Relax at home with family, friends and even your furry canine companions, or take a quick stroll to the main part of downtown and/or jump on the bus for a free ride to the base area of the mtn and the Steamboat resort. In the summer time you are a short walk away from the Saturday Farmer’s Market where you can shop local and eat delicious food from local restaurants.
The beautifully updated single family home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large private deck with a fenced in back yard. Its a great place to hang out and even let your dog out from the living area and play fetch in the backyard with ease.
The bungalow itself features a spacious open living area. Sit back on ample comfy seating and watch your favorite movie or show on the large flat screen TV. The gorgeous, large dining table can accommodate up to 8 and is great for a meal, playing cards or board games. The kitchen is conveniently located right off the dining area and has been beautifully updated with butcher counters, stainless steel appliances, and is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal.
On the main level and off the living area is the first bedroom. It features a queen bed and full sleeper sofa. It has a flat screen TV and provides a second living area with extra space and perfect to watch movies and play games. Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.
