Try to imagine a location with all the urban conveniences in a cozy neighborhood - that's RiverView! Nestled in a protected peninsula of Beverly, RiverView provides the perfect get-away location. The home is just around the corner (a 1 minute walk) from a riverside playground & beach with great access for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. And ... RiverView is just a 3 minute walk to the Beverly train station, restaurants and nightlife. From the Beverly train station, you have quick access to Salem (2mins), Gloucester (5mins), and Boston (30mins).
Beverly, neighbor to historic Salem, provides convenient access to so many of the North Shore's sites and cities. With off-street parking for two cars, RiverView guests can easily venture to the surrounding areas or take a tour of Beverly's sites like Independence Park where the Declaration of Independence was read to colonists, Lynch Park which hosts weekly outdoor concerts, and the North Shore Music Theater which hosts major musical productions all year long. Stroll along Cabot or Rantoul street and check out some of the great restaurants like Soma's for an amazing selection of Mojitos.
At RiverView, the main floor provides a cozy living room, eat-in kitchen, office, 1 of the 4 bedrooms and the full bath. The wrap around 3-season porch provides views of the Danvers River. The upper level opens up to a great kids area with a big screen TV - video games anyone? The upper floor also has 3 bedrooms and a 1/2 bath. What a great space to share an extended family vacation – there’s room for everyone: grandparents, siblings, cousins. The kids can be playing board games on the 3rd floor, while the parents play cards below.
About RiverView accommodations:
Living Room is beautifully appointed with stylish couch & chairs, big screen Smart TV, and bar stools at the pass thru bar that leads to the kitchen. The modern kitchen is a great space for family game night or to share a meal. The eat-in kitchen has an extensible table that can easily accommodate 8, and comes set-up for 6. The office has a day bed for additional sleeping space, with a door and a desk, one can take a quick moment to check email before heading out for the day's adventures. RiverView also provides a large capacity washer and dryer.

Parking: RiverView guests enjoy the exclusive use of the driveway along the left side of the house. This driveway can accommodate 2 cars side by side when you pull one all the way into the driveway. Tandem parking for an additional 2 cars is also possible.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests will be fined and immediately evicted if there is any evidence of smoking found anywhere in this home.
- No pets allowed!
- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
- Please know the lower level is occupied by long-term residents.
- Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate to the neighbors at all times!

- A walk or bike ride along the Marblehead Rail Trail, a 4-mile long pathway that meanders through wooded areas and continues on into the neighboring towns of Swampscott and Salem.
- A walk through the Marblehead Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, located just 1/4 mile from RiverView, offering a one mile trail through 20 wooded acres, with the opportunity for bird and animal sightings.
- A visit to Devereux Beach, Marblehead’s largest beach, which offers a playground, restaurant, picnic tables, and parking. Lifeguards on duty during specified hours.
- Renting stand-up paddle boards at Riverhead Beach and exploring the boats and sites in Marblehead Harbor.

During peak season, RiverView has a strict No Pets Policy.
Beds are made with freshly laundered linens. Clean towels for each registered guest are placed on the beds. Please bring your own beach towels. Each accommodation comes with starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, each bathroom will have at least 1 spare roll of toilet paper. A starter pack of coffee, cleaning supplies, and hand soap is also provided.
Items you should bring with you: Extra paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, toiletries, food, beverages, and any other essentials and assundries to make your vacation enjoyable.
- Pay at the kiosk, with cash or credit card
- Pay by phone, through the Passport Parking App, available on these Play Store and Apple App Store.
Free parking lots are at the Train Station and 2 Blue Lane Road on Rt 127.
During the winter, meters and kiosk parking is free. All seasons, on-street parking outside of the meter and kiosk areas are free.
Guests are expected to honor our House Rules to be Good Neighbors and Respectful Visitors.
Good Neighbors honor the right of RiverView’s neighbors to peacefully enjoy their homes. iTrip North Shore's guests will:
- Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are dictated by local rules and ordinances. Unless specified otherwise, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
- Not Host Events or Parties: without express written approval from iTrip North Shore, do not host any parties or events.
- Follow the Law: do not do anything illegal.
- Respect Boundaries: Do not encroach into the neighbors’ space, including but not limited to yards, gardens, decks, patios, and parking spaces. Do not use neighbors’ amenities or take neighbor’s property, such as: furniture, grills, pools, spas, etc.
- Follow Parking Instructions: Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to RiverView.
- Prudent Use: instructions on how to use appliances and amenities are provided. Please use all items for their intended purpose and per instructions. Please contact iTrip Vacations North Shore Massachusetts if you have any questions.
- Be Neat and Caring: please do pick up after yourselves; put trash and recycling in proper bins, do the dishes, use coasters, and leave the furniture where it belongs.
- Park in Designated Areas: Please do park in driveways, parking pads and garages. Please do not park on lawns or in gardens.
- Do Not Smoke or Vape: smoking or vaping of anything: cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana, requires special remediation to remove the aroma.
- Do Not Tamper with Safety Sensors: iTrip North Shore homes come equipped with a variety of safety sensors, such as: exterior cameras, noise monitoring, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and more. Respectful guests do not tamper with the owner's safety sensors.
- Be Careful: where there are wet area amenities such as waterfronts, docks, pools, or hot tubs, please take care to secure the areas and take appropriate precautions.
- Return Keys/Passes/Remotes: please return items as described in Check-out instructions.
