Location was perfect! House was nice, clean and spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed the covered screened in porch with the swing. Beach was an easy 3 min walk. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was great. Unit is newer and more spacious than it looks from the photos. Downstairs area is great for kids to hang out in. Easy to walk to the snowflake trail and ski down to the lift. You should be aware the ski-out trail does require a fair amount of traversing on a flat part of the snowflake trail.

We stayed at 602 North Beach Towers from 5/4 thru 5/11 and had a wonderful time. The condo is well decorated and quite luxurious. There is a lovely view of the pool area from the balcony (which was quite loud with the daily DJ ,they weren't always playing our choice of music). We were disappointed that the lazy river area was closed for renovations while we were there. There were a few issues with the mechanicals, but, Rob quickly rectified them. It also says that there is a Keurig in the condo, but, we were unable to find it. It is very nice that there is a breakfast buffet daily that is reasonably priced and good food! The condo was the perfect size for our group of 6, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It's also great that we didn't need to do anything with the linens and just run the dishwasher ! Very great experience, we would stay here again!

Beautiful condo. Beds were super comfy. It was stocked with everything that we needed. Perfect location to the beach and John’s pass. Front desk was very nice. Parking was great. My only complaint is that I wish there was a hose on the other end of the condo by the pool to wash sand off . I also wish there was a bathroom down there. Other than that it was perfect.

Our stay at Black bear lodge was wonderful. The beds were comfy well appointed kitchen . The best part was the hot tub . On the down side they had no patio chairs and no Kleenex .?

Very nice condo in a great location. Walking distance to the circle and beach. Nicely furnished and very clean. The complex was also very nice - clean, nice landscaping and pool. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing. It is located close to both the boardwalk to the beach and the private ocean point pool. (Totally different than the pool by the Wild Dune resort). We brought our 6 month old grandson and could easily carry him to the beach or pool and back home again. Each bedroom felt private with its own bathroom. The balcony outside the master suite was a perfect place to take photos and enjoy quiet time in the morning. The seating in the den was comfortable and everyone enjoyed time hanging out on the screened in porch watching the golfers play. Ocean point is a private gated neighborhood inside the gated Wild Dunes. So the beach was more private. We ordered rental beach chairs and umbrellas from IOP. They came around 8:45-9 am to set up and around 5:30-6 pm to take it down. Well worth it! Although we loved the place, the wide stairs that wind from the first floor to the second would be tough to block next year when my grandson is walking and exploring. The host left us wine and key lime cookies. They were kind, helpful, and made everything easy. Our family had so much fun.

Absolutely loved our accommodations in Breck at Sundowner II. Upon entering, we found out condo spacious, clean, and very nicely stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even laundry! The location is perfect with an easy walk to downtown main street Breckenridge. I (our family) would easily want to stay here again! Our only "complaint" has nothing to do with the condo...unfortunately, it seems that a family of pachyderms were in the unit directly above us (don't know if their unit #202 is also a vacation rental, but they were very noisy in the morning with children running, loud voices, dragging sounds, baby crying, etc. Didn't really need an alarm clock to wake up! Regardless, would highly recommend this condo as Breck is one of my favorite vacation destinations.

Initially, when we drove up to the Villa Community I wasn’t impressed due to the long drive, I wanted to take a shower and relax. When we opened the Villa I / we were amazed of the logistics, very clean and put together nicely. The Amenities, Beach was spectacular to include the surrounding Restaurants. We all had a fantastic family awesome time. We will be back and Thank you for everything.

Home is up to date and immaculate. Pool was clean. The owners had someone come and put trash was on road for pick up. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. I sat out front and watched the Blue Angels practice. Fenced in back yard was great for our fur babies. The screened in lanai is perfect for relaxing. The house was stocked with plenty linens and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We will stay again if available.

Our family loved our time at this apartment in the heart of Old City St. Augustine. We loved having a designated parking space and the convenience of walking out the door and being in the heart of shops, restaurants and attractions. Apartment is well decorated, comfortable and well stocked. The deck was an amazing place to sit, relax and watch the town go by. Given the location, the unit was quiet in addition to being a very clean home away from home.

The stay at the Storm Meadows condo was lovely all the way around. Check in was quick and seamless. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was an iTrip staff member in touch with me throughout our stay so that if I would have needed anything they were right there with prompt responses. I would definitely recommend iTrip and this condo for future stays.

Perfect getaway for our crew! 2 adults and two teens. The condo looks freshly renovated and so cute, just like the photos. The teens enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool! I really appreciated the beach gear (towels and chairs). Short walk to huge beach access. Cute outside deck to have coffee in morning or play cards at night. Washer and dryer were a plus. No hurricane damage. Will definitely stay again!

From the moment we walked in and the cute way the towels were folded to the decorations around the condo, the place was perfect! We ended up spending more time at the pool than the beach because of how clean and friendly everyone was! We had a few issues, but management addressed it right away and came out in less than 24 hours! I’d definitely come back to this condo next year!

Our Condo #1103 in Bldg#2 was great. We enjoyed our stay. We were not pleased with the Building maintenance (elevators and swimming pool), but that is not your responsibility. We are telling all of our friends about iTrip and how easy and pleasant it was to deal with you. We are planning on coming back next year about the same time to Ocean Sands #1103.

My wife and I were enchanted with the bungalow as soon as we arrived. It is close to the beach and has all the amenities that you expect from your own home. Instructions to unlock the door and access Internet were clear and precise. The beach is pristine and the bicycle trails were awesome. This was our 30th year anniversary and I count the money well spent.

Overall, the accommodations were extremely wonderful! The description was ver accurate and contained everything we needed. PH04 has a very beautiful view. The furniture on the balcony is extremely comfortable for enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. I wasn't impressed with the onsite restaurant, but that is normal many developments. The fitness center had limited times, which prevented use after 6:00pm, which appears a little early to close. The only suggestion I would like to make for your staff relates to access to the property. The gate to the entrance of the North Beach Towers closes at 7:00 pm. There is no signage or instructions relating to using an alternate entrance. So we had to figure out that we needed to use the entrance to North Beach Plantation and find our way through the neighborhood to the towers. I looked through everything I had received, but no instructions were included for entrance after 7:00 pm.

We had a great stay in St. Augustine! The condo was the perfect size for our group of 3 adults and 2 children (ages 12 and 15). It was extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the essentials for meals when we chose to eat in. The beach essentials like chairs, toys and the wagon were helpful for our trips to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect. Nice bedding and a well equipped kitchen with any gadget you may require. Ample space and all the bathrooms were very nice as well. We loved the pool and its larger than what the photos show. Bikes and beach chairs were very nice as well. Close to the beach as well as the Sea Pines shuttles.

It was great to have a community pool for our grandchildren to enjoy. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the mountain views from the deck, and used the back-deck grill to prepare dinner. We enjoyed playing pool upstairs the first night we were there. Great relaxing time had by all. Thanks.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ft.Myers Beach. Since it was our first time here, we weren't really sure what to expect. The condo and entire area did not disappoint. Our trip started off with the wedding of a family friend, which was beautiful. The rest of our time was spent just being tourists and enjoying as much of the time in the Sun as possible. Lots of great memories were made! .

Our family enjoyed the week we spent at Madison's Retreat last week. We had been to Destin a few years ago, however this was a much more relaxing stay. The location was perfect, and our four teenage daughters enjoyed the sights and location as much as we did. We hope to go back and stay there again!!

This home was more than words can express. From the spacious floor plan to the relaxing pool with a family style backyard lounge. We had a family of 10 and were more than accommodated for. There was literally no need for anything. Top of the line appliances and we all were extremely comfortable with the cold ac especially in the mid summer with triple digits outside. Extremely comfortable beds and sofas. Would book again and will definitely recommend to any and everyone.

Key Largo was a great place for our family stay at Seagrove Beach. The beds were so comfortable, everything was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with good skillets for our big breakfasts and great hot water in abundance too. The large icemaker was great too!! All these things are important for a wonderful stay. 😀 We loved the large deck over looking the beach too. Kathy was so helpful to me in booking this place and Destiny’s texts during our stay was very nice and friendly. I’ll be using Itrips again!!

Perfect spot for two people. View is incredible, and no problem sleeping with waves crashing on the rocks. Gazebo line ups crazy; walk down to Sea House and get seated right away, or order breakfast by phone and pick up behind Gazebo. Pools were nice, great sunset views. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was our second stay at this place and we again found this house beautiful, sparkling clean, light and bright!. The management were so nice and welcomed us with a specially designed greeting poster on the door. We were very touched by this sweet gesture. We loved all beaches around this area; enjoyed the local aquarium which has great diversity of species, and a small park to enjoy a beautiful scenery. Overall, another great vacation and thanks a lot to Madison and team for letting us again enjoy the Tranquility base.

Loved this home! Very spacious with plenty of room for large families or groups of friends. Equipped with extra touches like a poker table, dart board, and ping pong table. Perfect in case the weather keeps you inside. Eagle Crest offers many walking paths and you can find one right off the side of the house. Pet friendly home as well perfect for our furry friends! House was very clean and owners extremely responsive. Quick to answer any questions. Large kitchen perfect for gatherings with friends and family. Highly recommend!

This condo had many conveniences for our weekend stay ~ enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for a few days, plenty of pool towels and shower towels, plus beach chairs, umbrella and wagon.. It was very clean and a five minute walk to beach. Easy to walk to all restaurants, market, ice cream and coffee shop (Mojo Risin’ is great coffee shop!). Communication was outstanding also- highly recommend this property.

The resort/mountain is beautiful and provides great terrain and the amenities you expect for a 5 star vacation (when it was snowing, we really liked the complimentary valet parking after returning from dinner or shopping). The staff at the lodge, working on the mountain, and in all of the shops/restaurants were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The condo was upscale, with a large common area off the kitchen for eating together, and watching movies in front of the fireplace. We found the condo well stocked, with everything we needed during our stay. The kids enjoyed their separate 'space' with their own bed/bath, sitting area and kitchenette. My husband and I enjoyed the huge steam shower and large spa bathtub in the master suite after skiing all day. Highly recommend to anyone looking forward to their next ski vacation.

When our pipes burst during the recent ice storm, we needed refuge for a few days while we waited for our pipes to be fixed (still waiting) and we happened on this house which is only four miles from ours. We walked in and immediately felt at home. Everything was clean and modern. Can't say how much we appreciated it.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. Loved everything about the room and you can't beat the view from the balcony. The sunsets were amazing. Everything you need is provided; beach towels, beach chairs, bath towels, dish soap, dishes, etc. We rented an umbrella for just $10 for the day right outside the resort. John's Pass was within driving distance with a bunch of shops and restaurants and Caddy's on the Beach was within walking distance and had great food. We traveled to Universal Studios one day and Busch Gardens another day. Not too far but be ready for traffic. We had a great time and would defiantly stay here again!

This was a great experience to unwind. Close to all the beaches and activities but located in a quiet safe neighborhood to get great sleep every night. It had plenty of space for our whole family to cook, eat, and relax together.

Great home! Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 1 grandchild. Love the open floor plan and big dining table! Would have liked a few more staples in the kitchen ( aluminum foil, cooking spray, etc) but overall a great stay!

It’s hard to get any closer to the beach than where this cottage sits! It’s directly across the street with a short beach access pathway. Everything was as described in the listing and the house was very clean and tidy. ! We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here and we will be back!

Highly recommend this classy large unit with a Great Room and fab kitchen complete with a Wolf oven/stove. You are just steps from the free bus shuttle to the slopes and a 5 min walk to the town hot springs/gym. And of course, this is downtown so ALL the shops and restaurants are right there! Mambo restaurant is just steps away as well. It's described as a hot little Italian restaurant and we loved it. The condo had EVERTHING one could want and including games to play. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Just perfect!

Liberty Tree House is a fabulous place to stay when in Charleston! We were fortunate enough to stay here and let me sat it’s great. Large, well decorated, beautiful kitchen and well equipped too! The rooms were wonderful with comfortable beds. Large beautiful master closet and bathroom. Also, it’s close enough to walk to local coffee shops, waterfront and market downtown. Do not hesitate to book this place…it’s a gem!

Very nice condo, private deck with a great view and lots of seating, close to many activities. Could be updated a little, the master bedroom throw pillows were smelly but after washing were fine. Did have to re-vacuum and mop the floor the night we got there, due to my 11 month old's knees and feet being dirty from crawling on the floor, but the floor wasn't visible dirty to the eye. Very nice kitchen and laundry room. It was so great to have beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo! Would for sure stay again.

We loved the Sapphire Seascape. The location was very close to the beach, and the Villa was adorable. It was fully stocked with dishes and appliances. We were impressed and would definitely come back!

I questioned myself at first for renting a VRBO during our first vacation to Vail, CO. I thought an inclusive report would better suit us. Boy, was I wrong. They location alone was amazing. A 10 minute walk to Lionshead and about a 10 min walk in the other direction to downtown Vail Village. You are right in the middle of everything. Not to mention, if you don’t feel like walking, there’s a bus stop right by. We rented a car and we did not use it our entire stay other than driving to airport. The best part for my family was the living room and kitchen. After a long day outdoors, it was nice for all us to snuggle in, cook dinner and watch movies together. It allowed us to have our privacy and get well rested for more adventuring. It truly felt like being at home. Thank you and we would love to visit this location again.

The house was roomy and pleasant to stay in for a mutigenerational family! Access to the beach was outstanding as well as having a view of the beach from the living room. The only complaint was shortage of washcloths and getting the fireplace to work but both of these issues were addressed and promptly replied to. We would definitely book this wonderful location again if available!

We were blessed to have this beautiful home. My boss celebrated my 10 year anniversary of employment by allowing me to choose anywhere my husband and I wanted to go. We decided to book this property to celebrate my 60th birthday and 6 other March birthdays. We chose this area because of out of the country restrictions with COVID and my love of Oregon. This home was complete with anything and everything we could imagine. We chose this home knowing we might be kept indoors alot due to weather, rain is common this time of year there. As it turns out, we did have rain! On the daily. Nevertheless, because the home was so spacious, equipped and comfortable, we spent quality time indoors with our family ajd friends who traveled near and far to be with us! The downstairs was equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room and beautiful furnishings throughout. The upstairs the same. I loved, loved this home for the fact it had 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for a large group and let's not forget the mini studio or apartment above the garage! It was perfect for a small family or a couple wanting more privacy. We would recommend this home to everyone! The views were spectacular and having a true fire pit down by the lake is awesome, we weren't able to use it because of the rain. Firewood ay the property would have been nice, in the event we could have used it. The gas fire pit on the patio was nice, once we were able to dry out the chairs, but the propane ran out. Would of been nice, if the tanks were checked and filled for guests. The deck on the upper level was complete with a grill and large table that was perfect. We hope to go back again someday, and so do our guests. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat! The hosts allowed our fur babies, and for that we are truly grateful! They are a big part of our family and by having them with us, it made our trip even more enjoyable! Yes, there were other homes that allowed pets, but none compared to this gorgeous property! Jim was great from start to finish and we appreciated him responding quickly to any and all our needs. We all had an awesome time and took home with us memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you for stocking this place with all, right down to a first aid kit!

The location of our townhouse in Storm Meadows was truly ski in/ski out! You literally only had to pop your skis on and go! It was very convenient. We had a fabulous time, and the staff at iTrip couldn't have been any nicer.

Great experience with this VRBO. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was it was listed as having 2 Master Suites and there was actually only one. The room listed as the upstairs Master Suite only had a powder room. We would stay there again!

I went back and forth about a 4 or 5 star on this condo, but went ahead and opted for a 5 star. There were only a few things that could be fixed to ensure that future guest wouldn't hesitate to give it a 5 star. 1st - the shower head needs replaced / 2nd - cable box in the bedroom didn't work, but I really only tried watching TV the first night - 3rd -the bed is to hard and needs to be replaced with a softer bed or put a foam mattress topper on it. That was really all I had a problem with. The place is beautiful and you can't beat the location. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone that wan't a great little get-a-way.

We compete in the Senior Games in soccer. This year we made it to the final and everyone was so accommodating to allow us to extend our reservation by a couple of hours! My family and I have been visiting the Orange Beach/Perdido Key area for over 20 years. We have stayed at all the major condos such as Turquoise Place, Caribe Resort, Phoenix West 2, and many others. The Sandy Feet Retreat at Lost Key was a wonderful surprise! It was conveniently located on Perdido Key near many restaurants, a Publix, a Super Walmart, and a Super Target about 11 minutes away. Although it didn't have all the amenities such as the indoor pool, saunas, or water slides as those other complexes I mentioned earlier, it did have a fantastic beach club (restaurant, locker rooms, cocktail pool, and beach access with umbrellas and chairs) with continuous shuttle service! Furthermore, the unit was newly built so everything was up to date and had high-end furnishings. It was a retreat for my family! We'll be back in the future!

This was our first time on Siesta Key and our accommodations were great! The condo was super clean and close to the private beach. Check in was easy, We recommend the dolphin and mimosa tour and having a great meal at Walt’s Fish Market. Just overall and great stay!

We had a wonderful time at the luxurious Homestead Townhome. It was spacious, beautiful and met our every need. The kitchen was well-stocked, as were all the bedrooms/baths. The views from the deck were beautiful. The shuttle was close by and came often - we rode it to Aspen and back so no one had to drive. If we had a question, it was answered immediately by I-Trip staff. We couldn't have asked for a better time - thanks!

While Deer Valley is widely known for its great service, excellent snow and helpful on mountain staff, we found the folks at iTrip to be a cut above as well. They were responsive (answered phone calls and texts with alacrity), knowledgeable, and quick to resolve our (minor) issues....Case in point, when we found hte hot tub to be low on water they had the maintanence person onthe job right away. Finally, it was always nice to have a cherry voice on the line = cleary local and who cared for the quality of our experience. thank you!

This was our first WINTER trip to Myrtle Beach and we loved it! While it was cold a few days, we enjoyed several days of comfortable outdoor weather. Our condo was so clean, comfortable, attractive, and well furnished! The kitchen was easy to work in and adequately supplied, and the washer and dryer were bonuses! The covered balcony overlooked the ocean with a beautiful view! We also appreciate the owners allowing us to bring our small dog - I'm sure many responsible pet owners would come in the winter and stay several weeks if they could bring their pets! We loved our stay at Beach Club Pass-A-Grille! It is located steps from the beautiful beach as well as conveniently located next to restaurants and shops! There’s parking on the street right in front of the unit! We had a few issues, but itrip responded quickly and took care of things the next morning. The Riverview Luxury Retreat was a perfect property to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with family. The view of the river from the balconies were amazing and the quiet neighbor hood made it a very relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen had numerous cooking appliances, instruments and basics which made it an ideal location for cooking a Thanksgiving meal. Videogames, board games and ping pong kept kids and adults alike entertained for the whole weekend. A short convenient drive to PDX and Portland. Would highly recommend a stay at this property!

This 3 bedroom open floor plan town home is the perfect family getaway! The only wall shared is away from the bedrooms, so it is very quiet a private. It is 10 minutes from the Gondola and 5 minutes from the downtown hot springs and shopping. We had a wonderful time!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our townhouse rental at Pensacola Beach. It was a great location for beach and getting to dog beach. Townhouse was clean and well equipped. Neighborhood was safe with nice neighbors. We had an issue with Florida Power and Light that iTrip management and owner handled for us with good responsiveness and concern. The issue was handled satisfactorily.

This condo is ideally located. Just walking distance to downtown Aspen and all the main trails but in a quiet spot. The property is well equipped and has everything you need. Just sometimes hard to find it all. We were still finding new items the day we left. The balcony overlooking the park was great and we enjoyed being out there. A really great additional feature

Our stay at Olivia Beach Bungalow was wonderful. The house is beautiful and very well-equipped. (The extra toilet paper decorations were unexpected)! The beds were extremely comfortable especially after a nice relaxation in the hot tub. What a wonderful place to give yourself a “time out”!

Well stocked and is everything you could need along with amazing views and wonderful hosts!!! I'd stay here time and time again! If you're looking for a great place to stay, look no further. This condo is your place! The hosts are incredibly responsive, kind and very helpful anytime there is a question or you'd like a recommendation/suggestion. The location is perfect. We stayed here for Oktoberfest, and it was perfect. Great location, comfortable beds, nice setup (as long as you're ok with stairs). 2 car garage was helpful, and keypad entry made it easy to come and go. We used the kitchen to make a few meals, it was well stocked with supplies and even spices.

The condo was fabulous. It was the perfect size. The sleeping arrangement with the bed lay-out was suited for our needs. The kitchen had all the necessary items. No detail inside the condo was left undone. The communication with iTrip staff was fabulous. Being able to text someone who responded within a reasonable timeframe provided great comfort. It didn't matter what the question was, there was always a suitable answer. Also, the info package info was outstanding. Everything you needed to know was the info packet. And when I needed confirmation of what I was reading something, the texting option helped out great. The staff who assisted me with the initial booking was also super informative. This was my first trip to Vail and I needed help figuring out where this property was located. I had a general idea where in Vail we wanted to stay, and the booking staff helped tremendously with questions I had about the Scorpio before I actually booked it. This house was just amazing. We had six adults and 4 kids 3 and under. The house was perfect for all is us. There was plenty of room with each having our own BR and attached bathroom. The kitchen was perfect and outdoor patio accommodated all of us for cook in dinners. The pool and surroundings was so relaxing and fun. Great pool - we all loved it and were there most of the days. The Panorama Perch is absolutely beautiful. We were 5 couples and had a great experience with the rental. The house has very nice views and it is very conveniently located. We went for a ski trip, first of all the garage could handle our rental minivan with a very large ski box on top without a problem. The South Gondola parking lot is literally 5 minutes away and it costs $12 usd a day for parking ($7 usd for carpool of 4 or more people in the car). When we arrived everything we needed was in place, even the hot tub was filled and working with hot water, no need to run anything. The house and furniture are very well maintained. The social room is quite large and perfect for a day after ski, or any other exhausting activity. The dining table is very ample and could fit the 10 of us without a problem. We had relatively insignificant issues as busted light bulbs and the garage door not properly working, but they were fixed right away after reporting them, literally minutes, great service. Renting through iBreck/iTrip properties does provide an excellent service. Karla Koch and Elizabeth Donn did an excellent job on handling our vacation. Karla went above and beyond a she even helped us with some left behind important documents that a couple forgot on the property. Thank you very much for that. The only improvable things that I would say are the Wifi, it would get very slow when two or more people were using it. And also the water heater capacity could be greater. A couple of days, after 4-5 people showered we had to wait a good while to have hot water again. And lastly one of the couples slept at the “office room” which doesn’t have a bed, but a sofa-bed instead. It would have been great if it had a regular bed (Although this is correctly said at the property description). Still the property and service deserve the 5 Stars. Would love to visit this Cabin again and would recommend for anyone on a ski trip.

The check-in was seamless, and the unit was clean and ready for our stay. The condo was decorated with updated decor, furniture appeared newer, and closets had lights that turned on when doors open (nice touch). There were additional bedding items, like blankets. The patio furniture was sturdy and had two rockers and a couple small tables for drinks, which we used to watch the beautiful sunsets. The plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, etc. were upscale. I especially enjoyed cooking with the quality pots and pans, in the spacious kitchen. The refrigerator seemed very large and never had an issue with finding space, even with 5 people and various boxes of leftovers from local eateries. The refrigerator had both a front ice/water dispenser, and the freezer drawer also dispensed ice. We bought a bag of ice and never used it, even though we filled cooler every day for the beach. Each bedroom was nicely appointed. The master bed and bath were roomy. The loft was spacious and never got hot, even though on the top floor. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. Dining table was easily large enough for the 5 of us. The unit felt spacious, and never crowded. Convenient parking under the building, next to stairs. The only items to note were that the bath towels were thin and minimal, and the tv in the main room would occasionally go black, hum, and turn back on (in fairness, forgot to mention to rental agency as we rarely used tv) Overall, wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to a larger family. Various restaurants, eateries and boutiques are within short walking distance. The furnishings were up scale, comfortable, and convenient. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described in listing.

We were very happy with the Island Inn property in Kimball Lodge. It was "as advertised": A few steps to the beach, beach view, clean, spacious, with all the amenities of home. The only short-coming was - no balcony, however on the same floor, and just down the hallway is a terrific common area second floor balcony overlooking the beach. Sunsets were spectacular. We would definitely visit again.

We stayed with friends and family to ski here. The location is fantastic for beaver creek skiing. The house was cozy with good communal space. The only complaint is for a house that sleeps 10, parking is difficult if you have more than 2 vehicles.

We spent a week during Thanksgiving in this perfect home! The kids loved the pool! The patio with the fire pit was great for a relaxing evening ambience! Our family had the best ski trip in this condo! Look out the window right onto the lifts. Super short walk was easy, especially with the complimentary ski storage at the base. It was great that it was so close that we could come back for lunch and our kids could go in whenever they wanted without us having to leave the slopes! Hot tub on porch was used nightly! Lots of space and the third bathroom was great. Tons of amenities (laundry super helpful!) and great communication. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Overall, our stay was great. The unit was spacious downstairs and didn't make it feel like we were on top of each other even with all of our beach gear. We had family over for dinner a couple of nights and it made it easy to entertain. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. We worked a couple of days from the unit and the area allowed us to work comfortably. The internet had some spotty issues, which was the only downside. We appreciated the hooks everywhere in the house. Getting everything off the floor really helped with mom's sanity!

Very nice place on quite end of the beach. Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Worked out great with our bunch of 7. Nice pool, security on site. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Montego Bay condo! It was exquisitely clean and there was lots of room for all 6 of us. We traveled with a 7yr, 3yr, and 6 month old. The older 2 loved their bunk room with the pocket doors and our 6 month old fit nicely in her pack n play in the upstairs master walk-in-closet! We could hear the baby monitor to listen while she napped and we hung by the pool because it was just a few steps away. The walk to the beach was easy, especially with the beach wagon provided at the unit. We will definitely stay here again - very clean, convenient, spacious and kid-friendly! Thanks for a great time!

Blissful Bear was absolutely perfect in every way! We had 14 family members stay here from age 4 to 67, there was something for everyone! This cabin was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, the pool was clean and everything worked. We didn't have to call management for anything except to pick up our trash when the cans were full, they came right away to get it. We would definitely stay here again.

Myself and my husband just returned from an absolutely fantastic few days at Surf Song cottage located right on the beach. We brought our 2 little pups with us to see the ocean for the first time and the experience was just pure joy (sadly, they seem somewhat depressed after returning to Charlotte!). The cottage is absolutely adorable with a lovely cozy and modern interior and very well stocked with everything you need. I especially loved the kitchen where you can look out at the ocean while cooking. Our other favorite spot was on the front deck which has comfy seating, a large bbq and a world-class view over the ocean. We loved it so much, we booked another trip for next year before we left! A great little jewel box of a cottage in a fantastic and quiet part of Folly Beach. We can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Lighthouse #907. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need, which takes away so much stress. Nothing worse than needing a wine opener or a large bowl and not having it. The unit was located in the middle of the building, 9 floors up, so we had an idea view of the beach each evening. We were two couples, but Lighthouse could certainly be used for couples or families with children.

I met two of my sisters and their daughters in Florida over Labor Day weekend to celebrate one of my niece's third birthday with a girl's weekend. I had done quite a bit of research on the area we wanted to stay. With children along, and one of them quite young, we wanted a quiet beach on the gulf side. Madeira Beach fit the bill. The description and pictures of Las Brisas 406 are accurate. It's a huge condo with 3 bedrooms that comfortably accommodated us. It was within walking distance to a Winn Dixie, several restaurants and an ice cream shop. The Winn Dixie lets you take the shopping cart back to your condo and somebody comes by and picks it up later. That was actually a really great surprise. It allows you to buy what you need without several trips to the store. They were very friendly. We ate at Daiquiri Shak Raw Bar and Grille and The Brown Boxer Pub and Grille. We had excellent service both times and the food was great too. We had ice cream at the Amish Ice Cream shop twice. Delicious. The condo and the area seemed kid friendly and safe. It was nice to have everything within walking distance. We were dropped off by a driver at the condo and didn't have need of a car until we needed to go back to the airport. Liz from itrip vacations was super responsive to our emails while planning the trip. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs in the condo for our use. I would recommend a stay here. There were only a couple things that could have been improved. The elevator for the building was broken. I think it is slated to be replaced. Also, if you sleep in the bedrooms nearest the air conditioning unit, it sounds like a door slamming when it turn on. You can hear this especially at night and can be startling. Bring some white noise with you and it shouldn't be a problem. All in all it was perfect and we had a really good time, and the again the size of the condo was great. It fit all five of us very comfortably.

This house was perfect for our extended family with plenty of room for everyone. We were here to do a celebration of life for our father’s passing. It was a very special Father’s Day. Owners were in contact and made sure to let us know if we needed anything. They were very prompt in returning answers to questions. Outdoor fire table was the perfect gathering area. Basement was perfect for the teenagers. Safe neighborhood and bike trail was close for walking and running.

We stayed at this home for a conference. The home was tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved that there were three bedrooms with comfy beds and two full bathrooms upstairs. We had everything we needed at the home and were able to shop for the things we wanted. There was a lovely screened in sitting area out back overlooking the pond. We were a short 15 minute walk to the conference center at Saddlebrook, which was the perfect distance for us to walk each day. We had a problem finding our welcome email with our entry code (entirely my fault) and Kim was so quick to respond with new info and a new code. We had a few other requests/questions while we were there and they were so quick to respond and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this home and highly recommend iTrip.

Stonebridge Village lives up to it's hype. Nice roomy accomidations with quiet surroundings close to Silver Dollar City and the 76 strip. I would reccomend this place to people of all ages. Located near Branson West with conveince and grocery shopping nearby. Short drive to Table Rock and less than one hour to Eureks Springs Ar for a day trip.

We booked an incredible home that suited all our desires and then some, then 48 hours before checkin, received disappointing news that the stove wasn’t working. We had 3 options: 1) stay in it with a $100 refund (tbh, I asked about a discount and this is the amount offered if we stayed). 2) they would allow us to break the contract and get a full refund to find something elsewhere or 3) we could get into one of their available and comparable homes for what we had already paid. We literally spent 8-10 hours digging through all the vacation home apps. I was so frustrated because the house we rented was right on the cliff with an hot tub overlooking the ocean. It was a beautiful home with an elevator and the coziest gathering spaces for our group of 9. I was upset that I had to stop everything I needed to accomplish to look for a new home. It was Halloween and my daughter’s birthday and our to do list was long. We finally decided to stay with itrip and be placed into one of their available homes (of our choosing). . Itrip took us on like special guests, allowing us very early checkin and very late checkout. The home we chose was a few hundred more than our original rental which they didn’t charge us for. The house had a pretty view of the neighborhood with a distant ocean scene. It had a very well stocked kitchen and was so fun to prep meals in with all its space. We spent most of our time in the living/dining/kitchen on the top floor and it held all 9 of us easily. . We got bad news while we were there that took up some headspace and this extra time they gave us at checkout felt like we were able to recoup some of the time we lost. We were very thankful for their graciousness. We were working with real people who it felt truly cared about our experience. . They were quick to reply to all questions and always were kind. They were available via text at all the times we needed them. . A rough start ended with loyal customers. Thank you to the customer service texting team!

We rented this condo for a group of six and were extremely happy with the experience. There was plenty of space, everything was clean and comfortable, and the third bathroom was a huge difference for our group. The views of the inlet waterway from our deck were beautiful. We found the unit to be well priced for the location, as we were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go up and down Clearwater Beach. It was also an easy walk across the bridge to Sand Key and Indian Rocks (easily drivable as well, if you prefer). Check in/check out was as easy as it gets...all keyless including access to the garage. When we had a couple of questions early on the answering service was very quick to get back with us. We would absolutely recommend this unit and will look to rent it again for future visits!

Perfect location, on beach with beautiful sunsets, and able to walk to restaurants and grocery. Also, a kite festival on beach was happening during our visit. Who knew kites came as dragons and scuba divers!

Beautiful area, proximity to Hollywood sign, great area for walking. Quiet and beautiful area. Management company was always available for any questions or requests. Studio had all that we needed for our stay in LA. Close to alot of LA sights. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants the "LA" experience.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Kure Beach. Our rental Heart Tones was spotless and well appointed as promised. The kitchen had everything you could want for cooking and room for all six adults to enjoy coffee and conversation in the mornings. We enjoyed the easy flow from indoor living area to sitting out on the balcony. It was an easy walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. The elevator worked well and came in quite handy. iTrip made sure our rental check in and check out was easy and any questions we had were answered promptly. They were were always friendly, respectful and professional. Something that is hard to come bye these days. If ever back in the area we would rent through you again.

The purpose of our trip to Breckenridge was to attend our sons wedding. I am so grateful that we chose to book our stay with Elizabeth at the Powder Ridge condo. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo was simply beautiful. It was cozy, yet modernized. We could feel the the mountain atmosphere inside of this spacious condo, because of the interior decor. It was as if we lived in this place and decorated the "home" with detail and care. The only thing better than the condo (great location) was the service provided by the VRBO (itrip) people. Everything went smoothly and they were always available if I needed to ask any questions. I felt the security of a quality business. This entire experience was first class and truly appreciated. The wedding and the stay in Breckenridge were everything we could have hoped for....and more!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and, again, did not disappoint. The location is perfect for necessities-close to Publix, Walmart, and Target. St. Augustine is just a short drive as well as many beach areas. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We had a couple of “glitches”, but they were addressed very promptly. Example- the kitchen was not stocked with large skillets so I suggested that they should have those available. We were out for the day and when we returned 2 brand new large skillets were outside our door. The weather wasn’t conducive to being able to swim, but the pool is heated and very clean. We, unfortunately, can’t come next year, but would definitely stay at this house again! A few suggestions: Kyle’s Seafood market for fresh seafood, produce, and bakery( key lime pie is amazing!)— Butcher and Bean (on the corner when you turn into the subdivision) for meat and great coffee.—- If you love pickleball like I do, Treaty Park is close with lots of courts and a very welcoming group of players.

Ziggy’s place was lovely! It has been newly renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had anything I needed to prepare meals. The views were breathtaking and I could sit in the comfort of the home (a wall of windows) and watch the sun set. Natural light just pours in during the day. There are plenty of chairs outside and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. I wish the weather was warmer as the pool looked so inviting. The location is convenient to local beaches and stores. I will definitely consider staying at Ziggy’s place again in the future!

I highly recommend this unit, it has the best of both worlds. Views of the gulf from the balcony, a short walk to the water, in the back your other swimming location a pool and views of the inland waterways. The property is very well kept, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. There are plenty of activities to do, from bar hopping, dining, shopping and a Publix next door for supplies, no car needed as there is a shuttle that frequently passes by and Uber. We recently stayed in Sea Bluff #12 it was by far the best place we have ever stayed. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need! It was quiet, comfy and couldn't ask for any better. Didn't have to worry with checking in we loved the ease of just going straight to our condo!

This property is exactly as advertised. No unexpected surprises. Situated in a quiet suburb and overlooking a lake, it met all our expectations. Great area to walk in. Food and shopping is in close proximity. Plenty of room to enjoy some touch football with the kids (right in the driveway). The very spacious living areas permitted a large family gathering that included sitting around the table playing games and informal dining. We also got plenty of use out of the pool table and air hockey table. My only wish: summertime where I could enjoy the pool. As with other stays through iTrips, Jen and Tony are very attentive. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

We spent a week with our grown children and other family members in this absolutely gorgeous home on a spacious lot in the Ski Ranch area of telluride. We were surrounded by Aspen trees and views of the most incredible mountains and sky. Mornings were usually clear and we hiked and biked, fished and explored. Afternoon summer showers allowed us plenty of relaxation time in this lovely home. There is plenty of room to spread out, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi every day. The kitchen has everything needed to fix all meals, and we were only about a 10 minute drive ( or about a 30 minute hike) to the Mountain village market. The property managers suggested stopping for groceries in Montrose before heading up to Telluride, which was helpful, although we were happy to shop at the local markets also. Chris and Rob from itrip Vacations were incredibly responsive to texts and calls and we appreciated all their help. This was our first time to Telluride and we will be back , hopefully to stay in this lovely home again..

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Turtle Shores. We are a family of four and we were very comfortable. The walk to the beach was relatively short. The reserved parking space was a bit tight for our truck, but the extra spaces are very close and we had no issues parking there. The complex location is great. It's close to grocery stores and restaurants and a quick drive from town if you're looking to explore all that St. Augustine has to offer.

We stayed at Win Win for our annual friends get away and the accommodations were perfect. The house is well outfitted with everything your need for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of room, beautiful views of the bay, a very nice boat dock and so much more. The beds were so comfortable and everything was clean! We have added this to our top 3 places to stay as it fit our needs perfectly. The only thing that kept it from being the absolute best place we’ve ever stayed was the pool- small, really just a place to take a quick dip. BUT we came here for the beach and boating, the pool was a bonus! Our booking agent Mrs Patty was so nice and accommodating, we will be booking with her again soon! Thank you for a great stay!

My family and I stayed Christmas and two days afterward, at the FoxRun Property. I blindfolded my family as we approached the property and let them see it for the first time, as they stood in the fresh snow with the alpine mountain back drop. Upon entry into the property my wife, 3 kids, and parents all gasped and cheered as they took the blindfolds off. We were all very blown away by how detailed the FoxRun owners had been. They had literally thought of everything. We opened Christmas Presents that morning and the owners had even planned on us needing small tools like screw drivers, batteries, and spare trash bags. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely anything we needed, including all pots, pans, dishes, and two different coffee makers. The bed rooms were immaculate with the most comfortable and soft sheets. All blankets and towels were provided. Each bathroom shower also doubled as a steam room. Blow Away... The pool table and game room were a favorite for the kids and the perfectly kept hot tub was an adult favorite. In addition the pool table and game room, the owners had almost every board game you could think of and also almost any Christmas Movie DVD anyone could ask for. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and will be booking it again for future stays.
