The home sits on a spacious, lushly landscaped, half acre lot. The private outdoor space includes a fully screened lanai and pool deck with heated pool. A large exterior ceiling fan provides an added breeze when relaxing under the shaded portion of the lanai, where you'll find the dining table for 6, a pair of chaise lounge and BBQ grill. Guests are responsible for purchasing charcoal or propane gas, if needed.

Guests may use the garage and additional guest parking is available in the large paved driveway

Within a reasonable drive you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

Owner strictly prohibits pets and smoking. If evidence of pet(s) or smoking in the home and/or on the premises, you will be charged an additional $750 above & beyond the actual cleaning and/or repair expenses as a result of a pet and/or smoking.

Actual pool water temperature is subject to weather conditions such as the daytime & nighttime temperatures, sun and rain. All will affect the actual pool water temperatures during the cooler nights and winter months regardless of the thermostat setting. A static temperature can not be guaranteed. Pool heater doesn't run May-October.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in. Please also note that any number of guests above the advertised occupancy is strictly prohibited. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.
