This two level, four bedroom luxury penthouse, located in the heart of Avon, is a short walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola or the transportation center to access the ECO bus into Vail. Restaurants, Yoga/Pilates studio, grocery store, library and Nottingham Lake/park are all easily accessible by foot at this location. Located in the Lodge at Avon Center, you’ll have quick access to Italian, American and Chinese restaurants.

The main level also features King Suite #1 and #2. King Suite #1 also features a king bed, large flat screen tv, and a renovated en suite bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

As you venture upstairs, you’ll find a spacious master suite, living area and large guest suite. The Master is beautifully furnished with king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, large private deck and incredible en suite bath. The en suite bath features a huge walk in closet, double vanity and a walk in tiled shower with steam shower. The Guest Suite features 2 Queen Beds, flat screen TV, walk in closet and en suite bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. The Guest Suite also features a large private deck.

Do not let the outside renovation activities of the building deter you! The condo is fantastic! Immaculately clean. Comfortable & modern furnishings designed for family gatherings. Kitchen is perfectly equipped. Beautiful bathrooms. Beds are perfect as well. Balcony equipped with heater, fully furnished and awesome views of the mountains!

This condo has definitely exceeded expectations! This unit is spacious, immaculately clean, and has everything you need to feel right at home as soon as you arrive. This was the most comfortable unit we have stayed in in the mountains. It was a quick walk to the gondola, restaurants, and stores. The itrip staff was very responsive to texts message questions.

It is apparent that the property owner had renovated this penthouse location. Everything was new within the condo; much newer than the rather old building housing the condo. The location in Avon was perfect with the liquor store downstairs, and the City Market minutes away. It was easy to get up to the base lifts in 10 minutes up the Village Road. Parking does become a challenge at the base so drop-off skiing is a thing. The large kitchen and family living area was a definite plus. Two bedrooms were downstairs and well-done. The Master/Main suite and fourth bedroom were upstairs and accessed by rather steep, narrow stairs that forced one to be very careful to hold on. Curiously there was sitting area between the two bedrooms and a sitting area at the foot of the Master bed that focused on very little such as a TV or a mountain view. Perhaps the owner enjoyed reading. The Master shower was well done with steam and rain-shower options. The large walk-in closet also housed the washer-dryer which we did not use but could imagine this to be very convenient. Given the comments above, maybe not a 5-star review but pretty close.

Thoroughly enjoyed our family Christmas in this penthouse! Great central Avon location. Unit is fully updated with all modern amenities. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Only advice is the access to upstairs master is via steep and long stairway. Not a negative. Just helpful to know. Check-in and -out process was easy. Property management was communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again.
