Nestled in the Goat Hill neighborhood, a protected peninsula of Beverly, Jasper provides the perfect get-away location. The home is just around the corner (a 1 minute walk) from a riverside playground & beach with great access for swimming, kayaking, fishing and play. Have a catch in a lovely greenspace.

And ... Jasper is just a 3 minute walk to the Beverly train station, restaurants and nightlife. From the Beverly train station, you have quick access to Salem (2mins), Gloucester (5mins), and Boston (30mins).

Beverly, neighbor to historic Salem, provides convenient access to so many of the North Shore's sites and cities. With off-street parking for two cars, Jasper guests can easily venture to the surrounding areas or take a tour of Beverly's sites like Independence Park where the Declaration of Independence was read to colonists, Lynch Park which hosts weekly outdoor concerts, and the North Shore Music Theater which hosts major musical productions all year long. Stroll along Cabot or Rantoul street and check out some of the great restaurants like Soma's for an amazing selection of Mojitos. Chat with the barkeep, and they might create a unique Mojito just for you.

At Jasper, the main floor provides a cozy living room, eat-in kitchen, office, 1 of the 2 bedrooms and the full bath. The wrap around 3-season porch provides views of the Danvers River. The upper level opens up to a great kids area with a big screen TV - video games anyone? The upper floor also has 1 bedroom and a 1/2 bath. What a great space to share a friends or family get-away. The kids can be playing board games on the 3rd floor, while the parents play cards below.

About Jasper accommodations:

Living Room is beautifully appointed with stylish couch & chairs, big screen Smart TV, and bar stools at the pass thru bar that leads to the kitchen. The modern kitchen is a great space for family game night or to share a meal. The eat-in kitchen has an extensible table that can easily accommodate 8, and comes set-up for 6. The office has a day bed for additional sleeping space, with a door and a desk, one can take a quick moment to check email before heading out for the day's adventures. Jasper also provides a large capacity washer and dryer.

Parking: Jasper guests enjoy the exclusive use of the driveway along the left side of the house. This driveway can accommodate 2 cars side by side when you pull one all the way into the driveway.

Window AC Units

This property is cooled with window air conditioning units. The units are installed in May and removed in September. Each window AC unit has both a cooling function and a fan function. Each room with a window AC unit; also has a fan.

Jasper provides high-speed internet services.  Internet services have been shown to meet the needs of guests traveling for both work and pleasure.  
Jasper has a Keurig coffee maker.  The coffee maker uses K-cups for coffee, tea, and cocoa.
Jasper Air Conditioning is provided using window air conditioners. Air Conditioners are spread throughout the property to provide sufficient cooling.  Bedrooms and living areas will have AC Units, seasonally: Window Air Conditioners are installed in May and removed in September.
All window ACs have both cooling and fan modes. So fans are provided as part of the AC unit.
 
iTrip North Shore Massachusetts will consider hosting small to medium dogs at Jasper.  We consider hosting dogs on a case-by-case basis.

To consider hosting your furry family member, please supply the following information: Name, Breed, Age and Weight.   
Please know additional fees apply.  Regrettably, due to insurance restrictions Jasper cannot host agressive breeds.
As a token of our appreciation, a Welcome Pack awaits you in the fridge.  

Beds are made with freshly laundered linens. Clean towels for each registered guest are placed on the beds. Each accommodation comes with  starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, each bathroom will have at least 1 spare roll of toilet paper.  A starter pack of coffee, cleaning supplies, and hand soap is also provided.

Items you should bring with you: Extra paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, toiletries, food, beverages, and any other essentials and assundries to make your vacation enjoyable.
 
 
The City of Beverly offers paid parking lots.  You can download the Passport Parking app and have the ability to pay for parking without leaving the comforts of Jasper.  Below please find some useful information on the pay by plate kiosks, times of operations, locations, and more.
 
WHERE ARE THE PAY BY PLATE KIOSKS? 
 
There are one or more kiosks in each parking lot. There is an easily identifiable sign “Pay Here” above each kiosk. 
  • Pay at the kiosk, with cash or credit card 
  • Pay by phone, through the Passport Parking App, available on these Play Store and Apple App Store.
     
Kiosks operate 24 hours/day

Free parking lots are at the Train Station and 2 Blue Lane Road on Rt 127.  
During the winter, meters and kiosk parking is free.  All seasons, on-street parking outside of the meter and kiosk areas are free.

Good Neighbors honor the right of Jasper’s neighbors to peacefully enjoy their homes. iTrip North Shore's guests will:
  1. Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are dictated by local rules and ordinances.  Unless specified otherwise, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. 
  2. Not Host Events or Parties: without express written approval from iTrip North Shore, do not host any parties or events. 
  3. Follow the Law: do not do anything illegal.
  4. Respect Boundaries: Do not encroach into the neighbors’ space, including but not limited to yards, gardens, decks, patios, and parking spaces.  Do not use neighbors’ amenities or take neighbor’s property, such as: furniture, grills, pools, spas, etc.
  5. Follow Parking Instructions: Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to Jasper.
Respectful Visitors: remember you are renting a private home; iTrip North Shore guests will treat Jasper with the same or more respect that they would like shown to their belongings:
  1. Prudent Use: instructions on how to use appliances and amenities are provided.  Please use all items for their intended purpose and per instructions.  Please contact iTrip Vacations North Shore Massachusetts if you have any questions.
  2. Be Neat and Caring: please do pick up after yourselves; put trash and recycling in proper bins, do the dishes, use coasters, and leave the furniture where it belongs. 
  3. Park in Designated Areas: Please do park in driveways, parking pads and garages.  Please do not park on lawns or in gardens.
  4. Do Not Smoke or Vape: smoking or vaping of anything: cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana, requires special remediation to remove the aroma.
  5. Do Not Tamper with Safety Sensors: iTrip North Shore homes come equipped with a variety of safety sensors, such as: exterior cameras, noise monitoring, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and more.  Respectful guests do not tamper with the owner's safety sensors.
  6. Be Careful: where there are wet area amenities such as waterfronts, docks, pools, or hot tubs, please take care to secure the areas and take appropriate precautions.
  7. Return Keys/Passes/Remotes: please return items as described in Check-out instructions.   
Please know that violating House Rules is grounds for terminating our agreement.
