Welcome to Lake Travis Getaway from iTrip Austin! Sip your morning coffee on the back deck watching the deer, and when day slips into night, soak in the hot tub and watch the sun set over the horizon. This home has something for everyone. Come see why guests return year after year to this lovely location.

This beautiful lake-front home is located in a private cove on Lake Travis and is perfect for family vacations, or large groups traveling together. This specious home offers:

- Two Primary bedrooms on opposite ends of the home both with direct access to private pool, both with California Kings. Larger primary also has daybed with trundle; 2nd primary has Calif King + daybed

- Two smaller bedrooms with jack-and-jill bathroom

- Queen bed in one

- Twin over Twin bunk with trundle in 2nd bedroom

- Built-in Desk / work area – ideal for those needing to play AND work

- Gourmet Kitchen with double-oven (perfect for Thanksgiving)

The lake levels continue to drop but the pool level is perfect!

PETS POLICY: If you book a pet friendly property, the following provisions (included in the rental agreement) apply:
We allow 1 small dog (40lbs) with $100 pet fee; ALL pets subject to approval
All dogs must be current on all vaccinations. (documentation from accredited Vet must be provided by Guest upon request). All pets must be treated with flea & tick repellent at least 3 days prior to arrival
Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all pet waste  
Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time and must not make excessive noise. Pets must be crated when left in the property unattended. Pets must remain on a leash when outside.
If pets cause any damage, or the property requires additional cleaning the guest will be charged the cost of any repairs or clean up. If a security deposit has been paid it will be deducted. If there is no security deposit then the guest authorizes their credit card to be charged directly for the repair or clean-up cost
HOT TUBS & HEATED POOLS: Some of our homes have hot tubs and/or heated pools. We make every attempt to ensure that the hot tubs are in service, hot, and ready for your arrival. However, there are times when a hot tub is out of service due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not charge extra for out hot tub amenities, and there will be no refund if a hot tub is not in service when you arrive. Likewise, if night-time temps are cold (below 50), it is unlikely that a 'heated pool' will be warm, so please be aware that night-time temperatures directly impact the temperature of the water in the swimming pool. Hot tubs are strictly for use by guests 18 and older, at the users own risk, and must not be used by guests with medical conditions that prohibit their use, or by guests who have been consuming alcohol or other cognitive-altering substances. Irresponsible use of the hot tub (leaving a hot tub uncovered, leaving jets running while not in use, spilling liquids in the hot tub, broken glass, etc) that results in extra hot tub maintenance after your departure will result in a charge of up to $250 for extra maintenance fees.
DOCK, POOL & PATIO: Tenant hereby acknowledges the premises they have reserved may include a dock (private or community) and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the dock and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the dock and deck area can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the dock, community or private pool and patio areas, if applicable. Property Owner and Manager may not be held responsible for any injury that may occur. Additionally, Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties for any and all causes of action arising as a consequence of any incidents which might occur as a result of participation in any activities with or involving the released parties
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LIMITED DAMAGE WAIVER (LDW): In order for LDW to cover accidental damages/expenses, all damages MUST be reported prior to check-out. If damages are not reported prior to check-out and discovered later, the tenant will be responsible for all repairs and replacement costs
HOLD HARMLESS: iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Nor does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control
COVID19: During the Pandemic there may be significant changes to operations and operating hours of tourist-related activities. Community pools may not be open, or have limited hours. Restaurants may not have indoor dining or limited outdoor dining only. City rules regarding  wearing masks and other safety equipment may apply. None of these or other similar restrictions are within our control are not a reason for a refund. Please consider investing in travel insurance
EQUIPMENT FAILURE: There will be no refunds or discounts due to air conditioning, heating or appliance failures. Failures will be repaired as quickly as possible
LINENS: Linens shall not be removed from the rental unit at any time. There will be a charge for missing and/or damaged linens

-  You may not exceed this property's maximum occupancy at any point during your stay. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- Some of our homes have hot tubs and/or swimming pools. We make every attempt to ensure that the hot tubs are in service, hot, and ready for your arrival. However, there are times when a hot tub is out of service due to circumstances beyond our control. - We make every attempt to keep the pool as clean as possible, but at times leaves and debris may end up on the surface. This will not be cause for refund.
- We have pest control treat our homes every other month. There may be an occasional pest that finds its way inside - this will not be cause for a refund.
- Please consider investing in travel insurance. It is impossible for hosts to make refund assurances for every possible scenario so it is recommended that guests consider purchasing a travelers insurance benefit in order to protect your plans in the event of extenuating circumstances. If you have been diagnosed, medical record confirmation will allow you to file a claim for travel related losses with your travel insurance provider.
- Check-in time is 3pm; Check-out time is 10am
EARLY CHECK-IN: We aim to offer early check-ins whenever possible. We will text on the day of arrival when the home is ready for check in. Please make sure your mobile number is up to date in your iTrip account. This will allow us to offer an early check in
 
 
If you are staying in one of our 'pet-friendly' homes and are traveling with a pet, you must submit the pet fee prior to check-in. If you fail to disclose that you are traveling with a pet, or fail to remit the pet-fee prior to arrival, you will be subject to a $250 additional cleaning fee.

Bachelorette Weekend

The house was super cute and perfect for my bachelorette weekend, but it had a lot of issues that caused many inconveniences. The wine/beverage fridge wouldn't cool (we finally got this issue resolved on the third day of our stay after talking with the host and them explaining where the circuit breaker was). Also, the dishwasher was broken so we had to wash all of our dishes by hand for the weekend (with the exception of the day we checked out when they told us we could leave dishes in the sink) - major inconvenience and time suck! Finally, the toilet in the master bathroom would run for several hours after it was flushed rendering the toilet useless. We had to walk all the way to the other side of the house to use the powder bath. Also - the host mentioned this in advance but the gas grill wasn't working. The house costed a lot of money for it to have all of these issues.

Regarding the wine fridge and dishwasher, we’re glad we were able to resolve those issues for you within an hour after being notified. The breaker had tripped, and resetting it restored both the dishwasher and wine fridge to working order. We understand how this was frustrating and wish the problem hadn’t occurred in the first place. We apologize for the issue with the master bathroom toilet, and we’ve since had a plumber come out to fix it. Additionally, we have purchased a new propane gas grill which is now available for all guests.

We had a good time at this home. The management was very responsive. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the property but they fixed those things . We had a large group so the bed and bath situation fit our family.

This home was immaculate and perfect for a weekend getaway to the lake. Absolutely perfect location which made access to the Lake a breeze. Far enough out of the city for relaxation but also just a short drive in for some city life. My friends and I could not recommend this place enough.

A Great Family Getlaway

We enjoyed a wonderful Family getaway with our extended family of four adults and five grandchildren. The home was ideal for all of us as it provided lots of room indoors and outdoors to keep everyone happy. The kitchen was perfect and we cooked a lot and we appreciate the outdoor cooking appliances. Lots of bedrooms and very nice family room and dining area plus the pool, spa and extensive grounds.

This is a beautiful designer decorated home with many high-end touches. It definitely feels a luxury private home (NOT a cheaply furnished rental.). The layout is perfect with 2 very large masters and en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom. The u-shaped floor plan was perfect for us—our son’s family stayed in one wing and we stayed in the other so we had plenty of quiet and privacy. The furniture is comfortable and beautiful. The refrigerator and freezer is HUGE which it great for family get togethers. Staying there was so much fun that next time we’ll eat in every meal and not waste time going out. The entire interior of the house is beautifully updated and immaculate (I don’t throw that word around lightly—seriously, this house is VERY clean) The pool is also beautiful and pristine. The high-end and abundant outdoor furniture made it tempting to spend all our time outside. There is abundant shade and pretty views of Live Oaks and part of the cove. Although you can’t dock from their private ramp due to lower lake levels, you can tie a boat up to the private dock and walk up to the house. Our kids had so much fun in the pool and the hot tub and playing ball in the fenced yard that it was very relaxing for the adults. The fire pit made making s’mores a favorite for everyone. The host was very responsive. It is clear that they are committed to make your stay a positive experience. We have stayed in many VRBO properties in the US and this is definitely one of our favorites. We can’t wait to book our next stay here.

This house is amazing! It looks even BETTER than the pictures and that’s hard to do. The house was spacious, large backyard for games, and fun pool. It is located very close to gas stations and other shops you may need. Communication was great and fast. The gate to the driveway made us feel secluded and safe at night too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Great Spot for a weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this Lake House. The home was modern and tastefully decorated. Beds were all comfortable, even the bunk beds. House was clean, kitchen was well-stocked, and the backyard was definitely the highlight of our stay. We spent each day in the pool, which was amazing and grilled out each night - house had two grills, Propane and charcoal, which was nice. We definitely recommend!

Wonderful Weekend

Our family stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The home was decorated beautifully and was spotless! All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you would ever need. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor kitchen immensely. The lake is a bit of a walk, but worth it - the cove is very private and they have a nice platform dock to hang out on. We will be back next summer!

Lovely House

We loved everything about this house. Lots of natural light and beautifully decorated. Home was very clean, beds were all comfortable, tons of space for our group, the pool was great and we loved the entire outdoor area. A short walk down to the boat ramp and private cove. Itrip was quick to respond to all of our questions and left a very thoughtful welcome gift that had wine, sparkling water, snack bars and hand sanitizer.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautifully decorated with a modern, open concept. We loved having 2 masters on opposing sides of the house. The home was very clean, kitchen well-stocked, beds were comfortable and the outside area was amazing. iTrip was a breeze to work with and check-in was seamless (no contact). Great House for a Family Trip

The house was convenient to get to and near a few marinas. It was comfortable (reasonably new interior) and clean and had all the needed appliances. Great pool and grill area. Wish it had a dock, but otherwise it was easily accessible by boat. Great communication and organization by iTrip. Excellent price for this size of house.
