Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Fun Time in Beaver Creek

This was overall a good experience. Charter 5125 was well appointed for what is basically a two-queen hotel room. There was coffee, hot chocolate mix, a nice sized mini-fridge, and a small microwave. The Vail Vacation Properties staff was very responsive to my preliminary questions before arrival. I had no concerns or questions after arriving, though I expect they would have similarly responded if I had. So, a five star review for the property management and the unit itself. My one suggestion would be to add a couple more mugs/glasses to accommodate a full family. We ended up washing dishes several times (with the detergent that was provided, which was great to have). There are a couple of caveats about the overall Charter property (i.e., outside the control of unit 5125 and Vail Vacation Properties) that are worth knowing: First, the main ski-equipment storage sits in front of the building and consists of a double-decker metal rack with a tiny tin roof covering. It has a sliding, lockable, screen/gate around it like you would see at a mall storefront. However, I never actually saw them locked. Maybe the staff locked them late at night, but I have no idea (I have better things to do in the middle of the night than stare at ski racks). Logistically, I assume they have to leave these unlocked during the better part of the day so people can deposit/retrieve their gear (there was no staff checking gear in or out, so it was pretty much self-serve). So, simply put, this is not secure storage. Unfortunately, ski theft has become more of a reality lately, so I hope the Charter re-thinks this setup. Second, the parking garage has a clearance of 7.0 feet. If you have a rooftop box on your vehicle this may limit your ability to enter the garage. I drive an SUV that can accommodate skis inside, so I left my rooftop box at home for this trip. Garage clearance was one of my preliminary questions that Vail Vacation Properties responded to quickly, so that was much appreciated. It did look like there were a few outdoor spots too if you are unable to clear the garage.

The Charter was the perfect place to stay for our family. Location, location, location! The studio worked fine for our family of 4. It was clean & had a balcony. We enjoyed the restaurant, bar & hot tub with the spectacular view. We can’t wait to go back next year!

We loved Beaver Creek! It was our first time and we will definitely come back again. The room was very clean and perfect for the three of us. It may be a bit tight for more than three with snow gear. My only complaint is that the hotel does not have an open restaurant Mondays and Tuesdays. This might not be a problem for the condo units, but with a one room rental it was kind of pain, mostly for breakfast before skiing. Otherwise everything was great. Excellent location. Easy shuttle rides to the slopes. Ski storage outside. The ski rental facility on site was key!

Beaver Creek - ski-in, ski-out

The Charter at Beaver Creek has a great location and facilities. There is a ski way that makes it truly ski-in and ski-out and the ski racks downstairs means no schlepping of gear. The pool and hot tubs are terrific and the Black Diamond Bistro has great food. The village is about 100 yards away and offers a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff was very helpful and everything worked well. Really a treat after a full day of skiing in excellent snow.
