**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

*Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib. If we determine you have more than 8 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.

**Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. **We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay** Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather, or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed **

* Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

* Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

* If it is determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guests will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* No uninvited guests without permission

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

One of the best part of the trips was sitting on the deck looking out over the ocean. Not much can top that. The place also had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. There are a few flights of steps to climb (which is mentioned in the listing), but once you're up there, and see the ocean, you forget about them :)

We stayed with a total of 4 adults/3kids and had plenty of room for everyone. There is plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and there is a very large dining room table which had more than enough space for everyone. The outside deck is very large and has a great view of the ocean. The condo is a short walk away (even for the kids) from the boardwalk and it was perfect to take the kids for ice cream in the evening.

We booked our annual vacation to NC here for a short trip this time. We have two little ones and the bunk beds were more than accommodating. The view from the porch in the morning is amazing for morning coffee. We loved how kid friendly it was (lots of toys for the kids etc.) There's a pack and play there as well for the little ones if needed. Having the beach wagon and beach chairs is also a game changer! It was also nice being so close to everything! Restaurants, Board walk etc.

This condo had a spectacular view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Very prompt response to any questions we had. The proximity to the boardwalk was perfect, close enough to walk to, yet far enough away to not hear any traffic. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

The condo was absolutely perfect! Super spacious! The amenities were spot on. Had everything we needed. The view was stunning. This condo was perfect for the two families (4 adults and 4 kids) on our trip. The view from the large private deck was incredible. The kitchen was well-stocked and the refrigerator was best we’ve ever had at a rental. Lots of beach chairs and a huge sunshade were provided which we really appreciated. Only suggestions for improvement: replace the dishwasher and provide pillowcases for the extra pillows (or let guests know to bring their own).

My first time visiting Carolina Beach and loved it! Loved this condo right on the beach with beautiful views from our oceanfront deck!! Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. My family and I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is due to no elevator and staying on the 3rd floor was slightly inconvenient when getting luggage and groceries up to your room. We had a good size group with us so we only had to make 1 trip up with the bags so that was a plus! Would recommend staying here for sure!!!

Our first time staying at this property- it was amazing! The views alone are worth 5 stars. Beach access easy and close by, and the parking was convenient and felt safe. Inside the home we enjoyed spacious living areas and it was equipped with many extra touches like hanging hooks on doors, ceiling fans, plenty of bedding/linens. Even a cozy throw to enjoy on the deck when it cooled down. Large deck with high table was a great place for morning coffee while taking in the view. You could see the ocean from the living room and master which helped us unwind. Washer and dryer on site was super handy as well. The ONLY drawback was the noise of neighbors- which we thought we’d avoid being on the top floor but if you’re a light sleeper, it can be an annoyance. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the property very much. Quick walk to the North End cafe was a great find and had all necessities. We would happily stay again!

This was a well-appointed and nicely maintained top-floor unit right on the beach. Check in was easy peasy and communication with the property managers was smooth (especially important as we started our visit right after Hurricane Ian went through). Strongly recommend the place for a relaxing beach visit.

Greatly enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space for myself, my sister and my 3 nieces. Balconies on both the front and back with plenty of seating for everyone. The kids enjoyed spreading out at the giant table and there were plenty of dishes to last without having to wash after each meal. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need and more. We did have an issue getting the door to open but once we figured out the trick, we were good. I will say the steps to get up to the 3rd floor made sure I got my workout in while on vacation but to have that view....totally worth it! I can see where the parking would get tricky in peak season but I would absolutely stay here again. My 6 year old niece told me day one that it was her favorite beach house of all time. :)

This condo is in a great location, with a spectacular view! Parking was a bit of a headache initially. We loved that we were only steps from the beach. The kids loved the pool! The boardwalk with games and restaurants was just a ten minute beach walk away.

iTrip was very easy to work with! I made an error in the booking dates and only realized it a week later; the change was made without an ounce of trouble. Having sand toys and beach chairs available with the unit was a blessing. There’s plenty to do nearby if you want a break from the beach. Get going!

The place was great, and the family had a great time. Wish we came later in the summer. Especially since when we came we only got one day on the beach to find shells and everything. The were dredging the sand. It is so sad we were heartbroken, especially the kiddos. Of course that is ZERO FAULT OF THE OWNERS OF THE VACA CONDO! They have no idea when that will happen im sure. I plan to let her know so she can give others a heads up. So they can switch their days if they need to. But otherwise it was amazing def recommend!

Great condo in a great location. It is in walking distance to the boardwalk, but it is very private where the condo is located. The condo has a back deck that faces the street which is great for the back bedrooms. The front deck is wonderful to have and keeps the sand out of the condo. There is no elevator. Condo is on the 3rd floor which is private, but know you are walking up 3 easy flights up steps. Parking can be a nightmare on the busy summer months, but everyone was very friendly about moving vehicles during our 2 week stay. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. The washer and dryer are in the 2nd bathroom so don't be surprised by that. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, crockpot, coffee pot, etc. There is a lovely locked closet in the parking area to put your beach chairs, toys etc so you aren't hauling those items up to the condo and saves a lot of sand mess. The condo comes with 6 + beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and I think a small cheaper umbrella. I would highly recommend renting!!!!

We enjoyed our week at this condo. It was laid out perfectly for us. You walk in to the balcony facing the beach and the kids bedrooms were all away from the door to go outside. We were able to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen. The only complaint we had was the parking. If you parked in the parking spots below the condo you possibly got blocked in or got a phone call to move your vehicle. The other option for parking was about 1/2 mile from the condo and was $20 per day to park (this was the option we choose most of the days). Overall though we would stay in this condo again.

I enjoyed being on the third floor in this beach condo. The beach view was so beautiful rain or shine. The condo was furnished with an abundance of kitchen supplies, embroidered towels, and comfortable furniture. The info e mailed was helpful, informative, and timely. I would enjoy returning again.

Due to everything with covid we wanted a nice holiday vacation but close to home. Thank you very much... The property was awsome and accommodated everyone. We really enjoyed the beach during our Thanksgiving feast. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to prepare our dinner.

This was our first trip to Carolina beach and we were not disappointed. The condo was just as described and the views were amazing! There were tons of toys/ board games to help keep the little ones busy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. One of our favorite things was sitting on the spacious balcony each evening. Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to make sure everything was just as it should be. My only complaint was there was a slight bug problem, hopefully that will be taken care of shortly.
