A dream house
5/5 stars
As we drove up to the front porch I thought....." This is a cozy place. A row house with a front porch, rocking chairs and herbs planted in window boxes. I want to sit out here and read" When we opened the front door the cozy kept on going. The house is warm and inviting with comfortable furniture. The decor invited us to "sit and stay a while". The location is perfect for visiting Annapolis and the Naval Academy or for just relaxing. PLUS, we parked right outside of the door. An unheard of thing for the Annapolis area. Eastport is an old fashioned neighborhood. It is very walkable with restaurants and coffee places close by. We walked around the corner to Oscar's Coffee Kiosk where we sat and drank our coffee. (It's right on the water and has very good coffee) I then sat on the front porch and read. The neighbors walked by pushing strollers or just walking and said a good morning as they passed by. It was a perfect place to celebrate my birthday.

great rental
5/5 stars
What a great place Eastport Easy was. Quiet street with easy parking on the street. Great location with short and easy walks to all the Eastport restaurants and bars. Definitely a marine atmosphere with lots of boats in boatyards all around. Inside was comfortable and kitchen well stocked with appliances and cutlery. Both beds comfortable but with a street light right outside the master bedroom. I had to use temporary blackout shades to help sleep at night. The backyard was perfect with a small deck for a table/chairs as well as a nice big propane grill. A firepit with four chairs was on the lower part of the backyard. All appliances and grills worked well with plenty of extra propane if needed. All in all this was an excellent rental for 2 months. I felt very comfortable and safe there. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay near the water and the fun!
5/5 stars
Our group of 4 enjoyed our stay. The home was as depicted in the listing and very comfortable. It was very close to the water and the maritime museum and a nice walk to other Eastport and Annapolis restaurants, businesses, and events. While it rained for part of our stay, we enjoyed the back yard sitting area on our first night, what a comfortable space! And we loved the new Oscars Coffee and bagel food truck in the marina parking lot just next door. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Peaceful and Comfy
5/5 stars
This place is a little gem. The location is convenient to historic downtown Annapolis. The traffic there is bad so I don’t like to drive. The water taxi runs by the hour at the maritime museum and if you can’t wait then it’s a short walk to the Chart House to catch the water taxi there. The home itself was clean and as pictured. There were a few ants in the kitchen but nothing to phone home about. We were welcomed with crab chips and a bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. The coffee was stocked and I enjoyed coffee on the back deck with a view of the marina and the sounds of the ships and sailboats in the background. The beds are comfortable upstairs. The sofa bed was not too bad either. The people are friendly, the neighborhood is inviting and safe. Parking was easy and convenient as well. Davis’ Pub is a short walk away and the food is delightful. The pub is dog friendly and has a dog menu. The dogs also approved of the home and the doggy pub across the street from Davis’ .

Enjoyable Eastport Stay
5/5 stars
Our family of three plus our Aussiedoodle enjoyed our five-day stay at Eastport Easy. The house was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The location was great, an easy walk to nice restaurants and the maritime museum. We enjoyed the fire pit, the deck, and the front porch. We would definitely recommend this as a great getaway and base for exploring all Annapolis has to offer.

Charming neighborhood, great location, clean and equipped
5/5 stars
Great little cottage house tucked into a little street in Eastport. Walk to Lewnes (best steakhouse in MD) and Boatyard (best crab cakes in MD). 1 mile walk over the Spa Creek bridge and you are in downtown Annapolis. One shower but large for a small older cottage. Kitchen well equipped for residents but not entertaining groups. Immaculately clean and seemingly well managed.

Eastport Easy, aptly named!
5/5 stars
Wanted to spend my wife’s birthday in Eastport as we both love the area and the restaurants. This was our first time staying here, but we will certainly look to rent it again for any future trips. It is a small townhouse, but perfect for the two of us and our dog. Nicely appointed, very comfortable, and in a great location, walkable for just about everything in Eastport, and easy to get over to Annapolis city dock area as well. We would have liked to be able to enjoy the very cute backyard area more, but it was Almost unbearably hot during our trip. We did manage to spend some time out there in the mornings, very peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable place in Eastport. My only suggestion would be to add an icemaker to the refrigerator. But not a big deal. There is a very convenient market just a block away! We also loved Oscars, a very fun, little coffee trailer, just around the corner, right on the water. Very dog, friendly place, and a good place to start my morning walks with our dog every day!

Great spot
4/5 stars
This house was just as advertised. We loved it. The back yard is very inviting and was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood is fabulous and the walk into Annapolis proper made the trip for us. It is about a 25 minute walk through the lovely Eastport neighborhood. A couple of times we broke up the walk with a stop at a neighborhood pub!! The house itself is no frills but it worked and we would definitely consider staying again.

Very true to the property description and photos. We enjoyed the bbq and backyard! Can’t wait to go back soon!

Clean and cozy
5/5 stars
We had a small group here and enjoyed using the fire pit out back! Love sitting on the rockers on the front porch talking to the locals that walk by. A view of the water through the trees and the sound of the sailboat masts clanging beyond the backyard. Great walking location and plenty of space to mingle on the first floor and onto the back deck and yard.

Incredible Stay!
5/5 stars
Eastport Easy is in a fabulous location that you can easily walk to Downtown Annapolis without the hassle of looking for parking. The unit is so adorable and the hosts have thought of all your needs. You can sit on the back hardscaped patio or deck while you grill. You can also enjoy sitting on the colorful rockers out front. If you want to entertain they have provided many cooking utensils, pots and pans. They even have a kerig with coffee options! The beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our stay. The decor is very Annapolis chic but still warm and welcoming. Mostly the unit was spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve rented this property. Great amenities, very quiet, clean and the beds and couch are very comfortable. The location is very convenient to everything in Eastport, USNA and everything DTA has to offer.

Loved our experience!
5/5 stars
Thank you for helping to make our time with our mid so wonderful! The home is conveniently located in Eastport so it felt very relaxed being so close to the water. We were able to easily walk to Annapolis downtown area. Beds were very comfortable. Couch was also extremely comfy (lots of napping!). Home was very clean and bright. We enjoyed the front porch sitting area and also the back deck area. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. Would definitely go back.

Good location and set up
5/5 stars
We went to visit my son at USNA. This is a short drive to downtown Annapolis and the academy. Parking is on the street, but I was never parked more than 100’ from the front door. Both bedrooms are upstairs, but steps aren’t as steep as some older houses I have stayed in up there. Decor is newer and modern, and plenty of dishes, silverware and glassware. Keurig in kitchen with stock cups, and full size fridge/freezer, over and dishwasher. We drive everywhere because i had Parents in their 70s, but it’s a walkable area and you could walk to USNA and DTA in 20-30 minutes.
