Everything about the house is quite special, so be one of the fortunate to enjoy all it has to offer.

The home is located off a suburban road by a long driveway that leads back to the house where it nestled near an undeveloped field on one side. There is ample parking for five cars if needed. As you enter this truly special home, you can't help to notice the cozy sitting area and fireplace to the right as you enter. If you proceed down the other hall it leads to a huge open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living area all connected for your group to enjoy time together. There is a large flat screen TV, Bluetooth sound bar, and streaming options for your entertainment needs. Just beyond the kitchen and dining area it opens up on to a brand new deck and gorgeous hot tub.

When staying at this location, you are just a couple minutes from downtown Beaverton where there are almost too many options to list. Inside of a mile there is ramen, Thai, Korean BBQ, Mediterranean, and of course the famous Big's Chicken. If you want something a little more upscale, check out Decarli for a tasty Italian dinner spot. When it is available, enjoy the farmers market just down the road or the Central Beaverton Park for countless activities year round.

Less than a mile away is the Beaverton Town Center MAX stop where you can take the light rail through downtown Portland as well as too and from the Airport among many other stops through the greater Portland region.

This home has it all. Don't miss your opportunity to enjoy this spectacular home while you enjoy your time in the great Pacific Northwest.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Chaos full of laughter and love
5/5 stars
I want to take the time to give this rental a 5-star rating. This is our second time staying here and there is a room for everyone. Game room upstairs is great! The ping pong table is inside and two huge TVs. The tv upstairs is better quality but this house has everything! I love their kitchen, and the beds are pretty comfortable. They have a hot tub outside. We had 1 year old and 3-year-old and 4-year-old and they had a blast! They also have 2 washer and dryers! The only problem I had is they only give you one sponge? a tiny one! My daughter in law had to work and they had a beautiful formal living room with a desk and fireplace. It was perfect for her! Thank you! You probably will see us again!! Dale and Penny

Amazing House
5/5 stars
This house was not only gorgeous, it provided us everything we needed for our stay. We had a team of 14 players who enjoyed the house while we were in Portland for our spring break trip and competed in 3 games. The kitchen was stocked with every item we needed, the living room and dining room accommodated all of us for meals and gatherings. Would highly recommend this listing and will look to stay here again if we're in the area in the future.

The Perfect Gathering Space
5/5 stars
I recently stayed here for my sister's bachelorette weekend. We had 9 women total and it was the perfect space to hang, relax, and get ready. The kitchen has a beautiful counter to hang around, while the kitchen table easily fit all 9 of us. Additionally, we loved all the bathroom and vanity spaces. Upstairs there were 3 full baths, and 2 side vanity mirrors where we could get ready — which made it super easy for us in a larger group. The hot tub was clean and easy to access! There is also a cool game room upstairs with another TV. We didn't use this space much, but it would be ideal for families with kids! Overall, I'd highly recommend this home. It was clean, modern, and secluded enough to not feel like we were on top of any neighbors (even though it's in a neighborhood).

Beautiful Beaverton Backyard!
5/5 stars
This house was the perfect transition while waiting to move into our new home! The weather was hot and sunny most of the time, and we enjoyed not only meals outside, but a few work and school calls as well. The gorgeous lilac tree bloomed during our time there - what a treat! Our dog was happy running around, and my kids loved playing basketball in the back-yard. It was nice to have a few days of rain so we could enjoy the hot-tub too! The house has plenty of storage space, bedrooms, bathrooms, two laundry areas, and an open kitchen and living room area. There is so much room to spread out for work and play, but also cozy with several hang-out areas. This house is central to anything you want to do in the area - the coast, Mt. Hood, Portland city, hikes, etc. There is a huge Farmer's Market a few blocks away on Saturdays (9:00-1:30). So fun to see neighbors walking to/from the market with their baskets of produce, flowers, and more! And while we cooked ourselves most of the time, there are several restaurants and stores nearby, making that an easy option too. There is also a great park (Evelyn Schiffler Memorial Park) nearby with a playground, lots of trails, and even a skate park. Our pup was happy to make that a daily outing! Corey and Tom at iTrip are super easy to work with, and responsive to any questions or needs that may arise. Highly recommend Highland Gables!

We loved our experience at Corey's Place! The game room and basketball court provided plenty to do for everyone. There was more space than we had anticipated inside and outside the home which made it so comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. The suggestions for activities and food in the area were perfect. We felt secluded, safe and welcomed in Corey's home. We would love to come back again.

Great space for family gathering!
5/5 stars
We enjoyed this well appointed home for a New Year’s family gathering of 4 adults and 6 teens. The teens loved the ping pong table, hot tub and basketball court. They also enjoyed the game table and their own TV and sleeping area upstairs. The adults enjoyed the separate downstairs TV area and kitchen. A wonderful location with quick access to Portland. Plenty of stores and services very close by. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Spots for groups/families
5/5 stars
This large house, with spacious common rooms, was perfect for our group of '80s college friends in the area for a reunion. Nicely decorated and maintained, and well equipped with kitchen utensils and plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware. Very responsive management, too. Would definitely rent again.

Epic Place
5/5 stars
Fantastic house with a great host. This place can easily sleep 10+ comfortably and even more if you include the several couches. The backyard was perfect for grilling, hot tubbing, and playing some basketball. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a larger size house with all of the amenities!

Great place to stay
5/5 stars
Our stay in Beaverton was amazing. And this house was everything we had hoped for and more. It’s big enough for a large family to not only have a great time together but enough space to have your own space. The ping pong table was a huge hit. Loved the backyard. Everything about it is amazing. Excellent location for the zoo, beach and museums. Can’t say enough good about it. Thanks for the wonderful home away from home.

Lovely House!
5/5 stars
This house was perfect for a family reunion, we had nine people staying at the house. Very spacious house, comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen and super clean! Lots of games and a ping pong table kept the family entertained in addition to the hot tub. Corey checked on us via email to make sure all was OK the day we checked in. House is about 20 minutes from downtown Portland and about 30 minutes to the Willamette Valley wine region. Great house, would highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at this wonderful house in Beaverton. It has a large yard and the house is actually more spacious than the pictures give credit for. Would definitely recommend!

Great house for large groups
5/5 stars
We rented Highland Gables for about a week to host guests for our son's wedding. The house was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the ping pong and game tables, poker set and cards. The large TVs worked well and the kitchen was the center of activity. There was plenty of parking for our three vehicles which included a large passenger van. An important issue, easily fixed, is a sharp screw head on the front door knob that cut one of the guest before we covered it with tape. Be aware that there are no bedrooms downstairs so older guests may need to sleep on comfortable sofas downstairs.

The pictures dont do this home justice! So spacious and more than enough space to host large groups. The kitchen was very nice, my favorite thing was the double ovens. There was multiple living rooms so everyone had a place to hang out. The beds in all rooms inclu8the bunk beds all were very comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for my boys after their basketball tournament. The. Ack yard was so big and perfect...especially the basketball hoop! Definitely kept my children entertained!
