The Florida room is one step down and offers a desk and a stack washer/dryer for your convenience, and the French doors lead to the outdoor courtyard which is one step down.

Open the rear courtyard gate and discover the common area complimentary barbeque grills or follow the pathway to the heated pool entrance.

The heated pool is a shared saline pool with 5 other listings. It is very quiet with a spacious oasis atmosphere. Each home has there the private entrance to the pool area. To open the gate to the pool please pull up on the latch which features a top pull design for added safety so that children cannot reach the latch to open it.

No pets shall be allowed at ANY time. If a pet is found in the Premises, the guest will be charged a pet fee of $200.00 per tenant, payable immediately. If a pet belonging to any member of the rental party, or guest of the rental party, is found to be in the rental or on the porch, the rental agreement is terminated, and the guests will be immediately removed from the property. No refunds will be provided.
