This luxury condo is located at the base of Beaver Creek Landing next to the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift/Chair 15, a true ski in, ski out property. For your convenience, ski lockers are located just steps away from the lift.

Enjoy all the amenities Beaver Creek Landing has to offer. Play Chess on the oversized coffee table board in front of the warm fireplace or enjoy time with friends and family playing games on the pool and foosball table. Wander outside the lobby to cozy up around the fire pit and watch the skiers in the winter or golfers in the summer. Whatever you decide, you will be surrounded in luxury.

Upon entering this beautiful residence, you will be pleased with the open floor plan that combines the spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 guests and great room with flat screen TV and large stone gas fireplace. Step onto the deck to soak up the Colorado sun at the table for 2 or take advantage of easy cooking on the gas grill. The deck overlooks the golf course/ski mountain and Chair 15, it is an amazing location.

When your adventures are done for the day, retreat to the comfortable master bedroom with king bed and en suite bath. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 twin beds and bedroom 3 with a queen, both bedrooms feature a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. No need to overpack as the home includes a washer and dryer for your convenience and allows garage parking for one vehicle.

Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.
Check-out time is 10am.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Beautiful condo! Pool and hot tubs were amazing and loved by our kids. Condo was very clean and had all the accommodations such as plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, complimentary shampoos/conditioner. So so nice!

We recently stayed at Beaver Creek Landing A306 and couldn’t have asked for more in a ski condo! The location was as good as it gets when wanting easy access to the slopes. You can literally throw a snowball at the lift from the balcony. The condo was spacious, beautiful and fully equipped. Garage parking was so convenient and the hot tub couldn’t be beat after a day of skiing. Easy booking, great communication and guest service was top notch. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit Beaver Creek! 5 stars!

Excellent condo - everything you could want. Location was stellar and views were spectacular. Beaver creek skiing is unreal. Loved the ski lockers as it made it so easy in the mornings and afternoons, especially with kids. Would note the only green trail back to condo is lengthy if you have little ones the only quick run back is a blue which our youngest couldn’t do so took the bus to village a few days - which is very easy as it stops right at lift next to condo - where more of the kid friendly trails are. Older kids loved to hang in lobby and play chess by the fire. Would absolutely book the condo again top notch all around.

This condo was absolutely wonderful!! It was right next to the lift, so in the morning we could see how long the line was. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms were spacious, and clean with comfortable beds. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which worked out perfect. The ski locker was fantastic to be able to use. It saved us from having to drag our skis everywhere. The bus that serves BC is right outside, and easy to catch. We were happy with our visit and will definitely book again if we come up to BC!!

Our vacation started the afternoon we arrived when we took a hike up the Gondola trail right outside the lobby. The kids had a great time! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the large dining table. Worked great for meals and puzzles at the other end! We really enjoyed the pool and we were the only ones in it!! The lobby had a nice pool table, large chess game and a fun Foosball table. We had yummy s'mores at the fire pit every night then played tag on the grassy area right there. We decided Beaver Creek Landing would be a wonderful place to stay during ski season. The gondola is right outside the door!!

Can't say enough about this condo and the location for ski in/ski out. Located at the base of Lower Beaver Creek Lift you walk out the awesome ski locker room and get right on the lift to start you ski day! The condo is fabulous and well equipped. Stayed here with family for a spring break ski trip and all six of us were comfortable in the condo. Would highly recommend this condo....will definitely stay here again.

This condo was the perfect place for a family getaway ski trip. All the beds are super comfortable, it’s quiet at night and it is perfectly located right outside one of the main ski lifts. Having the convenience of the ski lockers and ski rental office right in the building was a huge plus. We loved this condo and would highly recommend it to others in the future! And only an 8min drive to the Village! Buses stop directly out front.

The condo was a perfect place for a quick family retreat. The unit was well stocked and was plenty of space for 6 adults. The ability to convert the bedroom with twin beds into a King was especially welcomed after a long day of skiing. The unit is steps away from the lower beaver creek lift and the Westin Gondola which allowed are family to walk to town for groceries and shopping. This was something we desired since we did not rent a vehicle while visiting. Getting around the resort using village connect was very efficient and quick. Big time bonus points for the Beaver Creek Sports and Beaver Creek Ticket office locations located on the ground floor of the building. The unit was well appointed and has everything one could need for cooking and staying comfortably. The only recommendation would be to add a cocktail shaker to the amenities. The locks can be a little fickle but overall we will definitely be staying in this unit again.

We had a great stay at Beaver Creek Landing! The condo was extremely clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. Easy access to Avon or to Beaver Creek Village. Check-in and out procedures were straight-forward and the management company was excellent. We hope to be back!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. It was the perfect condo for a family of four. One 19 year old and one 21 year old. They loved having their own space. Everything we needed was there. From the blender to the wine opener!! Amazing views from every room, too!! Perfection!!

Our trip was amazing. Colorado in the summer is so beautiful. We originally planned to stay at the Westin, but I'm so glad we chose Beaver Creek Landing. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It could easily accommodated 6 adults or 4 adults and 2-3 kids. The condo is very nice with all the amenities you would need. Super comfortable beds. Thermostats in the master, main living and in guest room 'wing' made comfort even nicer. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids and some relaxing. Grill on the patio, sunrise on the balcony looking up the mountain and over the golf course...awesome. The designated parking garage in the bldg with easy in and out was really convenient. So glad I wasn't waiting on Westin Valet considering how many times we were in and out of the condo. BCL is at the bottom of Beaver Creek overlooking Avon and only a couple miles from the BC Village. A very short 2 minute drive down and we're in Avon. A short 3 minutes up the mountain and we're in BC Village. Great location.

Great condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this super comfortable, well appointed condominium in a fantastic location. Every bedroom and bathroom was really nice, really well done and furnished. The layout was perfect and the kitchen lacked for nothing. We enjoyed the fireplace and all the amenities, even the ski lockers were great!

our party of five middle-aged males had an excellent time in Beavercreek landing. The accommodations were outstanding. This is our seventh annual ski trip, and our first time at Beaver Creek. By far, our stay here has been the best yet. The condominium was very spacious. The furniture was lavish. The kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. They were three bedrooms and three full bathrooms which was more than we needed. There was a gas fireplace which was quite warm. There’s a grill available, although we did not partake. You can see the lift right outside from the balcony. The room was quiet. There is a good-sized heated pool outside and two very warm hot tubs. There is a ski rental place right on the first floor of the building. The ski locker room was very nice, and could accommodate many skis. A car might be more convenient, although we were able to quickly call taxi cabs or use the villages shuttle to get around. The only drawback to staying here is that there are no stores or restaurants within walking distance. So a transportation is needed. However, that was easy to get taken care of. We would definitely come back here again, even with our families.

We loved our stay over the Christmas holiday! It was a perfect home for our family on the mountain at Beaver Creek! There was everything we needed and more! We all slept fantastically in the comfy beds with nice linens. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. Would highly recommend this condo. Very clean and a great set up and floor plan for our granddaughter who's 16 months. Beautiful views and perfect location. Would definitely rent again. We went to the rodeo, fished, golfed and hit the spa. All within a 5 minute drive.

Everything about this place is great. Location is perfect, amenities are great. There was 2 hot tubs but only one worked so did get a little crowded at times. I was there 3 months ago and it wasn't working then either.

We learned that the hot tub and possibly the pool will have to be torn out and re-built this summer due to issues in the foundation of the hot tub and pool. We loved this condo and the complex in general! It was super comfortable, great view, and great access to chairlift. Our fourth trip to Beaver Creek and we love staying at Beaver Creek Landing. This was a large and spacious condo that easily held my husband and me, our nanny and 2 kids. We love the convenience and ease. The condo was very nicely decorated, kitchen was terrific, wonderful large master bath. Bedding was very comfortable. Love having the ski lockers and then to be able to walk out 20 yards to the ski lift! Terrific trip and we will be back again!

This is our third trip to Beaver Creek and staying at Beaver Creek Landing. This condo was very comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay, great views, fireplace in living room at end of ski day was just what we needed. We just love the location but being ski in ski out was just fantastic. Wonderful large ski lockers to hold boots, skis, and poles. Underground parking, and great surroundings. This was a great trip, and we are looking at coming back this year!
