Super location in Upper Village directly across from Fairmont Chateau Whistler. This lovely 2 level top floor condo is 5 Star throughout and features elegant updates, including renovated kitchen with new appliances and renovated bathroom. Stunning vaulted ceilings and spacious layout. This condo is one of the larger "loft units". Located on the top floor, on the quiet side of the building with lots of natural light. Decorated with modern decor and high end finishing throughout.

- Master Bedroom: King bed, new HD TV, plenty of storage and private resort style full en-suite bathroom with shower

- 2nd Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds - Upper loft, privacy blinds overlooking living area

- Additional 2 guests sleep in the living room sofa converts to queen sofa bed.

- Living Space: The spectacular living room offers high vaulted ceiling, modern new furnishings, HD TV and views out to the pool side and a partial ski sloop view. Kitchen is fabulous with new kitchen with shaker cabinets and quartz counter tops, stainless steel full size appliances, and dining for 6. Second full bathroom with tub is off the main foyer and leads to stairs up to loft.

AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Nice Condo in Upper Village

This is a nice little condo located in the upper village, right next to the Fairmont Chateau. It overlooks the pool which is nice. The master bedroom bed was comfortable, while the loft was two twin beds which for adults could present a challenge. It's not a large space up there, but definitely enough for two children or teens if you're on a family vacation.

Very cozy, well furnished and equipped condo in a great location! Very walkable to the Blackcomb Gondola (even in ski boots) and located close to some great restaurants. Very reasonable price especially when split between 6 friends! Would certainly stay again!

Unit 339 Glaciee Lodge

Friends and I stayed in Glacier Lodge unit 339 for a week in March 2022. We loved it. Unit 339 is well appointed, well presented, and perfectly located relative to the Blackcomb base and all things ski/apres related. The staff in Glacier Lodge were great (especially the team at Affinity Rentals) and I would highly recommend it.

I have stayed at Glacier Lodge a few times, and again enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy process and clean room. Was happy with precautions taken for COVID and felt safe. If I could make one suggestion. The lights around the pool are very bright and seem unnecessary...If you turned them off, sleep would be much improved.

Glacier Lodge is in a great location — a short walk from the Blackcomb Gondola, which is generally a good place to start one’s ski day. It’s also close to the Fairmont Hotel and a grocery store. But the accommodations are very basic. There is no in-house eatery and no one to help with baggage. Our unit, particularly the loft space, was cramped, and there were many minor annoyances, like the shower with very poor pressure because water flow through the tub spout could not be turned off. The unit could use a paint job and some decorative touches. Bottom line — it’s ok, nothing more.

The Unit was good. Pretty much as advertised on site. Bedroom dresser should be replaced as the drawers do not work very well. The Glacier Lodge needs updating. The hallways are dark and carpet needs replacing. Great for families.

The place we stayed in was fairly big, well kept, and very accommodating for everyone during the stay. We were able to make multiple meals, enjoy our quiet time by the pool/hot tub and in our room, and accessibility as far as parking was good too. Our host, Bob, was very helpful in getting us set up in 2 of his AirBNB's that were conveniently down the hall from each other. We had to cancel a more expensive bigger place, and downsize to 2 smaller places, and Bob made the switch harmonious. I would absolutely recommend to a friend, and stay again!

Great location, nice unit

We spent 5 nights in Unit 339. The location is excellent for us as we were attending a conference at the Chateau Whistler which is only steps away. Great amenities in the immediate surrounding area. The unit was clean and well equipped. Our only complaint is that the 'king sized bed' is actually two twin mattresses pushed together. Invariably one of us slept in the 'crack'.

The location was great, though we've come to determine that we prefer being down closer to Whistler Village rather than the Upper Village. For about 20 years we preferred ski in/out on Blackcomb while our kids were in ski school or skiing with us, but now easy access to the Village with a slope shuttle stop nearby is our preference. Glacier Lodge is convenient to the Blackcomb Gondola and Day Lodge as well as the Fairmont and all it has to offer. Several good food choices in the UV. Our condo in Glacier Lodge was nothing special, but it sufficed. Not a great deal of style. The bed pillows are uncomfortable so I'm glad I had remembered to bring my own. The smoke detector was not active as someone had pulled the battery compartment out which we had not noticed until we were leaving. The refrigerator water filter also said it needed to be changed. Evidently cleaning does not check these items? The layout was good for a family with a couple of older children, but it's not suitable for families with young children as the other beds are upstairs in a loft area. Nice kitchen and fireplace. Glacier Lodge staff were quite helpful and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay at Glacia Lodge. The apartment was clean, cosy, well presented and well heated. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly. The location was fab for a family as Whilster village is a bit more busy, but it’s only a short (and beautiful) walk away. The only issue would be for those with young kids who have trouble getting to sleep if they hear noise down stairs as the loft room has no door, and a large window over looking the lounge below. We just read, used head phones on iPads or watched tv in the master bedroom to get around this, and the kids eventually got used to the openness of their room by the end of the week. Access to a exercise room, pool and hot tubs were also great for the evenings. Overall we loved our stay, and only regret that we didn’t stay longer.

Glacier Lodge #339 is an excellent place to stay. It was exactly as pictured and very cozy and clean. Pool and hot tub worked great. Within walking distance to lifts, restaurants and village. Excellent location & very nice unit at the base of Blackcomb mountain. Unit had everything we needed for a great vacation with a couple of young children. Loft / upstairs bedroom area was perfect for the kids and provided a bit of separation at night.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location. It is close to the lifts, village, restaurants and even a market. There is no need for a car at this location. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Excellent location. Just steps away from the lift. Around prestigios hoteles. Spacious and nice departament with all the comodities. Our owner included even coffee, popcorn, and everything needed for cooking. Full kitchen equipped. Bedrooms and bathrooms great and spacious. Frontdesk personnel very friendly and helpfull. You have a rental of skiing gear in the hoyel with the best prices of the village and the best employees. They have quarter laundry available and parking. I would’ve loved at least a drying inside de apartament and a cheaper parking, but we could see that parking was an issue in the village area. Lift tickets are a bit expensive. The best way to save a bit is to book on line with several days prior to arrival. Overall a great experience. We would gladly return soon!!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. Fantastic location - walkable to everything - and we loved being on the Blackcomb side with shorter lift lines and easy access to the Whistler base. Unit was perfectly equipped and updated with all the modern conveniences. Would definitely return!

Great Condo in a Great Location

The condo is located less than a 2 minute walk from the bottom of the Wizard Chair so access to the mountain is super easy. The condo was well laid out with great sitting area and fireplace. The kitchen has updated appliances and all the utensils and cookware needed for a ski weekend. Beds are comfortable with extra blankets and pillows if needed. Overall the Glacier Lodge is a great base for a ski weekend in Whistler. The hot tubs and pools are warm and clean. There is a liquor store located in building and a small grocery store just across the street. We wouldn't hesitate to book with iTrip again. Booking was fast and efficient and they responded quickly to any questions. They were also very accommodating for our request for a late checkout.

Nice place for a relaxing time. If you want a old school Whistler / Blackcomb experience this is the place for you . Short distance from lower village. And location is right in upper village area with great restaurants and access to lifts . I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere.
