My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this 9th floor unit. The views from the balcony and floor to ceiling windows were septactular. There was always a nice breeze out on the balcony. We enjoyed the large bathroom, comfortable king size bed and kitchen with a bar area. The large heated pool overlooking the bay was a great spot to relax. Having Flipper's restaurant with their fantastic seafood right next door was a bonus. The beach at Lovers Key park was beautiful and so close. We hope to return again in the near future.

Wonderful place! Super easy walk to the base of the mountain. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the private hot tub and community pool. We can't wait to stay here again on our next trip.

Excellent place to stay! The condo was clean, cute and had all the supplies we needed. Loved sitting outside on the patio in the morning for breakfast and playing games at night. The starter kits came in handy and having a grill was a huge plus. It’s close to shops, snorkel gear rental, coffee shop and of course Whalers Village. You won’t be disappointed staying here and the location is great for Ka’anapali beach.

This is our second visit to coastal cottage. The house is clean and just beautiful. We love everything about it, esp the 3 season porch and the fenced in yard. It’s a great location to downtown Southport or the Oak Island beaches. The neighbors are incredibly friendly and the development is beautiful. It’s a great walking neighborhood. We love stagers. It feels like home.

We absolutely LOVED our time at Seaglass. The condo is beautiful: the glassed in porch is a total bonus with amazing marsh views. The condo was very clean and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is really well stocked. Communication with iTrip was great - truly this is our favorite rental on BHI ever and we will 100% rent Seaglass again!

The perfect beach haven for our east coast, west coast, and Texas clan! Photos do not do justice re the extent of accommodation’s from the convenient beach shower bath down to the skewers left on the fire table ready for s’mores! Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves = zen! We will be back!

Thank You iTrip. My Sisters and I stayed at the North Beach Resort Towers (Indigo) and it was fabulous. We came to N. Myrtle Beach to celebrate my Sisters Birthdays and we were impressed with everything about the condo and all that the resort had to offer. The check in and out process was seamless. The condo was Beautiful. It was very clean and it was very spacious. Each bedroom room was uniquely decorated and every bedroom having it's own bathroom was definitely a plus. The only recommendation I will give is that housekeeping should make sure that the duvets/comforters on beds are free of stains. Other than that, I would highly recommend using iTrip for your travels needs, especially if you are traveling with a group who do not sharing the same space. Thank You again for such a wonderful experience and beautiful condo. We are looking forward to planning our next trip to Mrytle Beach, and we will definitely be using iTrip again.

our family of six had a very nice stay at Meadow Ridge B1 in Beaver Creek. The condo was perfectly located on the mountain with the ability for ski in and ski out, but we opted for the Beaver Creek Shuttle to the base of the mountain. The condo was well-equipped with a grill and all of your kitchen needs. The hot tub is 20 feet from the condo, which was huge after a day of skiing. The hosts were very responsive for any of our needs during our stay. Would highly recommend for families!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for 5 adults and three children. It was clean and well maintained. The kids loved to pool and it was a short walk to the beach. iTrip was very organized. We would definitely stay again.

This house is in a great location- walking distance to cute New Braunfels downtown area with shops and dining. Also walking distance to river tubing. The house is roomy and fit our family of four comfortably. Our only suggestions for improvement are adding more blankets for the beds and the master bath needs a toilet paper holder.

The condo is as great as what was described on VRBO. So well. decorated and appointed. We really liked having the beach wagon and accessories. I have mobility issues and it.made all the difference Great getaway!!

I really enjoyed my stay. My only suggestion is I think that renters would like the place to be stocked better. There was only 1 beach towel and was not stocked with coffee. You had to go grocery shopping. I would recommend this property.

Our family of 4 and frenchie had a wonderful stay here. The villa was very clean with nicely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The pull out couch mattress was actually comfortable which is a huge plus when your kiddos do not like to share a bedroom. Kiawah is a delight for all ages with activities for kids at Night Heron Park, fishing, bike rentals, concerts, golfing, dining and of course the beautiful beach. Each time we visit we love it more and this villa was a great location for everything. The hosts were excellent at communicating and there were clear, helpful instructions well placed throughout the space. Check-out was also really simple with minimal requirements which we also appreciated.

I stayed at a rental house in Wild Dunes on Isle of Palms and i absolutely loved it. 5 stars for sure. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as walks to the stores and places to enjoy meals. The house was very clean and welcoming. I was there for golfing with friends, but will hope to return with my daughters in the future.

This house is beyond our expectation. Modern decoration and nice appliance. Spotless throughout the house. Kids love their own space with two bunk beds and toys. Nice view and we even saw a bear cub right outside the window. Hope to come back soon!

This town home is located in the perfect spot! Just minutes from seaside. It comes with a great golf cart that is fun to take a few minute drive to the beach! It is just steps away from a pool and even walking distance from restaurants, donuts, coffee, ice cream and shopping! It is beautifully decorated, super clean and organized! It has everything you could ever want. Deer Lake state park which has a great beach is just a short golf cart ride away. It was the best beach vacation we have ever had and right in the heart of 30A! You won’t be disappointed!

Memorable Christmas holiday with my adult family of 4 on the gulf coast. House provided perfect mix of common cooking, eating and TV area plus wonderfully spacious and private bedrooms for the required "me time" of a mature family. Great location led to daily morning walks on the beach and evening escapes to the village pubs. Owner left a nice personal welcome note and iTrip was quick to answer/solve my minor questions. Very professional. Was initially concerned recent storms would affect my stay - how wrong I was. Already planning for next year!

Perfectly located between Park City and Deer Valley; if you’re a skier, this will do nicely. Hot tub at the end of the day an absolute bonus. There are a couple of minor maintenance issues to be addressed but other than that we had an excellent stay. Would recommend highly!

I have to say the pictures were very accurate. This place did not disappoint. It was huge. Four bedrooms. Four baths. The kitchen is fully stocked. And it’s a 5 min walk to the beach. We went when it was red tide and then had to evacuate for a hurricane. And the owners were great to deal with about it. I can’t wait to come back.

We traveled to Hilton Head for our niece’s wedding and stayed at your house for 5 nights. Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked, our grown kids enjoyed your pool and bikes. My husband and I,as well as the other couple with us, found this condo to be perfect. With the 2 bedroom areas being separated by the living area both couples enjoyed privacy. The best part was the view. I will really miss waking up to the view of the gulf right from my bed. The sunsets were marvelous! The patio with access from both bedrooms and living room made it so easy to go out for morning coffee or at night to see the water reflecting the moon. Everything was very clean. We had plenty of everything. The kitchen was a dream for 2 of us to prepare meals together. (Loved having the shopping carts to bring our groceries up.) The beach in front of the condo was the best section along that stretch of Sand Key. We enjoyed 4-5 mile walks along the water almost every day. The host were very good about responding to a few issues that arose. The others in the condo building were very nice and welcoming. This was the perfect condo in the perfect location. We are looking forward to returning.

We’ve just returned from a great stay at this beautiful property, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the beds were comfortable. The management was also communicative and friendly, making it easy to get in touch with them whenever needed. The house was spotless, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as it was close to all the local attractions but still peaceful and quiet. We felt like we got the best of both worlds. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but this one was by far one of our favorites. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return when we visit Palm Coast again.

We were a group of 12 people which easily fit I the house. I loved that each room had its own bathroom. It was very comfy and was easy for all of us to eat meals together at the big table. Loved the outdoor shower, perfect for getting the sand and salt water off before heading inside.

We had such a great experience at Blue Sails. Several years ago we rented the house next door (which was great also) and blue sails was amazing. Our 2 dogs felt right at home. The only thing I would suggest is to put hooks on the back of the doors inside so you have someplace to hang towels and swim suits. Other than that we had a wonderful experience. The location is so close to the beach. Thank you For such a great time.

Very Nice and updated Condo! Oceans views great from Family room but obstructed by a large tree from the Master bedroom. Kitchen was stocked well and nicely updated ! Bathrooms were beautiful and updated with sufficient storage space. Liked having a his and hers closet in the Master Bedroom! Loved the automatic blinds in the dining and living room areas !

We were in town for a Cheerleading competition and the moms AND teenage girls loved the condo. The decor is super fun and beachy; the condo has everything a guest needs for traveling. Parking is easy, it’s just a couple buildings from the beach and an easy drive to all the OC hot spots! Roger is a great host-very helpful and responsive!

This was the best experience! The cabin, A View of Paradise, was AMAZING. Ive been coming to the Smokies for 25 years and this was my favorite cabin so far. VERY clean, and came equipped with everything you could need, including shampoo/conditioner, coffee, sugars, hot chocolate, laundry soap. Loved this cabin! Also came with many free tickets which was a great benefit!

My friend group and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cedar House. It was perfect for our golf trip and in close proximity to the city. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.

Our stay at 39 Surfside was extremely enjoyable. The home has everything that any vacationer may need or desire. Our entire family enjoyed this residents to its fullest. Realistically the home has more amenities than a family needs while vacationing. It was again a pleasure to stay at this residence. The rental fee is the only item that our family discusses to justify this expense.

We rented a condo, and unlike other sites, it was true ski in & ski out. The condo was great, clean, had everything we needed (i even forgot my kids sippy cups and the condo had 3!), AMAZING LOCATION and as a family of 4 adults and 2 kids we had such a great time. However, the BEST of all the experience was the service provided by the ITrip Vacations team. We needed more wood, they answered IMMEDIATELY (not kidding), we thought we might have an issue with the hot water and they came in close to midnight to check on everything. I have travelled the world and stayed in luxurious hotels, and so far, this has been the best service team i have ever encountered. Thank you ITrip Vacations team. I hope to be back next year to the same unit, but most importantly to one that you offer, as i know i will be in GREAT hands! Definitely an iTrip Vacation team fan for life!

We stayed from November 2 thru the 5th. The cabin was very clean and very nice on inside. The view is amazing !!!! Beds are very comfortable. Only issue we had was the dryer took 4 hours to dry a load of clothes. I reported it and maintenance came straight out and fixed it. We would definitely stay here again!!

Casa Del Sol is a nice property. With only 14 properties, there was always plenty of room to play in the pool area and the beach was never over-crowded feeling - even during spring break time! The grills on site are a nice plus. We ended up grilling out 3 nights!. The condo itself must have been re-done very recently. Everything is very nice and clean/new feeling. The kitchen is fairly well appointed, but there are NO seasonings - not even salt/pepper. In addition, there is very little toilet paper and only one dishwasher soap and no washing machine soap, so guests should be made aware that if they plan to use these appliances, they need to bring their own soap. Overall, 5/5. Shout out to ITrip management. They are top notch in customer service! I love it when the agent that picks up the phone is the very same agent that can help out out!

This property, it’s amenities and proximity to beaches and restaurants make it ideal for anyone looking to spend quality time in Florida. The condo is spacious, well decorated and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay . The beds were especially comfortable . Everything was perfect! I highly recommend!

The condo itself was 4.5 out of 5 stars. A couple of the bathroom outlets wouldn't work. That made it difficult for 4 women to get ready in a timely manner. Otherwise, the entire place was gorgeous. There were 9 adults in our group and everyone fit comfortably. Location! The location was incredibly perfect. Not near the boardwalk but extremely walk-able to many restaurants, bars, shops, pretty much anything! Suggestion: do not charge a $225 cleaning fee but also make your guests clean. Seems redundant. I'd happily pay the fee if that meant I don't have to vacuum the whole place. Finally, checking in was a nightmare. I never received the email detailing how to check in. I called the day of our arrival and I was told that "I should've received the email". Took me about about 3 times of repeatedly saying I had NOT received it, for the guy to finally just send it to me. Very frustrating & took way longer than necessary. There was also a problem processing my payment and I had to call back to get that handled. However I am happy to say this was my only complaint.

We enjoyed having Whitney’s group visit Ocean City and stay at Royal Beach 102 for July 2-5. We hope she visits us again. Some clarifications: An automated check-in process email was sent to Whitney on Jun 24th, 8 days before check-in. This is standard procedure for all bookings. If she had not received the email, it would have bounced. We re-sent her the check-in email on July 2 while we were on the phone. Payments: the 1st payment (50%) was paid to HomeAway. An automated balance due email was sent to Whitney by iTrip on June 30. We processed her credit card payment on the phone on July 2. Timing: “Way longer than necessary” was 11 minutes.

What an overall great experience. This home is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family of of eight and a baby. We had lots of room for socializing, as well as lots of room in our bedrooms when wanting to have some alone time. The location of this unit is perfect as it’s right outside the pool. Everyone enjoyed the location and all the features Seaside / 30A had to offer. Walking, bike riding, beach or pool, shopping, dining out or dining in, the entire experience was totally enjoyable, relaxing, and just what my family needed to spend some time together. The safety and security of the area is very apparent and was never bothersome or overwhelming. We really couldn't have asked for a more perfect home during our ski vacation in Park City. The home was just right for our group, and provided the ideal combination of common space for spending time together along with lovely private bedrooms and bathrooms that allowed each couple to feel like we had our own personal space. The owners took great care when planning this home, and paid close attention to many small details. Communication from management was great, with prompt and clear responses to questions, and an excellent message preparing us for our visit. Visited Park City during the winter and so glad we chose this condo for our stay. It is in a perfect location, very close to the lifts and Main Street. The attached, garage parking spot made it so easy to carry our suitcases and groceries into the condo. Condo was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen items, toiletries, towels, and much more. Our family of four enjoyed a lot of beach time on Seabrook. This property was a clean, well-equipped two story unit with pool access and beautiful marsh view. We have family members with pet allergies so the “no pet” policy is a must for us. Parking is covered which came in handy during periods of rain and for storing beach stuff. It is conveniently located to the beach access points, nearby shopping, and 45 min from downtown Charleston. We highly recommend this property for a family visit to Seabrook Island.

The condo at #76 Ocean Villas was a great place to stay for our family. There are two large pools and the beach are all within steps from the door. It was very quiet and peaceful. Yet there are many things to do within ten/fifteen minutes from the condo. We found the condo extremely clean and well maintained. It is updated. Our family had everything we needed for our weeks vacation. They even have beach chairs we were able to use during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

We came to Santa Rosa for our family vacation and everything was really nice. I lost our reservation on Airbnb; so I contacted Sarah directly and she was able to help me sort everything out. The emails are answered really fast. Jason was very helpful and replied quickly to my text messages. We had 8 adult and 4 children in our party and it was more then enough room to accommodate everyone. The beach and restaurant access are close (within walking distance) and family friendly. The only downside was going to and from Destin with the traffic. We will definitely return again soon.

Traveling with 5 is a challenge, pay for 2 rooms or crowd into 1. Renting a house is an ideal solution and La Valencia exceeded my expectations. We were able to spread out with room to spare and a short walk put us right in the heart of St. Augustine. Highly recommend, especially convenient to Flagler college.

Place was super clean (shower curtains had mold, but not a big deal) and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating with a late check out request. It would have been nice if the kitchen was a bit more stocked with basics like garbage bags (only one extra was left for us). Other than that, we enjoyed it.

The room was very nice. Had some trouble with cable service going out twice but was fixed by staff at condo. TV works but has seen better days screen a little milky and frame cracked. Had some ants but found some bug spray under the sink that took care of problem. The toilet was very hard to flush. Despite all things stated above, this gets a 5 star review!

Condo was very nice - clean and had most everything that was needed. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The beach was also one of the nicest I have seen in Florida - though it was a bit of a walk to get there. A washer and dryer would have been handy. Overa all I would recommend it.

The home was amazing, the folks I worked with were super friendly, and responsive. I would definitely stay here (and with Palm Desert Properties) again. Super kitchen, amazing back yard, quiet neighborhood, VERY comfortable beds, lots of closet space, and having access to the garage for parking was really nice. We decided to add pool heating to our stay, and the management folks were super fast at setting it up, and sending someone over to enable it. Loved the entire experience!

We very much enjoyed our stay here!! Kahana Sunset E2 condo was perfect for my family. There was a lot of space and privacy. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the pool and other amenities. The condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything needed for our stay. The location is beautiful and centralized that made our trip much enjoyable. Having a short distant walk to the store or restaurants made it very convenient and less time consuming. The beach in Kahana Sunset was very nice, I especially like watching sunset at the end of the day. I recommend staying here for any Maui visitors. Hoping to visit again. Myself and 8 other folks from UNCW served the community this week on a Spring Break Service Trip and because of your housing we were able to come back home and relax everyday, play games, and reflect on our experience giving back to our neighbors! This was my first time in St Augustine and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is right in the middle of everything. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for our visit. The parking spot was conveniently located right across from the apartment. We loved sitting out on the balcony drinking our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.

Great location. Having beach across the street, Publix next door, and the inlet around back with dock were amazing. Great restaurants within walking distance. Spacious condo with plenty of room for 2 families of 3. Washer and dryer came in handy. Beach stroller and 4 chairs were an awesome amenity since we traveled by plane. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses on the beds. Overall, great experience and great condo!

This condo features easy accessibility to Beaver Creek skiing via the Riverfront Gondola or the free bus service, just steps from the door. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The underground parking was helpful for the week up in the mountains. The Itrip communication was excellent - very responsive to questions.

Sea sponge was a great trip- the entire house was clean updated and nice. Tons of kids board games, sand toys and pool tubes. The closeness to the pool was great and the short walk to the beach was easy. (You hav to walk on the street down a few houses to the beach access)the beach was not as maintained as the beach in front of the hotel but that may have been because of a recent storm. It was also very windy on that beach most likely because you are on the point in this house. it would be nice if some of the back palm trees in the yard were trimmed to better see the ocean view. In all a great house and location.

Such a great trip! Great location. So easy to ski in and not hard at all to walk a few steps to ski out. Itrip was a class act to work with. We accidentally pressed the button on the door that was a hard lock, meaning it wouldn’t allow our keys to work. The folks at itrip were great iinhelping us get back in. They checked in several times to make sure all was good, which I appreciated. I would also highly recommend ski gauze for equipment rental. It is a super short drive (just a few minutes) outside of the ski resort area. The quality of boots, skis, boards and helmets was fantastic. And, an easy location to drive up to, load the equipment and then head back. Logistically, we hadn’t thought through how we would return our equipment the last day, as our car was loaded with our bags since we had to check out. The folks at ski house told us to call them and they would meet us to grab our equipment. So convenient! Would highly recommend both storm meadows and ski hause!

We recently stayed at the McGuire Dent House in Galveston. We had a group of 17 with kids as young as 2 and 4 years old. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our group. Within walking distance to the beach and restaurant's. Would recommend for large groups or family.

ITrip did a great job in keeping in touch prior to our visit as well as during our stay at BHI. Our biggest disappointment was the view from the terrace onto a field of dead trees being hauled in daily by big trucks which was not shown in the pictures. The location of the house was great but the noise from the trucks and the club was not relaxing. Also the upstair bedrooms had no mirrors or lamps for reading except a light in the fan. The positives that it was clean, kitchen was well equipped and the golf carts made it easy to access the island. After getting a feel for the island, I will be renting from ITRIP again but a different home. Claire

A group of 10 of us traveled to Telluride for the first time for my husbands 40th birthday. The house was immaculate, had the most breathtaking views of the mountains, and fit 10 adults wonderfully without feeling like we were on top of each other. The easy access to the free Gondola as well as the ski in/ski out feature cannot be beat. I'm unsure how we'll be able to top this vacation! If you haven't experienced adventure before, we highly recommend Heliskiing with Helitrax. My husband and I got couples massages at Telluride Massage Co. which were much needed after a long week. Chris R. was so responsive and helpful to the time leading up as well as during our trip. If you're looking for a beautiful, quaint town, Telluride is def. it! 12/10 would highly recommend!

I booked this property for a get-together with 12 friends. We loved the view. The amenities were fun (pool table, nice TVs, arcade cabinet, hot tub). Everyone slept comfortably. We all had a blast, and would definitely stay there again.

This location was perfect for four of us on a fossil hunting trip in the winter, centrally located near Folly Beach pier. Kitchen had all the essentials needed to make our own food on the trip, pots, pans dishes, coffee maker... though we did have to pick up a few things like cooking oil, aluminum foil and seran wrap. Each room had its own bathroom and shower, which is a huge plus. The washer and dryer worked well for us. Off season rate was great. Would come back!

It was a short walk across a shared parking lot, to a little village of restaurants, bars, ice cream, ski shops....and the lifts. Super convenient with the 3 full baths and full kitchen. The communication from iTrip was excellent. When we had a question, they responded via text very quickly. We needed gas for the grill and they delivered it immediately! The condo is setup perfectly. Comfortable beds. Two full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. Has a full size washer and dryer! Make sure to ask in advance for the two twin beds to be made up as a king if needed. Nice grocery store just up the road. It was great to use the outdoor pool and spa too! We had everything we needed...except a corkscrew. We bought one and left it there! Met friends there who are from Auckland, NZ where they are a Super Host and they thought everything was excellent too!

This was the cleanest, well equipped place I have stayed in maui. The views are breathtaking from the lenai and bedroom. We were able to see lots of whales and pods of dolphins playing in the distance with turtles at the edge of the property. Some local shops and restaurants within walking distance that are great And there is a beach a short skip. You'll have the best view of a sunset right outside your lenai window. Great service all around. I will definitely Stay there again and again.

I really couldn't have imagined a better spot for our week in Park City. This quaint, clean apartment is perfect for a small family of 3 - 4 (or less if you don't mind the extra bedroom), and just has the most loving and warm feel. It has a parking spot, which is perfect because the central location of this apartment makes it so that you can just park your car when you get to Park City and then not worry about it until you are leaving to return home. It was personally my first time skiing, and we felt so lucky that the apartment happened to be right across the street from the more elementary/beginner lifts that Park City has to offer (had we gone to another area, we would've most likely been closer to the harder black diamond runs that would've defeated the purpose of being so close to the slopes and lifts). We literally woke up every morning, rolled out of bed, and then walked to the lifts. We also perused on home for a quick snack in the afternoon and went back to the mountain for more skiing, until it was time to come home to our personal private hot tub. If that wasn't awesome enough, the kitchen is also newly renovated and has great pots and pans, and really anything you may need to cook a meal. Really just a wonderful experience.

The condo is the perfect size for our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Good location for walking to most of the restaurants and Pier. My kids visited "Ice and Cream" which was a block away multiple times. Everything we needed was available in the condo with the exception of beach chairs. If we planned on returning to this area, would pick this place again. The pool area can get cramped, pool max is 10 persons (I believe it's a 20 unit condo building), so we had to postpone some swimming times which wasn't ideal for 2 young kids from subzero temps when that's all they want to do.

Our family of four (mum, dad, girl (11) and boy (9)) loved our stay at Brightwood. Well equipped house in a tranquil location and exactly what we were looking for. Sitting on the deck / lying in the hammock whilst listening to the river and birds was bliss. Though a bit of a drive, we found it well located for Portland, Mount Hood, trails, fruit farms, etc. Highly recommended and would stay again!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for 3 nights and enjoyed it tremendously. It is located on the third floor in Kimball Lodge, which is part of the Island Inn. However this is a private floor and not serviced by the Inn. But, you have full use of the amenities such as the pool and we loved going to Traditions on the Beach. This is a bar/restaurant right next door and there is live entertainment every night. (You could not hear it from the condo..so no worries. It was pretty tame, appealing to retired folks!) Of course the condo is only steps from the beach and the best shelling in North America. Just make sure to take water shoes. You should also know that for $10 you can hear a talk and take a beach walk from the Island Inn lobby with a marine biologist from the Baily Matthew Shell Museum. I believe it is offered every day at 9:00am, but check the web-site and sign up at the Inn or on the phone. The condo was very nicely decorated and had a small kitchen. Hint: When I first went in, I thought there was no fridge, but it is located between the bedroom and bathroom behind a door! Everything we needed was there and I loved having the views to the ocean and hearing the waves. Although we did not use it, there is access to a washer and dryer down the hall. Someone showed us an activity room (first floor) which would be nice if it was raining as there were puzzles and such. We also enjoyed using the deck facilities on the 2nd floor to have a glass of wine while watching the sun set. We loved this condo, but I should warn about the price. The rental amount for the three nights we stayed were $740, however after the cleaning fee, processing fee, limited damage waiver, Florida sales tax and tourist development tax, the total was $1066.64. This was all provided in the quote, but I was just a bit shocked at all the add-ons. Would I go back... in a heart beat.

Beautiful and spacious home with amazing views! We were so pleasantly surprised by how big the house actually is and all the amenities. The 6 full size bathrooms with showers was a bonus for our large girls trip group. Tons of seating, comfortable lounging areas and a dinning table that fit all twelve of us. The beds were very comfortable as well and the neighborhood is quiet. The location is great and centrally located for exploring Tillamook, Cannon Beach and lots of hiking options. We were very impressed and plan to keep The Sandmark in rotation for our future girls trip.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our trip to Naples. We stayed in this beautiful Briarwood property and can say it was nothing but smooth comfort and fun. The house was clean, full of all needed items like towels, dishes, silverware and very tastefully done furniture. We loved the gated community and used the supplied bikes in the garage to get to and from the tennis courts with ease. My family loved Naples so much they finally decided to start making the move down there. All in all an amazing and successful vacation.

We stayed on Sapporo Drive in Gondola Village and loved it. The close proximity (100 meters) to the Creekside Gondola, Market and Dusty’s Bar (for that apres ski beer), was ideal. The unit was clean and everything worked. I appreciated the conveniently located power bars on the bedside tables and on the entertainment unit. While there are steps leading to the units, they are cleared of snow, well maintained and equipped with gripping edge strips.

We love this property. It was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family. Beautiful kitchen and comfy beds. Beach cart, chairs, coolers and all the accessories needed for a great day at the beach, which is an easy walk from property. They have also added a Pickleball court which is a great addition. We loved this vacation home for our family for a week in Dec 2019z The house is comfortable and with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plenty of space for our 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Even hairdryers! The pool isnt large but just right for a dip to cool off. Easy grocery deliveries as well as close to Publix and Walmart for any supplies we needed.The Disney parks were easy to get to from this location as well as Universal as well as the airport!Enough toilet paper and mini soap to get you started. The washer and dryer were a great option which we used. When I had questions about the rental they were always quick to respond. Would recommend and would stay again!!

We loved staying at Almost Heaven. No stairs to enter the home, which makes unloading extremely easy!! Spacious sitting area. Beautifully decorated. Rooms are large and the beds are comfortable! The bathrooms are up to date and the showers are like a spa! The stairs to the beach are not too much for someone to climb, if you have issues with that. We loved how there was a shower head attached to the stairs to wash your feet off each time. We highly recommend this property. We hope to come back next year!! You will be happy to stayed here!

We had a wonderful stay the first week of August in BC. It was warm for BC, so we were thrilled to have AC because a lot of condos do not. It can be uncomfortable sleeping but we had ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms, living & even the master bath. One bedroom (queen) did not have a ceiling fan. The spacious condo had comfortable furniture, all on one level. We used the nice washer/dryer. We even grilled out on the large patio. Great views, lots of windows, a fully equipped kitchen fit all our needs. It even had an extra ice machine for water bottles! We even used the many available umbrellas! The large flatscreen tv even had a recording function. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the 2 space parking & convenient location. Great value too!

The Island Inn room 519 was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a long weekend in Florida. The view is perfect. Everything you need is in the room. The tiki bar by the pool is awesome! Every bartender was friendly and informative. The only complaint that we had was the cable for the tv was horrible. We like to relax at night and watch some television and you couldn’t get a clear channel. We solved that problem by renting a Redbox from the Publix like 4 blocks away. We would recommend the Island Inn and room 519 to any couple! We had a super fun weekend! Thank you!

I'm a vacation rental owner, so I understand and appreciate the efforts and dedication it takes to provide guests a great value for their hard-earned money. And also how critically important it is because a bad rental experience can ruin an otherwise great vacation experience. I'm happy to report that iTrip was awesome to work with on our recent stay in their Sandstone property in Vail. If I could give them a 6-star review I would, (or did I just do that?). The home was beautiful and easily accommodated our party of 12. It has everything you need. Just show up and turn the key (but maybe bring some groceries and adult beverages). And the staff of iTrip was quick to respond to any question or request we had. I'm not sure how they could make our stay any better or easier. Thank you, iTrip. Been coming to Wild Dunes for over 20 years and Fairway to Heaven is the best place we have ever stayed. Perfect 3 bedroom home with quiet neighbors and close to everything. Pool, tennis, golf, basketball and pickle ball were steps away. Perfect spot for our family!

Very nice cabin! Clean overall. Found a few items in washer, and a deflated balloon on one of the bed sheets. Parking space only held 2 vehicles (barely). Clean cabin otherwise. Great location! Very close to the attractions. 8 min from grocery store and 15 min from Walmart. We only had one minor maintenance issue, and they fixed it immediately. Comfortable, plenty towels, pillows, extra blankets, and full stocked kitchen (besides a cutting board). Nice jacuzzi tub. Beautiful balconies with amazing views! Would definitely return!!

The balconies are fabulous! Six of us very comfortably enjoyed drinks and snacks while watching the boats and the moon out there. There is also a small balcony off of the second bedroom that is great for quietly reading a book or sipping your morning coffee. Our families rented several units at Madiera Bay - this was by far the best one. So, it became our center of activity. the kitchen is good sized. It had the biggest dining area and living area of all the condos and that made it perfect for group gatherings. We’ve rented this unit several times. Lots of space, nice appointments, very nice for two couples (private balcony off of smaller bedroom makes it feel so much bigger!). We’ve had an amazing time each time we’ve visited. Lisa’s Cafe is great for breakfast & a very short walk. Bamboo Bar is fun for lunch and has live music in the afternoon. Tons to do at John’s Pass. The Beach and sunsets on the beach are wonderful!

This unit is a nice spacious 2 bedroom. We have stayed in it twice before, a few years ago. Easy to find, easy to park in front, and easy to get in (keyless coded entry pad). Short steps from the Vail bus stop to get you to either Vail or Lionshead gondolas. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and having 2 full baths is great since we were two couples for a few nights. One note for the managers: some electrical outlets need a little TLC. Other than that, everything was great and we loved our stay.

The moment I stepped in the Sand Dollar Penthouse a beautiful view of the ocean was on display. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay. The staff were kind and attentive. This house was the perfect vacation rental!! Warm, cozy and comfortable with everything you need for the perfect getaway!! It is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for bike riding with the kids and strolling the quick walk to the beach!! Very nice 2nd floor 3BR, 3 BA Condo in Orange Beach. Very convenient to stairs. Indoor and outdoor pools are small but Nice. Short walk to beach. Convenient to everything in OBA and Gulf Shores. We will be back!

The condo was all that it showed on pictures. It was well equipped in the kitchen with glasses, dishes, coffee mugs, silverware and all pots and pans to make meals for all 8 of us. It was nice that there were beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler to use on the beach. We needed an additional parking spot for a few days and Charles was helpful with finding us a spot. Thank you! My son-in-law lost his wedding ring in the water about 4 feet deep. There is an organization called: TheRingfinders.com that came and found it 10 minutes after their arrival. People need to know that is organization exists!! Thanks for everything!

Amazing unit! Amazing view! So CLEAN! Not a grain sold sand in the unit! Great comfy king bed. Great comfy clean pillows. Clean white towels. Feels like a 5 star hotel! The VIEW is unreal. You feel like you don’t wanna leave the unit. Fantastic responsive hosts. Easy peasy parking. PERFECT QUIETEST AC! Ocean breeze is amazing at night and the waves are the perfect white noise! Beach is steps away. Pool is steps away. Gazebo is steps away. BEST SPOT ON MAUI FOR SUNSET is steps away! Can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay here. The house was very clean and nice. Everything about this place was cute and well maintained. If I ever needed a question answered they would get back to me within minutes! Thanks again for such a positive experience! Would highly recommend to anyone! They also had plenty of floaties for the pool, towels, cleaning products, blankets and stuff to use to make our stay great.

Our stay was very relaxing. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to visiting Astoria, Seaside and Cannon Beach. You should have a car so that you can get around to all of the sights. The location is very quiet and relaxing. I would stay there again.

This beach house was amazing! We were steps from the beach, and the new pool they added was wonderful! To be honest, we had booked the house (both top and bottom floor units) so two families could come together. One of our group had a special needs child, and the pool has a new shallow water deck that young children, elderly, and disabled, can sit and/or play in! It made the trip for this family, and we loved being so close to the beach while still having a pool! I would highly recommend this house for young children, as there was even a little kitchen table with chairs for them, along with other items available, like a play yard, that a family could use. that would make this special for them. The only thing I would recommend is that someone go through the kitchen items in the units occasionally as the top unit had fewer glasses and such than the bottom, which tells us some may have migrated before our stay...;) It could also use a couple extra blankets, as some of our group were a bit cold at night, and the light, summer linens weren't enough for them..;)

The Condo was great for our 5 adults and 2 yr old granddaughter. No stairs to contend with so that was good for my mother-in-law. Beach access is very close and we enjoyed walking down to the small beach on the bay side where our granddaughter could play without the constant waves. Saw dolphins, hermit crabs, lots of fish and one jelly fish while there. Also walked the beach at night and saw several blue crab. Restaurants/shopping are not within short walking distance. This wasn’t an issue for us. Be prepared to wait 2 hours to eat if you go out in the evening. Pool is 3 to 3.5 ft deep, so you might like that with little ones. Currently limiting the pool to 15 people due to COVID-19. The beach was beautiful and plenty of room for social distancing.

River Breeze was a great stay for a family of 10. The home is comfortable, spacious, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views by the lake. There are lots of nearby amenities for a quick meal, groceries etc. It is located about 20 min from Annapolis, and about an hour from DC or VA for day trips. Overall a great stay and we enjoyed our time there!

We were pleasantly surprised upon entering the condo to see how nicely decorated it is! And we appreciated how comfortable everything was- couch, beds, lanai furniture, etc. The pool/ hot tub was a short walk away and a pleasant place to spend some time, especially since the beach wasn’t open. ?. The condo was equipped with everything we needed! We would love to stay again next year.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Kahana sunset. The unit was not the most up to date but completely made up for it with the lanai’s, couldn’t have gotten much closer to the ocean and the fantastic pool to enjoy. Property was great and the response from iTrip for a few things that came up was good. Would stay here again without a second thought.

When we booked our family retreat little did, we know we would have a weekend full of rain. That didn’t stop our family getting together. We had a marvelous time cooking, watching movies, tons of games, there were so much to do in that four days we were there. We could not go outside and enjoy any of the amenities. Awesome location! Clean and comfortable. The only complaints I have are that this one is dated compared to other units and there are tiny bugs all over the counter. We just put all food and drinks away. Other than that, it was fabulous. Loved that we could walk to dt Lahaina within minutes.

My grandson and I always have a wonderful time at Silver Beach and this year we brought my sister and two of her grandkids with us. There was still plenty of room for everyone and even space for those who wanted to be on their own for a while. The kitchen had everything we needed, as usual, and this time the laundry room got a workout. I can’t recommend this lovely place enough and we will surely be back next summer!
