Situated on the banks of Burgess Creek, amongst beautiful trees and walking trails, The Terraces is a fantastic Steamboat vacation rental complex and location. The outstanding amenities include a year-round* heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, winter shuttle service, a private ski locker, bike storage and an underground and heated parking garage with an assigned space for you and an elevator that will take you to your unit’s floor.
The Terraces is a short walk (1500 Feet) to the Steamboat Resort base area and even closer (750 feet) to Apres Burger Bistro, a Storm Peak Brewery, Wild Plum Eatery, Grocery and Liquor Store and a year-round free a bus stop.
Located on the top floor, Terraces S32 is a one level, two bedroom, two full bathroom condo easily accessed via an elevator from the lobby and parking garage.
Enter the unit and you will find some hooks and closet for your gear. A short hallway leads into the open living area, starting with the fully equipped and remodeled kitchen. It features gorgeous granite countertops and stainless appliances and is stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal.
Dining options include a solid wood table with 6 chairs, as well as 3 comfy bar stools at the kitchen counter. Both also make a great place to play a game, do a puzzle or set up your laptop. Combined with High Speed WiFi, this makes Terraces S32 perfect for your remote working needs.
There are no shortage of places to relax. Kick back and warm up by the gas fireplace on the comfortable leather sofa and two club chairs, and watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen TV.
The large, private deck is also accessible off the living area. It includes a gas grill just for your group’s use, and some chairs to take in the fresh mountain air.
Also off the living area are the two bedrooms, each with flat screen tv’s and lots of storage including drawers and a closet.
The master en suite offers a king bed, ski area views and its own updated bathroom with a tub shower combo.
The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed plus a trundle twin bed.
There is a second updated full bathroom in the hallway that also has a tub shower combo.
There is a washer/dryer in the hallway bathroom.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
