Greetings, allow me to introduce myself. I am Ms Monroe, and there is also a Miss Monroe (we are a duplex), We can be rented together for a 3 bedroom property as well. Please ask my host if we are both available if you want to rent us both. I am known as the Atlanta's Roller-coaster! This peculiar name was bestowed upon me due to my location atop a steep hill that requires some effort to reach. I value honesty and transparency, so let me be upfront about who I am: a true Urban City Gal. I adore all that the city has to offer, including its vibrant noises. Positioned on one of Atlanta's busiest and most frequented streets, my surroundings never sleep, and I take great pride in that fact. When you choose to stay with me, prepare to be serenaded by the constant symphony of sounds that inspires me day and night. If you're not a fan of the diverse array of noises, be it white, black, blue, green, or whatever new term they've coined for it this year, then I may not be your cup of tea. To me, these nocturnal sounds resemble the calming ebb and flow of the ocean. If I desired silence at night, I would have insisted on being constructed in the tranquil N Ga Mountain. I also want to make it clear that I am not a youthful, newly developed urban beauty, and I have no desire to be compared to them. Of course, I could have undergone various rejuvenating procedures, but I made the conscious decision to age gracefully. No facelifts for me (I despise power tools), what you see is what you get. My plumbing and electrical systems may be on the older side, and you may encounter unfamiliar noises here and there. Forget about soundproofing; that concept wasn't even considered when i was conceived. Furthermore, my bathroom is on the cozier side (I'm thrilled to have maintained my size over all these years). I may not possess a sleek, polished appearance; instead, I boast a weathered charm vibe. —Now, let's discuss my strengths. I am situated in a sublime area of Midtown, with the magnificent Piedmont Park spanning hundreds of acres right behind me. This picturesque park offers the perfect setting for picnics, weekend events, or leisurely strolls with your furry companions. Additionally, I am just minutes away from all the thrilling city attractions. Your culinary needs will be met by my fully-equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare delightful meals for your family during your stay. Furthermore, I offer a marvelous vantage point for people-watching, as I sit high above Monroe Drive. Unlike many others, I provide the luxury of off-street parking. If you fancy a leisurely walk or a quick jog, you'll find various restaurants, pubs, and running/walking areas within easy reach. And let's not forget the excitement of Ponce City Market, a mere stone's throw away, offering a plethora of enjoyable shopping experiences.

* The Person booking the reservation MUST BE present as you are responsible for your Guests OR arrangements made with management (fines & immediate termination of the reservation may apply)
* You must assure that everyone staying in the property has read the house rules.
* Only the Primary guests are allowed to make requests to us since you are responsible for the property during your stay.
* For insurance purposes, we require a copy of a government-issued ID from the "booking adult" prior to arrival
* No Filming or commercial endeavors on our property without written permission from management.
* Pets are allowed, however, there is one-time pet fee of $85 for the first pet and $25 for each additional after approved by management approval.
*Any stays Longer than 7 days will need to pay an additional $30 a week.

Guest Responsibility:The booking adult must be present during the stay or arrange approval with the hosts. The primary guest is responsible for the property and should communicate any requests or concerns directly to us.
Identification:
For insurance purposes, we require a copy of a government-issued ID from the booking adult prior to arrival. Depending on your booking platform, we may also request a selfie and a credit card for verification.
Filming and Commercial Use:
Filming or commercial activities are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the hosts. Violators will incur a fine of $1,000 per day.
Additional Guests:
The nightly rate includes a set number of guests. Additional guests may incur extra fees due to increased utility usage. Please discuss any changes in guest count with the hosts in advance.
Extended Stays:
For stays longer than 7 days, additional cleaning fees may apply, as determined by our cleaning team.
Property-Specific Rules
Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.- No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home or near its vicinity. Dispose of cigarette butts properly. Tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fine. - No Events or Parties:
Hosting events or parties is not allowed and violates our house rules and platform regulations. - Visitor Policy:
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is obtained from the hosts. - Quiet Hours:
Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM (weekdays) and 11 PM to 9 AM (weekends). Excessive noise complaints may result in eviction. - Respect for Property:
Treat the house and its contents with care. Do not move furniture or take indoor furniture outdoors. - Utilities:
Conserve energy by setting heat to 68°F and air conditioning to 76°F. Turn off TVs and lights when not in use. - Prohibited Items:
The following are not allowed on the property: fireworks, candles, firearms, glitter, paint, and confetti. - Damage Prevention:
Avoid using tape on walls or ceilings. Be cautious with makeup and hair products to prevent stains on towels and linens. - Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of a one-time fee. Additional fees apply for multiple pets. Pets must be leashed outdoors, and owners must clean up after them. Failure to clean up will result in a $100 fine. - Garbage Disposal:
Dispose of all trash in designated outdoor bins. Do not leave unbagged garbage in indoor bins. - Unlawful Activities:
Any unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction.
