We spent 14 nights and enjoyed this unit. It was very clean, well maintained, and perfect for us. Nice patio to enjoy meals outdoors. But, lacks a functional dining table inside-just a counter top with 3 stools not confortable to spend time at. Regular table would have been preferred as we've had in other units, but not a deal breaker. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location in a beautiful complex by beautiful Napili Beach. Air conditioning was wonderful given the 85° temps and humidity. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Would definitely recommend and stat again here

We were two families of 5. This fit us perfectly! You have plenty of patio space wrapped around to each of the bedrooms! This condo is located within walking distance to the Dollar General store for those items you might have forgot. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could think of except leftover food storage so next time we will remember to bring small containers or baggies (not a big deal). Loved how it overlooks the pool and it’s located close to the stairs vs walking down to the elevator. But also not far from elevators. Thanks again! We are already looking at dates for next year!

We loved the location of the house. You get the best of both worlds being in the mountains and also being close to Denver. We had a chance to hike the many great trails around the Evergreen area and also get a chance to have dinner in Denver and explore the city. The house has an amazing view and deck along with a very cozy mountain feel. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is make sure to get an SUV as the area is steep but also part of what it makes so neat to be in nature.

I can't say enough good things about this property. The views are incredible. Every time we pulled up to the house we were in awe all over again. The home itself is very comfortable and we did not want for anything (except a pot holder). It is stocked like a home, not an empty vacation rental. The wifi and the the water pressure were outstanding, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and location was perfect. What more can you ask for?

Beautiful home! We had a group of 17 and this house was perfect! Never once ran out of hot water! Plenty of room for everyone. The back yard is small but still big enough for my grandson’s to play games. Just wish the lake hadn’t been Flooded and closed. But still plenty to do in the area. We are already talking about coming back next year!

The cabin was everything we needed. The accent and decent were gripping. But the views were spectacular. Bring pot holders and a cork screw otherwise they have everything!

This is a warm and roomy home, perfect for a family or friends gathering. We stayed in the winter and enjoyed the quiet wooded and snowy setting. I loved that the nights are dark enough to see a sky full of stars. There are two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs including a large room with bunk beds and seating area that is great for kids. The kids spent time playing there, sledding and ice skating. The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. We greatly enjoyed our time and plan on returning to this house.

What an outstanding stay at this condo. We couldn't have asked for more. We found the condo to be especially clean and the beds comfortable and fresh. The heated pool was almost too warm :) and sitting out on the waterfront watching the dolphins swim by was almost magical. A definite return spot. No disappointment here. Thank you so much!

This unit was beautiful, comfortable, convenient!! Only issue was coffee pot stopped working but received a brand new one within an hour! Host quick to respond to all questions. Complex had some elevator issues and once steps were closed for repair but we were able to work around those for the most part. Host, hostess left a nice bottle of wine, key lime cookies and a welcome note! Much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This place was perfect! Perfect location, beautiful grounds, beautiful room, and best staff. We came out so I could run the Maui Oceanfront Marathon and after our experience we are planning on doing it again (only this time we want to make it 5 days instead of 3)

We have stayed at Sunset One the same weekend in December the last 2 years and plan on this year because of this condo. The floor plan is perfect for a large group to have plenty of space without feeling cramped and the easy walk to Main St to avoid parking is a major bonus. See you soon Breck

A great, roomy, updated house right on the beach. We watched gorgeous sunsets from the balcony, slept well in the quiet rooms and were well located near the BHI club, the Maritime market and the harbor. A great stay all around.

We spent Christmas and New Years here (my husband & 3 kids) and we all enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well furnished & everything was in working order. My husband and I found the bed to be very comfortable (unusual as after a week in most rentals our backs are killing us). We cooked Christmas dinner at the condo and had my parents over for dinner, the condo handled all 7 of us without a problem.

Mountain Rose provided us a lovely base for our winter vacation with our family! The house is located in the town of Government Camp with access to great skiing, tubing, rentals and a general store. With three separate living spaces and lots of bedrooms , we all were comfortable and yet enjoyed spending time together! The property manager was helpful when we discovered that we had forgotten a few items when departing. We had a great time and enjoy d the house and Mt. Hood!

We loved our stay at the Carriage on Conduit in Annapolis! The location was perfect - close to all of the restaurants and shops! The property was beautiful - and spotless- historic touches yet beautifully updated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms were so comfortable and just the right amount of space. There was even a very comfortable pull out couch allowing for additional space. Highly recommend this property and iTrip! The service from the iTrip team was best-in-class. You will not be disappointed and very happy you chose this property for your Annapolis visit!

Thanks so much for a beautiful clean and comfortably decorated condo! Will definitely visit again. Everything was just as described. We could not ask for a better place!! We came down with our family which consisted of 5 teenage boys;) having the ability to fish, swim, sunbath, and have a fire at night all in one place was a life saver!! We would recommend this place for any type of vacation!!! We will be back often!!

We enjoyed our stay on Folly Beach. The space is exactly how it was described. It is so cute and cozy and the porch is awesome. It had everything we needed for a start in the beach. We went in November. The weather was a little chilly but we still got out and enjoyed the beautiful beach. It's only about 20 mins from Charleston. Eat at Rita's , best food we've had in a while.

This unit is a great place to stay at the beach. The unit is very nice and spacious. It has a great location, you can walk the beach to the Flora-bama and listen to the music at night on the beach. You can swim i the pool beach side if you don't like to swim in the waves. The unit is located a short distance from the Wharf for concerts or is so nicely furnished you can stay in the whole time you are there and enjoy the ocean view and sound of the waves. The kitchen has everything you would need, the bathrooms are nice and everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the granite counter-tops in both the kitchen and baths. The master bath even has a large soaking tub besides a separate shower if you didn't get enough soaking in the Ocean & pool.

The condo at Capital Peak was amazing. Steps from the gondola and several restaurants and shops. Was a perfect spot for a family vacation. The condo has everything you need and very comfortable. The representative from itrip went above and beyond, he took us down to the condo showed us where to park and how to navigate the elevator system.

My husband & I stayed at Sea La Vie for 4 days for our 37th Anniversary. It was pure relaxation! From the immaculate condo , to the amazing location , nothing could have been more perfect. We enjoyed long bike rides, walks on the beach & delicious dinners at the local FreshFields Village. Everything was right there ! Also, one of the best things about this condo is that it is pet friendly!! We so enjoyed having our fur babies with us ❤️ On the drive home , we even stopped at The Angel Oak. Absolutely amazing ! We highly recommend Sea La Vie for your next adventure 😊

We had an amazing stay at Belle Esprit on Oak Island! The property was absolutely lovely — clean, beautifully decorated in a nautical farmhouse style, and perfectly set up for our girls’ trip with 10 ladies. Being oceanfront made the experience even more special — waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee with that view was unforgettable. We loved gathering in the spacious living area to watch a movie, and the large dining table made it easy for all of us to enjoy meals together. We also took full advantage of the grill for a fun cookout night. A thoughtful touch was the delicious granola left for us as a welcome gift — such a sweet surprise! Overall, I highly recommend Belle Esprit. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, style, and unbeatable location. We’re already talking about coming back!

This is a great place for 1 to 4 couples or a group of 4 to enjoy McMinnvllie, golf, tour the Willamette Valley wineries and/or just relax. Quiet, end of the road location and a nice house. My only negative is that in my opinion the main level should have better "sitting" furniture and a TV. The view out the window is excellent and if there was a sofa and a couple soft chairs they would be loved. Golf at the other end of the road, food, wine, town all 4 miles or less from the doorstep. Great Location!!!

We loved staying at pier pleasure . The beds were comfortable. A great home for 2 families . The view of the chester river was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the pier and looking at the water and boats passing by.

The condo was so spacious and open. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Loved the view and the easy access to downtown Folly. Easy check-in and check-out. My family from Alabama enjoyed their time at Folly. My teenage daughters loved the place as well. We will definitely rent again. Nice and quiet, unlike staying in downtown Folly.

This house was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the river. You can even enjoy the sunset from your porch! Riverhouse is within steps to the community dock and pool. Walking to the beach is easy and pleasant. It's a quiet neighborhood experience with friendly neighbors and a laid back vibe. The kitchen is equipped nicely. We had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay. Host is extremely communicative and does a good job attending to detail and giving support before and during the stay. I would recommend Riverhouse.

What a delight unit 107 is. Perfect access to the slopes, great apres ski ambiance, game room, media center, pool and hot tub all just steps away. Add to that the adjacent laundry and underground parking. Instructions for access were straightforward and hassle free. Condo has a small dining area which we prefer to just eating at a breakfast bar. Perfectly appointed with soaps, dishwashing tabs and a humidifier! Snow was spectacular! Don’t let this one get away!

Just returned from another wonderful stay in D-125. The studio is well kept, well laid out, well stocked, well situated, and was, once again, thoroughly enjoyed. Napili Shores is in a great location, and D-125 is a great little apt to come home to. Always love my time there.

Yes, it was hot in Scottsdale during our stay. But that is what we came for. We also came for the private pool, comfortable rooms and massive kitchen. All was as advertised in the ad. However, we did have an issue with the "free golf" part of the ad which is only available in the winter months. The pool was perfect. The house is private even though it is in a subdivision. All the amenities of a vacation are nearby. There is really no need to go out to eat if you are able to do a little shopping and wish to hang out by the pool the entire time. There are very large malls nearby. But you will definitely need a car.

On the first night, we had an issue with the HVAC. The temp in the condo kept rising. We reached out to the folks at iTrip and they sent someone out within an hour and he was able to diagnose and repair the issue. By the time we were ready to go the bed, the condo was very comfortable. Thank you for your quick response to to our problem! After that, everything went great! This is a very clean, comfortable, and convenient condo. We would happily stay here again!!

We rented this house for my whole family to celebrate my mother's 83rd birthday. It was great to have a place with 7 bedrooms, a pool and literally across the street from beach access. The house was really great, with many porches, tvs and space for everyone. The only very minor issues were that there was no ball for the foosball table and that in typical rental homes there are sometimes general supplies left from other guests such as tinfoil or zip lock bags or some spices. This house has nothing at all (except they seem to allow everyone to leave coffee filters).

we are glad you had a great time! We've tried leaving more supplies but unfortunately they all get taken and we can't be restocking every time. We do leave coffee filters as they don't get taken! Some people have particular tastes when it comes to coffee filters so we do recommend guests bring their own. If you don't mind if they are bleached, non bleached, made from recycled material, sustainable forests etc then you can just take a chance with whatever is there!

I have been traveling to Colorado for years for a ski trip and my stay at your lodge was everything but fantastic. The ability to truly ski in and out and being centrally located to most attractions/towns was even more convenient. Great stay and I highly recommend this property.

Great condo, nicely furnished with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. and so convenient to everything - Golf, kayak, fishing, bike rental, great restaurants. Nice pool overlooking the bay and short walk to beautiful gulf beach. Will be back!

This cottage is not very fancy, but it is simple. It met our needs, and we quickly looked forward to the short walk back to the cottage. We found a great little breakfast place that was 5 minutes away, so we got to walk to breakfast. The town is busy, and you will notice because the house sits close to the road. We quickly got used to it. Everything worked as it should. We had a great trip and even got to meet the owners; they were a blessing too!

We absolutely loved the déjà blue house. It exceeded all of our expectations. It was close enough to the ocean to be able to walk there easily, and the pool was so wonderful to have after beach time. Our children loved the floats for the pool! The house was roomy and spacey and comfortable for 11 people of all different ages. Our family would highly recommend this.

Our family of nine just enjoyed a week in this home at North Myrtle Beach. The home is located such to allow for access to the beautiful beach as well as food and shopping options while allowing us to social distance during the coronavirus pandemic. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We cooked amazing meals and all ate together around the large dining room table. We all had a great time and highly recommend this home and beach location.

We were so pleased with the cleanliness of this condo. The furnishings make for a very comfortable stay. The pool is clean and refreshing. The atmosphere of the community is peaceful, making for a very relaxing time. We also appreciated the convenience of walking to nearby beaches, restaurants, salons, and a grocery store. We have stayed at this condo several times and each time has been a splendid experience.

We stayed at Whale of a Time for 5 days. Beautiful and spacious house that was very clean. It was walking distance from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of couches/chairs for hanging out in the house as well as an awesome deck and screened in porch. The outdoor fireplace was a favorite from our group. My wife and I have spent 5 weeks or so for the last 6 years at Wild Dunes. This property is our absolute favorite-it has it all. The views are wonderful and indeed have golden sunrises. It is nicely laid out with a fully stocked kitchen. The house is as attractive in person as it shows in the pictures. The property managers are great communicators. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is a great home, fully equipped, and a great location right on the shore. It is minutes away from Kemah boardwalk and NASA. One can just be indoors in this home, watch the water lap up against the shores, or the pelicans dive into the water to "fish" their food or sit on the pier and enjoy the beautiful sea breeze. Great for a family vacation. I give this property 2 thumbs up!!

Nice condo. Great location. Easy walk to Lion's Head or Vail Village. Great lift access at both locations. Fantastic variety of restaurants, ice skating, bowling, hiking. Condo was updated inside. Kitchen appliances and items needed for cooking was perfect. However, no food/condiments provided. Bring cooking oil/salt/pepper/ etc. Owner/manager was very friendly and was available to answer questions and give advice.

This was the perfect spot for our girls trip! The condo itself is beautiful, very spacious, and the location is amazing! Not only is the beach steps away, but so is Folly Beach's main street. It was a 5 minute walk (if that) from all the cute coffee shops, souvenir stores, and restaurants! The hosts were very responsive and provided a lot of detailed information prior to our arrival to make sure that everything went smooth! I would highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Folly Beach and we suggest spending most of your time on the stunning covered porch overlooking the water! It was our favorite spot to sip our coffees and hangout!

This is the second time we have rented the Sand Castle. Once again, very relaxing. It is amazing to get out of bed and walk out onto the deck. Especially at high tide and the water is about 50’ from the deck. Amenities are great. The only thing that need some work is the sliding glass door to the balcony from the living room. I figured a way to get leverage and made it easier to open. Great stay.

The Dockside Retreat was perfect for our family getaway! We had the marina launch our boat and we enjoyed the 4th of July with thousands of families on Shell Island! The house is perfect for boating families and we would highly recommend to others.

Very well equipped w/ plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and cookware which was great between dishwashing cycles. Loved the open living area space for everyone to hang out and the screened in patio areas to be outside w/o too many bugs. It was also great being able to bring my dog! The outside area had dog bags available and he loved being on the outside patio areas as well. The ITrip folks were very communicative/helpful via text about check-in/out instructions and questions. Walk to beach was not bad at all and not busy which was great for a July 4th trip!

This is our 2nd trip to this lovely home. It is very clean and stocked with everything a traveler could want. We love the peaceful quiet neighborhood and the view of the bay from the screened in porch. As an older couple the house is really too big for just the two of us, but we love that our small poodle can accompany us! The pool is very relaxing and heated. Because we are older getting into the hot tub is a challenge and we would really appreciate the addition of an inexpensive portable railing. We enjoyed dining at Jesse Jays Latin Kitchen, Stan & Joes and the Chesapeake Market and Deli, all yummy! Hope to be back next year.

We really enjoyed this house. We saw the pictures on Zillow prior to the remodel and were very impressed with the way the space was updated to effectively create more space in the house and the vaulted ceiling and kitchen bar were amazing! Additionally, it was great to find a convenient and clean house on Bald Head that was pet friendly! We loved having our furry friends there to enjoy the island with us. There were only a few minor issues. First, we were a bit surprised to find film over all the windows. We understand this is probably meant to keep the heat out during afternoon hours but with a name like View Times Two, that's exactly what we expected to see - a view. Unfortunately, the view from inside the house was drastically hampered by this film. Luckily, we had relatively nice November weather and were able to spend some time outdoors on the porch and enjoyed the view from there. The second was the trash. We understand the pickup is, I believe, only once a week on the island but our trash bin downstairs was already full of reeking trash when we arrived on Wednesday 11/27. We called and were told to put our overflow trash by the bin and that pickup wouldn't be until Monday. We were concerned with doing this for fear of attracting animals but this luckily wasn't a problem (at least, I can confirm trash was intact when we left Sunday morning). My suggestion for this would just be to give guests a heads up on where to put their trash if the bin is already full from previous guests in between pickups or update to have a larger trash area/ more bins. Last, upon arrival we were also told that one of the toilets was leaking into downstairs and so the water was shut off and that a plumber would arrive on Friday. We called iTrip on Friday and were told plumber wouldn't come out until Monday or Tuesday. No big deal for us, things happen and it was a holiday. We made it work with 4 of us sharing a bathroom but it would have been nice to have that bathroom fixed at some point during our vacation. Overall, this house served us very well and we made several Thanksgiving memories that I will cherish for years to come.

We arrived too experience a freshly remodeled Condo. Decor was fresh and light indicative of its surroundings. The view from the living room and balcony was unbelievable. We even got to witness dolphins swimming by the first night we were there. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, silverware, and glassware that you would need to cook and serve. The beds were comfortable. Even the hide a bed in the living room was comfortable per the kids. Close to many different restaurants, stores, and activities for all ages. There were a couple minor issues which were rectified very quickly after being reported. The iTrip staff were very responsive to all our needs. Thank you for a great experience and we hope that we will be able to come back again.

When staying at the Mountain Plover Haus, my family was excited about the house. We are a family of 8, with 6 kids and two adults. Upon first look at the house from the outside we were worried it was going to be small. To our surprise it had high ceilings, 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms of a spacious size. The game room was a very active space for the younger kids. The bedrooms were a space for the older kids. The living room became a space for everyone. My little one did lock the bathroom, and my other child expressed concern about the ladder for the bunk bed. I texted the manager and they were able to schedule a maintenance visit right away. Also, it was noted the grass wasnt cut when we first arrived. Tired from our travels we didnt worry about it too much. We went out to see the sites the next day and the Manager was able to prompt me when maintenance will visit. I was grateful of the fast response. After we returned, tired from our travels, the grass was cut without us telling the manager. The bathroom door was unlocked and the bunk bed ladder was afixed. We were grateful and satisfied with the service. On the last day I misread the email saying checkout is at 10:00am for 11:00am. Being a weary traveler from Virginia, and driving for 15 hours straight, I missed this detail. Fortunately the manager sent me a text to confirm because the cleaner was already parked outside at 10:00. I responded sincerely not knowing that I made a mistake with the timing. The manager was understanding and simply asked when we would we be ready to leave. I responded back ASAP. We quickly ran through the house, checking and re checking rooms and lo and behold my little one locks the bathroom door again. We were able to load up and start our long journey home. However the manager did text me to confirm our departure and I responded yes we left at 10:50am but the bathroom door is locked. We enjoyed our stay, satisfied with the house, and it was well stocked with utensils, kitchen staples, and supplies necessary for a home.

Wonderful property. Dock with very good fishing, I caught 4 different varieties. Dolphins swimming literally just off the dock. A 1 minute walk to the beach. Awesome view of Sunrise from dock or window filled living room. Very comfortable king sized beds. I do wish the shower was a bit hotter, but that’s because I love hot showers. Roku TVs were easy to use. Appliances all new. Will be returning when I can. I was there with two boys, 9 and 12 and they loved it too. Very great location. 5 minute drive, 15 minute bike to John’s Pass. 25 minutes to Fort Desoto. 20 minutes to downtown St. Pete. All of those are just sees.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is incredibly clean and has literally everything you could need. The location is also SO perfect, a true 6-7 minute walk to the beach, and then maybe 10 to the main strip. We were able to walk to dinner or shop so easily each night. Charleston is only 24ish minutes away which was also really great! The grounds at the house and around the neighborhood are so gorgeous too, we are from New Jersey so the palms and Spanish moss were truly so beautiful to us! We hope to be back in the future, this was a great introduction to Folly Beach!

Great place to stay. It did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable some more than others. Very clean! We definitely enjoyed the golf cart and being able to get around. Loved the gated community being near the pool and ice cream and coffee shop. Very short golf cart ride to the beach.

My family had a great stay on our family vacation this October. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very spacious and perfect location. It's close to the beach but also on the canal. Peter was extremely responsive when I called shortly after arriving. The pool heater and filter had been turned on but neither were working. Also there was a storm the night before that a left a good bit of debris in the pool. Someone quickly came out to fix the heater and the pool. Lovely home and excellent customer service!

We came to Park City to escape the Phoenix heat and absolutely loved the location relative to the local area hiking! Our favorite trail had to be CMG (Crescent Mine Grade) Trail to Jenni`s (Lower) Trail - Loop right out the back door! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Dropping my daughter off at school and decided to spend the week prior in Clearwater Beach. My first time renting a condo as I usually stay at hotels, was worried about the cleanliness and accommodations. Not disappointed place was spotless, with plenty of linen and tons of space. Gorgeous views of the marina off the patio and short walk to the beach, located near many restaurants and stores. But nice to have a parking space if we want to drive somewhere. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent 5 Nights at the Bracken Golf Escape and the house was exactly as advertised! The property was clean, in good shape, and had a large deck. This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath property had plenty of space for our family and our dogs. Located on the golf course, you'll get to see plenty of deer and a nice view of Black Butte. It is a quick drive to the Main Lodge complex, and easy access to Highway 20 via the West entrance. Would definitely recommend.

This house is awesome! Came here for a weekend trip with some girls and, WOW! The rooms and beds are very spacious, including the big bathrooms! The hosts are super easy to get in touch with and helped us with any questions we had. The house was so cute and decorated so we felt like we were on a true vacation. Te location was also perfect! We were anywhere from 10-15 minutes from anything we went and did which was amazing! Will be coming here again my next big trip!

We were thrilled with the house! It was perfectly suited for our family of 12 (my wife and I, three adult children/two spouses, five grandchildren). We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor area with the dock. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for the young children. The living area was very nice and seated about eight comfortably. The proximity to the lovely beach was very good. The walk was not hard at all. The entire area was beautiful, and we enjoyed seeing all the other homes and green spaces as we drove to restaurants and shopping. Easy twenty-minute drive to/from airport. We would love to return!

We enjoyed our spring break trip with kids. Plenty to do, easy to ride bikes to various beaches, shops and restaurants. Community pool is visible from the unit and was open late March. Bike rental was seamless through Hilton Head Bicycle Rental. There were no tennis rackets in the unit and the community court was out of commission, a bummer but not a deal breaker. Unit was as advertised with plenty of space for our family of 5 to stretch out.

This was an amazing apartment. The sunrise views from the picture windows are worth the price alone. The apartment is very spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen. It was such a scenic place, a few minutes away from some excellent wineries (like Willa Kinzie). Highly recommend

We had a nice relaxing time. The condo was clean, everyone was nice, and if you get to the beach by 9:30 you can grab some front row chairs. The kids loved it. There is a shuttle that runs around the complex and the wait time is anywhere from 5-20 minutes depending on the time of day.

We had a wonderful stay at Tarpon Riverside. The pool, patio, lanai, and house were perfect for our get away for a wedding in Naples. We cooked every night in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed dinner on the lanai over looking the river. The fresh seafood from Rhodes was amazing. It was a quick trip to the beach where we enjoyed walking and watching an amazing sunset. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to visit again.

This house has a great location. It's just across the north bridge to Siesta Key, and a block away from South Gate in Sarasota. Right behind the house is a small shopping plaza with a breakfast cafe, a British style pub, and a bakery. Not much further and well within walking distance is a Publix and two bike shops. Even Walts Fish Market is easily walkable, only about a mile away. So are the two parks at the bridge. Siesta Village and the north beach accesses are only about 10 minutes away with normal traffic. Downtown Sarasota is also a short drive down Osprey. I and all my guests had good nights sleeps here, and I found my bed to be very comfortable. There is no pool but the outside patio is nice for hanging around in the evening. The place is clean, the A/C is great, we found it comfortable, but this place works best as your HQ while visiting the area. The biggest downside for me was there is no garage or carport. Your car(s) will be secure though and not easily visible unless someone comes right down the street past the side of the house. The surrounding neighborhood is upscale and I wouldn't expect any issues here, I grew up in Sarasota and this neighborhood has always been very good.

Saw a dolphin show everyday from the balcony! The kids loved it. The condo was clean and well furnished. Itrip was great to deal with. Would recommend to all for a fabulous time.

Great condo. Stayed on the second floor overlooking the pool. Very large balcony with a table and four chairs and a couple of lounge chairs. Loved that they had charcoal grills right by the poolarea. Had a pool inside and outside which was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment was wonderful. The location was better. We walked every where to see everything, to eat, and to have drinks. Because of location alone I would recommend this place. Save your gas people!! Easy checking in and out as well.

Love this area of 30a! We come back to this area and have stayed in this condo development a few times. This particular condo needs some bathroom rehab. Walls and cabinets are starting to rot past point of patching. Cable TV has issues all week with some channels not working on ESPN. Channel was spotty. Stairs to beach are starting to need some more love. A vacuum would be nice to help with the sand. Love the new living room furniture update. The sofa is not a pull out and was listed on Airbnb as sleeps 10. Owner might want to update. Big annoyance was elevator repair men started work at 7:00-7:30 with loud drilling then didn’t come back after noon when no one was around to wake. The noise that early was not a pleasant experience.

We spent Thanksgiving week at this conveniently located pet friendly house. The hot tub was amazing and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Our dogs had plenty of room to roam around in the backyard. Would definitely recommend for those traveling with pets.

We stayed two nights at the White House. It is a beautiful home, with lots of open space and plenty of bedrooms. Our grandkids enjoyed the bunkbeds with the "secret door" leading to the bathroom. It is very convenient to getting around Boise. We would definitely consider booking this home again!

Beautiful private home with all the amenities of a five star resort! Close to restaurants, shopping and hiking for days you feel like venturing out. Tons of amenities for days you feel like living the resort life - heated pool and hot tub, putting green, basketball court, pool table, fire pit and outdoor TV and kitchen - without ever leaving the house. Well stocked kitchen and games were an unexpected bonus!

It’s a beautiful city and it was so fun to sit on the porch and observe as people strolled by. This cottage has everything you need and more. We would definitely stay again. We just spent four days at this Three Kings Condo at Park City Mountain. We have rented condos all around Park City and at other resorts. We were very impressed with the combination of location, amenities, and level of service included. These units are not new but, other than a few small things, you can tell they are maintained well. We were impressed that the coffee maker and other small appliances seemed new. The beds were comfortable and the unit came with an abundance of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The location is better than we expected. It is a shorter walk to the Eagle Lift than you'd have from much of the adjacent parking lot. The hot tub and pool are a quick walk away and having the showers and changing area right there make it so you don't have to spend time outside while wet on your way back to the unit. It's also very close to Park Ave and would be a healthy walk to the Main St area. We'd rent it again.

WE have been going to Swift Beach Wareham for over 40 years and this by far the best cottage should I say house that we ever stayed at. Clean great layout extra beach chairs for company (our family). Though we did not need them extra bikes, game room and also cornhole game. The best was it was a very quiet area, and back yard was secluded and beautiful. 5 STARS Bill & Carolyn

Condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and had nice appliances. It was nice to have the wagon and beach chairs to bring down to the beach. Unfortunately we did not discover these till we already had been at Target and bought beach chairs! It would have been to have a binder in there with info about this and other things about the condo that I’ve seen in other places we’ve rented We did have issues getting the TV to work and air conditioning to work. The management were very quick to respond and solve things. Much appreciated!

Perfect for a family Steamboat getaway! Kitchen decently equipped, though we didn’t cook much. Location was great—loved just walking out the door to hike, but quick drive into town still. This house had everything we needed. It was fully equipped for the 15 people we had in there. I was worried about parking for 3 vehicles, but they fit perfectly! The golf cart was a great accessory, that we added to our rental, for quicker access to the beach. The walk to the public beach access was definitely manageable on it’s own though. The only thing I would have added was a rug at the back patio entrance so as not to get more sand in the house, but we just dusted off our own feet, before entering there. We had a great time with perfect accommodations. I definitely recommend this house to anyone who has a large family/group. Parking is an issue at the public beach access but that is out of the home owners control. We hauled our stuff down with the golf cart and then parked it back at the house, and walked to the beach.

The location of this place was amazing. Just a short walk to the beach and to all of the shopping, restaurants and bars in Folly. The little 24 hour market around the corner was perfect for our large group as anyone could step away and grab something if needed. The house was really comfortable and there is plenty of space for 8 guests. We will definitely consider this property for future beach trips.

Our family have enjoyed our stay during Christmas holidays. Townhome is well equipped with everything we needed and there is close proximity to shopping and dining. Our family loved our time at this apartment in the heart of Old City St. Augustine. We loved having a designated parking space and the convenience of walking out the door and being in the heart of shops, restaurants and attractions. Apartment is well decorated, comfortable and well stocked. The deck was an amazing place to sit, relax and watch the town go by. Given the location, the unit was quiet in addition to being a very clean home away from home.

A sizable 5BR house right on the highway 30A. Public beach access is practically across the street. We enjoyed our stay. A few updates need to be made across the property like securing toilet seats and finding remotes for all televisions, but other than that it was seamless to check in and check out. Parking for 4 vehicles was a bonus.

This is our second time renting this unit. We love it! The unit is spacious, well equipped, centrally located and really nice. The place has a heated pool, regular pool and is steps away from the beach. There’s so much to do in this area: walk to restaurants, mini golf, state parks, markets, drive into historic St. Augustine and more. The owners are super responsive and kind; I flip flopped my dates around because of my sons school obligations with no problem. Choose this place, you will love it !

The condominium was perfectly located on the side of the building away from the busy street. It had a lovely view of Blackcomb Mountain. It’s two bedrooms where well separated for quiet and privacy. The living dining area was compact, but efficient. The check-in process was friendly and efficient. All in all an excellent choice for a shoulder season stay in Whistler.

This townhouse is terrific! Very clean, well decorated and well equipped. Plenty of room for family or friends. The location is everything. Sit on the back porch and look across to the ocean. Only a .5 mile walk to the beach, but a shuttle is available if you prefer to ride. Once you arrive on the beach, be sure to take advantage of the Beach Club amenities. Four lounge chairs and two umbrellas are waiting for you. Access to clean bathrooms. A full bar and restaurant. And a pool! I would highly recommend this townhouse to family and friends. I will be returning!

Our unit overlooked the lower pool, the gazebo and the ocean. Every day was a visual and acoustic treat. The "H" building has no parking lot behind it so is very quiet. It was well appointed, not as updated as some, but still very comfortable. The upper floor units have vaulted ceilings with gives the feeling of being larger and more open. The iTrip people were fabulous, very gentle, sweet and helpful, always available by phone and solved any minor issues usually within a couple hours since they have a nearby office.

We had an excellent stay at Sunswept 501. The amenities were incredible with spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a large open living space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the owners have exceptional attention to detail down to a cute little lamp in the kitchen for nighttime. The balcony is spacious and has beautiful views of the ocean. We saw dolphins swimming from the balcony during sunset! The pool was so fun and great for our kiddos. The beach access was so accommodating and the beach was so beautifully kept. The water was beautiful! The rental had everything we could have possibly needed, including beach gear! We loved every second of out stay and hope to stay again soon!

This is the perfect vacation rental directly across the street from the beach. It is on the ground floor which is perfect for storing beach toys on the patio. This is a very spacious unit with all the comforts of home. Very beautifully decorated with ocean themed items. It is also very clean. Very prompt customer service as well. I can’t say enough good things about this unit and the people running it. I would highly recommend to anyone. We enjoyed the unit as much as the beach!!!

We stayed at unit 334 Glacier lodge for 7 nights from September through to October. What a fabulous unit for a short or long stay and really well priced. Unlike other units that we have stayed in in Whistler, this one had a well stocked kitchen, there was a large slow cooker, so we could put meals on go out for the day and it was all done. A blender, lots of pots, pans and sharp knives and a full set of crockery and kids plastic crockery as well. The layout is also bigger than most, the separate dining area meant that the lounge area was open we could have friends over for dinner and drinks and there was plenty of space. The Master bed was huge and the loft space that had two twin beds could be reconfigured to a double if we wanted. We will be bringing our kids back as it is well suited for kids with the extra space as well as adults. Glacier Lodge itself is close to everything but not the noise of Whistler Village nor the hefty price. There is the Fitzsimmons pub down stairs, and Milestones restaurant and Nagomi across the road and next door. Nagomi has great Sushi. You can also get a great cocktail at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler across the road. There is also a little shop in the Intrawest building across the road for groceries if you don't want to make the 5 minute walk into town. Really you don't have to leave this place as it is all here. We did not ski as it was the wrong time however we will be back to rent this unit when we ski as it is a short 80m walk from the lifts. There is ski hire down stairs and the guys that run ski hire also act as a ski concierge by taking your skis and storing them at the end of the day. We can also thoroughly recommend Itrip to book as Bob and his team were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. We will go back to unit 334 Glacier Lodge I can't recommend it enough.

This was my second time at this property and 25th summer at Bella Beach. The no hassle, easy check-in and checkout process that itrip offers is amazing. Great layout for our needs with master on the main and upstairs with two bedrooms and extra cute game area. Decor attractive and welcoming. Concise space but just enough for light meals, place to relax in cozy living room and love having coffee on patio overlooking golf course. Such a quick walk to beach, pickleball or market. This is a beautiful house! In a quiet neighborhood with easy access to activities and restaurants and shopping, and the modern decor and amenities made our stay feel like we were at home. Our dogs loved it here too, the walk to the lake was exciting for them on top of typical beach adventures. I would take off 1/2 star because we would have liked some additional kitchen utensils, but what's here is adequate for a short stay and not worth taking off a whole star! We stayed at Shipwatch #310 from Sunday, June 1 through Monday, June 9, 2025, and had a wonderful nine-day experience on St. Simons Island. This two-bedroom, two-bath unit was everything we hoped for — and more. My wife and I have been visiting St. Simons Island for nearly 30 years, staying in a wide variety of rentals and hotels. Based on that experience, we can confidently say Shipwatch #310 stands out. The condo was super quiet (even being near the elevator, we heard no noise); the kitchen was very well-equipped; and the large flat-screen TV allowed us to easily stream our Netflix and Prime Video accounts. The water pressure in both showers was excellent, and we loved the view of the “sea of green” tree canopy from the living room. While you can stand by the edge of the patio to see the ocean, the peaceful tree view from the ocean and patio is a lovely alternative. The entire unit was incredibly clean — right down to the shower grout and the dishes in the cabinet. It felt spotless and fresh when we arrived. The air conditioner also cooled the unit quickly and kept it very comfortable during our stay. The unit was outfitted with high-end, very quiet washer, dryer, and dishwasher appliances, as well as incredibly comfortable bath towels. The sheets on the beds were noticeably super-comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. Thoughtful touches included plenty of hangers in the closet and a ground-floor storage locker stocked with fishing poles, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. Check-in was seamless thanks to the very detailed email from the property management company. As a bonus, there was a small surprise waiting for us at check-in, which was a really nice welcome. The iTrip Golden Isles property management company also responded quickly to my parking pass question. We appreciated the informative guest book and the nice touch of board games (chess, checkers, Monopoly, Scrabble) even though we didn’t use them. Parking was plentiful, and just past the pool, there is a walking path to the ocean. The tasteful and calm decor — complete with rocking chairs on the patio and swivel chairs in the living room — made it feel like home. As a Fora Certified Travel Advisor, I notice the little things that make a stay truly memorable, and Shipwatch #310 exceeded expectations in every way. If we had to suggest anything, it would be minor: a table on the patio for outdoor meals, and a larger colander would make an already well-stocked kitchen even better. Overall, Shipwatch #310 was a five-star experience. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

Really enjoyed the stay and beaches were quite. Been 6 years since in Gulf Shores, but much better than Destin in my opinion. San Carlos is a nice building and our condo was great. Washer broke on 2nd day but management company did laundry service for us on day 4. Suggestions for unit: replace carpet in living room (beyond cleaning). Not a carpet fan so tile would be better but if new carpet perhaps a little darker color. Couches could use some steam cleaning. Front bedroom with twin beds warmer than other rooms (had box fan to supplement but not nearly enough). Overall, unit was very nice, very well decorated and more than comfortable; would not hesitate to stay in 809 again.

This place was perfect for our time in Florence! It was extremely clean, welcoming, and has exceeded all expectations. The lake is amazing, we had it to ourselves basically the whole time! Would definitely come here again!!

I have stayed at this condo a few times and it is always a 5-star experience. The property management team are fabulous with incredibly fast and friendly responses, the location of the condo is amazing being within a 2-minute walk of the boardwalk, the condo has all the amenities, and the rooftop deck is great. Just a topnotch location for a great beach stay!

Wonderful stay! The house was very nice. Particularly enjoyed the screen porch and the golf cart was perfect for exploring and trips to the beach. Great quiet location. Would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect. The location is incredible. Just a 2 minute walk if that to the beach. The house was super clean and had everything you needed. The pool area was really nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit is perfect location and great set up. We have rented the unit in summer, which is an amazing time. We hiked and love it. Definitly coming back to ski-THE BEST location easy in and out, plus the unit sleeps SO many! This place is so well situated in Snowmass, lovely furnishing, super comfortable beds.Never needed to get in the car, buses and lift to base all just steps from the door.

This was our second visit to Hamilton House, and fourth to Indian Rocks Beach. As always, great location, great condo, and above and beyond customer service! There were some maintenance issues the first couple days at the first condo, but Christine and Doug were on it immediately, and got us moved to 103 quickly, and efficiently. Communication was timely and on point. We already reserved two units for next year. Only wish the weather had cooperated as quickly as they took care of us. LOL. 10 stars!!

We loved this cozy condo! We visited for the Blue Angels Air Show. We brought our bikes and road everywhere. Condo had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise! We will be back!
