Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. Beautiful, spacious, modern home

We loved our stay at 100 W Beaver Creek. The property was clean, spacious, and well laid out. The open floor plan made it easy for all of us to gather in the mornings and evenings to eat, play games, and hang out. The four bedrooms were spacious and spread apart. When someone got up earlier than the rest of the group, you never heard any noise from another part of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the towels were soft. Those are the small things that help make a vacation even better. While we were staying there, the balcony on the lower level was under construction, and we couldn't use it. I wish we could have because it was spacious and had a great view. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Condo Penthouse!

My family and I stayed in this beautifully newly renovated penthouse condo for a ski vacation. The layout was fantastic for us! We each had our own private bedroom suites with large attached bathrooms/closet areas. The living area has completely open concept with a great cooks kitchen, family room and dining/bar area for the whole crew to hang out in after a days activities. The condo is on the top floor overlooking the mountains to the east. The deck runs the length of both floors. Three of the four bedroom suites had private balconies, the living area has 2 sliders that allow a great view and tables/chairs for outdoor meals or coffee. It is situated so that it is a short walk, to the gondola at the Westin for easy access to Beaver Creek ski area. The building itself has 3 restaurants, a ski shop etc. on the first floor. Best of all the private parking area is under the building, with elevators taking us up to the top floor. We loved the location and the layout/amenities of this penthouse condo and will definitely be back again!

Beautiful condo, perfect location

What a perfect weekend getaway! We came to ski and had a group of little ones we needed to entertain as well. The condo was close to everything for the kids (library, rec center, restaurants, etc.) and less than a 5 minute walk to the gondola at the Westin. The space itself was beautiful, very spacious and has everything you need. We will definitely be back again!
