curbside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.  Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited.
