The Green Teal location is perfect! Beachfront, walking distance to the Ferry, close to all the restaurants by the marina and you can see Old Baldy! It’s also near the post office and the Chapel. If you’re hungry or thirsty it’s a short cart ride or walk to Delphina’s, Sandpiper Coffee & Ice Cream, Jules' Salty Grub & Island Pub, and Will O’ The Wisp. You can also relax and enjoy the BHI Club or The Shoals restaurants with the temporary access available for purchase with Green Teal (fees do apply).
With over 2,950 square feet of living space, 7 decks and a wrap-around porch you will not feel cramped at Green Teal! Every bedroom has a deck, 3 additional large decks, 2 screened, and all decks have plenty of seating to enjoy the views of the beach, sunrise, Oak Island Lighthouse or Old baldy. **Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club, please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to review their NEW rules & fees for the 2022 year. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use, please refer to their site or call them for more details****

**Maximum Occupancy: 10 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) & are sleeping in a crib.
**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***
* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* No uninvited guests without permission
***Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee***
Bald Head Island Activities
Bald Head Island is a private island where you can only get to by boat or ferry. This is a golf cart only island. Leave your vehicle behind and cruise on the golf cart provided at the home. The island is approximately 5 by 2 miles. You can bike around the island in only an hour or two! Bald Head Island is home to the oldest Lighthouses in North Carolina. There are many nature hikes, wildlife watches, beach accesses, shops, restaurants, and activities.
Activities:
-Rent a bike at Coastal Urge or Riverside Adventure Company.
-Rent a stand up paddle board from Coastal Urge!

-Go on a historic island tour from the Old Baldy Foundation.

- Outside of Airbnb rules and restrictions, all guests will have to agree to the iTrip Vacations NC Beaches Vacation Rental Agreement

- Bookings created by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund
