There is a balcony restoration project ongoing at this property that will restrict access to the balcony until further notice. Views may also be partially obstructed due to exterior boards placed on the lower half of the balcony doors. Work may be done at the property at anytime Monday thru Friday between 8am-4pm. Project completion date is estimated to be the end of 2024.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home is located directly on the beachfront of Sand Key Beach, which is just a ½ mile south of the famous Clearwater Beach. The property offers a pool, hot tub, and community grilling area! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony on the 15th floor.

NOTE: There is an application required for rental of this property that must be submitted 15 days in advance and approved in order to reside at this property. 14 night minimum stay!

The Clearwater Beach area is known for its award-winning beaches, amazing restaurants, abundant nightlife and wide variety of water sports and cruises at the large marina. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, dolphin-watching, dinner cruises and deep sea fishing charters or visit the local “movie star”, Winter of Dolphin Tale at the nearby Clearwater Marine Aquarium.
