The spacious front porch is the ideal spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the sounds of the neighborhood. This is what true urban living is and the re-gentrification of Atlanta looks like. The neighbors to the right is a sweet grandma and to your left well they are getting ready to create their forever home, so don't look at it as a boarded up house but a new home being created. Create ATL, an indoor/outdoor covered co-working space, which is only 0.6 miles away. If you prefer a treat, consider going to Coco cakes by Coco's Westside, which is only 0.5 miles away. From there, you can enter the Belt-line and proceed to the Monday night Garage or Boxcar at the City Hop, West End, which is 0.5 miles away, all the while taking in the breathtaking scenery. Families will enjoy their stay at this house. The distance to the city is 2.5 miles. To the Mercedes Benz Stadium, 2.1 miles. Excellent for multi-family and large groups visiting Atlanta. General Guidelines:
- Guest Responsibility: The booking adult must be present during the stay or make arrangements with the hosts. Primary guests are responsible for the property and should communicate any requests or issues directly to us.
- Identification: For insurance purposes, we require a copy of a government-issued ID from the booking adult before arrival. Selfie & possibly a credit card depending on your booking platform.
- Filming and Commercial Endeavors: No filming or commercial activities are allowed on our property without written approval from the hosts. Violators will be fined $1000 per day.
- Additional Guests: The nightly rate includes a set number of guests. Additional guests may incur extra charges due to utility consumption. Please discuss any deviations with the hosts.
- Extended Stays: Stays longer than 7 days may require an additional cleaning charge if deemed necessary by our cleaning team.
- No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or near its vicinity. Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. Tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fine.
- No Events or Parties: Our property is not suitable for events or parties. Hosting such activities violates our rules and platform regulations.
- Visitor Policy: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property without prior approval from the hosts.
- Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am on weekdays and 11 pm-9 am on weekends. Excessive noise complaints may result in eviction.
- Respect for Property: Please treat the house and its contents with care. Do not move furniture, and do not take indoor furniture outside.
- Utilities: Adjust the HVAC system to conserve energy (Heat at 68°F, Air at 76°F). Turn off TVs and lights when not in use.
- Prohibited Items: Fireworks, candles, firearms, glitter, paint, and confetti are not allowed on the premises.
- Damage Prevention: Avoid using tape on walls or ceilings. Be mindful of makeup and hair products to prevent staining towels and linens.
- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with prior approval and payment of a one-time fee. Additional fees apply for multiple pets. Pets must be leashed outdoors, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Failure to pick up after your pets will result in $100 fine.
- Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage in designated outdoor containers. Do not leave unbagged garbage in indoor bins.
- Unlawful Activities: Any unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction from the property.
